Harem Stealer: Reborn with the God-Tier Sharing System Chapter 512 Leisure Time

Noah lounged upon a stretch of white grass stained with red ice, a gentle smile gracing his face as he rested his back against the trunk of a gigantic pale tree bearing fruits defying description, his offspring all clustered around him.
Caus had already fallen asleep, experiencing a tranquility so deep that an Origin like himself could find solace in the shielding arms of Noah; his father.
Fated and Destiny frolicked across Noah's form, examining his tattoos—which resembled those of a tribal warrior—and posing curious queries about the addition of two new mothers.
Why their father always returned from even brief outings with at least one extra wife.
They went further. Far from being indirect.
These bold youngsters even ventured to question how to refer to Maryam.
"Should we address her as mother?" Fated asked in a cheeky voice. "Or grandmother? Everything's so puzzling, father."
"Puzzling, no doubt." Destiny murmured, planting a tender kiss on Noah's tattoo. A mysterious force within those markings stirred her soul deeply. They weren't ordinary, she sensed, harboring a vast yet understated power of Destiny within.
"You're complicating matters for us." She continued, guarding her inner musings. "Figuring out how to behave around Mother Selene was challenge enough, and now there's yet another."
"It's Father's custom." Foxy remarked with a shrug. "As to if it's a flaw or a virtue..." She teased lightly.
Foxy rested her head on Noah's left shoulder—Premier claiming the right—gazing with a faint smile at the exquisite white sky overhead. "You always dive into unlikely bonds, father."
"That's the thrill of it." Noah responded at last, grinning. "Call her whatever feels right to you. If grandmother suits you, go ahead. I'm certain she'll be delighted. Isn't it every mother's aspiration to dote on her grandchildren?"
"Alright, setting that aside, father, do you even recall how many mothers we possess right now?" Foxy pressed. "We're immortal, yes. But can you rely on our recollections that fully?"
"Far too few." Noah replied with a shrug and a smirk. "And I have faith in you. Such a count is trivial."
Foxy, Destiny, and Fated's eyes spasmed in exasperation, whereas Premier bobbed his head approvingly, flashing his father a thumbs-up.
The boy evidently admired his sire and aspired to match his prowess. Yet up to this point, Premier had scarcely found the opportunity or inclination to consider romance.
It wasn't as if no female had ever drawn his gaze. A few had. Still, he consistently reminded himself of his loftier goals, convinced that a partner during his development would hinder his progress.
And truly, that mindset persisted. He had grown immensely strong, attaining a rank once unimaginable. Precisely for that reason, he aimed to capitalize on his position and pursue even greater heights before committing.
Ever upward, upward, upward! Until no one surpassed him save his father.
That said, Noah's eldest was not wholly convinced of his path. Thus, seizing the moment his father had granted them—aware that such leisure would soon vanish amid his duties—he sought guidance.
His siblings paid close attention—Foxy eyeing him like an idiot—while his father maintained a neutral expression.
"Is that truly your view?" Foxy retorted sharply. "What do you see women as? Mere hindrances? Despite idolizing father, haven't you grasped the core of his essence?"
"I don't idolize or mimic without thought." Premier answered steadily. "What succeeds for Father may not—and likely won't—for me. I understand my own nature. Yet I recognize Father's exceptional nature all the more."
"So you're set against finding a spouse, turning away any who desire you, until you reach a power threshold where you're content to finally commit?" Foxy questioned in disbelief.
"That's my intention." Premier affirmed with a nod.
"And precisely what power milestone would that entail?"
"Well, uh," Premier rubbed his chin uneasily at the query. "I haven't decided yet. But I'll sense it when the moment arrives."
Noah's daughters cast a pitying, foolish glance at their brother. Premier's mouth quirked, baffled by their response.
In his thoughts, his approach was sound. He refused to burden a woman, fully aware his focus lay on advancing in strength and skill. He couldn't offer her the care she merited, particularly if he envisioned multiple partners.
Thus, in every regard, postponing proved wisest for him, and perhaps for them both.
Foxy grasped her brother's reasoning intimately. That's why she pivoted toward her father, who observed with a serene, entertained grin.
"You ought to instruct your son, father." Foxy declared, unwilling to expend more energy on Premier.
"Haha. You're not entirely off base, Premier." Noah chuckled, tilting his head skyward to behold the pale expanse with floating clouds.
For a fleeting moment, he glimpsed Laeh's cheerful visage—his young sister yearned to join but likely chose to grant him family time.
He beamed in appreciation, then resumed addressing his son.
"If you're unprepared, there's no sense in claiming a woman's time, focus, emotions, and loyalty if you can't honor her properly." Premier nodded, shooting Foxy a triumphant 'See?' look. Foxy rolled her eyes.
"Yet that's a concealed snare." Noah appended. "Rarely do you ever feel utterly prepared. Truthfully, you'll never be fully ready. Not for devoting yourself to a partnership. Countless factors interplay, and there's eternally—eternally—more self-improvement to pursue for greater readiness. Personal evolution and enhancement never cease."
"Thus, the issue isn't whether you've attained your desired readiness before selecting a woman."
He gradually turned his gaze to his son, his heterochromatic eyes piercing into the boy's crimson ones.
"The real question is whether you're prepared to surrender a portion of yourself to forge something grander with another, advancing side by side until you both attain your goals. As one!"
He grinned.
"But only if you cherish someone deeply enough for that."
"Why forfeit part of myself for another?"
"That's the nature of it." Noah shrugged. "You can't hoard all of yourself in a bond. At times, you must release aspects, embrace and partake in what you dislike solely because your counterpart enjoys it. Likewise, she'll reciprocate. It's a partnership, two souls striving to unite. Naturally, concessions are essential."
"Is it worthwhile?" Premier asked, brows knit.
"That's your call." Noah beamed. "Is it worth the price? You'll discover it upon encountering that special one. For now, my son, continue as you are, but prepare if you crave such a path. It begins with recognizing the toll."
Premier inclined his head thoughtfully. Not just him; Foxy, Destiny, and Fated also nodded, discerning in their father's counsel wisdom for everyone.
Not everyone deemed romance their pursuit. Yet they saw this extended beyond affection to every bond. Even camaraderie demanded some yielding. It might involve as little as venturing out when you'd rather lounge abed all day.
It appeared trivial, yet it could determine a connection's endurance.
Thus, they heeded their father's sharing of insights born from struggles, missteps, and setbacks.
Time flowed rapidly, parent and progeny conversing serenely, until Noah deftly steered the topic to one permitting him to boast to his brood about their sire's splendor:
"Now, shall I recount my time in the Spirit World, and reveal the bloodline you'll soon inherit?"
And thus, Noah savored his relaxed moments with his children, as his wives launched into their cultivation pursuit without pause.
Trials lay ahead, but not immediately.
