Levi has spent forty years refining his powers, cultivating his breathing techniques, and strengthening his forces within the Ancient Banyan Fairyland. As his dragon clan and summoned creatures reach peak strength, he prepares for a decisive conflict to secure the resources necessary for his final advancement. Meanwhile, both the Nightmare and Abyss worlds mobilize their armies, unaware of the intricate traps laid by Levi and his allies. With secret plans in motion and hidden pieces placed across the dimensions, the stage is set for a catastrophic struggle that will decide the fate of the Multidimensional Planes.

Nora Calendar Year 2400, Blood Combat Year 2288.

Submerged currents finally breached the surface, creating a tidal wave that rocked the Multidimensional Plane and fully engaged the Three Great Giants alongside the Quasi-Giant Nora.

The era of total war has dawned.

...

Nightmare Camp.

Over a hundred Monarch-tier entities commanded an army as overwhelming as a flood, blanketing the Land of Darkness. Such a force possessed the might to sweep across the entire Multidimensional Plane.

The Lost Monarch declared:

"Six primary targets represent the greatest threats in this conflict. First stands Edmund, whose power is so near Level 11 it may well have reached that threshold already.

However, having only recently touched the Supreme Realm, he lacks the mastery to fully harness such authority. Even the Master of Horror required millions of years to stabilize that magnitude of power.

Should Edmund attempt to grasp the supreme peak at this juncture, it will ultimately serve us. We need only goad him into exhausting his reserves and prematurely unleashing his Supreme True Body. We shall then retreat, leaving him to succumb to the erosion of the Darkness.

Ignorant, you will accompany me to confront Edmund and gauge his true standing. While the Two Emperors may not reach the supreme rank, they are capable of surviving his fiercest onslaughts.

Furthermore, we are equipped with safeguards bestowed upon us by the Master of Horror.

The second priority is Heavenly Will. He has lived an immense lifespan; had he appeared earlier, he might have rivaled the legend of Sauron.

As a peak Level 10 juggernaut, he can be pinned down by the combined efforts of the Devouring Sky Demon Lord and the Void Demon Lord. We need not secure a kill, merely contain him."

The Void Demon Lord interjected:

"Why not task the Succubus Queen with suppressing Heavenly Will?"

The Lost Monarch replied:

"Peak Level 10 combat strength is pivotal to the outcome of this campaign. I refuse to entrust such a position to the treacherous, deceitful vermin of the Abyss who might betray us at any given moment."

The Devouring Sky Demon Lord nodded:

"Very well, Heavenly Will is mine! He snatched targets right from under my true form last time, and I have yet to settle that debt. It is high time to see just how potent these techniques of the Barbarian Ancestor truly are."

The Lost Monarch resumed:

"Third is Charactus, for whom no introduction is required. He stands as the Shadow Camp’s finest, possessing strength just shy of the Four Emperors at peak Level 10.

He will be held in check by the Arrogance Demon Lord and the Black Heart Demon Lord.

The fourth figure, the Frost Witch, while lacking Ten Rings Perfection, clearly channels the legacy of the Frost Giant Ancestor.

Should she fully awaken this power, she can challenge Late Stage, perhaps even peak, Level 10 powerhouses, and must not be taken lightly. The Angry Demon Lord shall manage her.

The King of Mountain Giants, Raffi, and the Spiritual Venerable—both Late Stage Level 10 powerhouses—are to be restrained by the [Cross Death Monarch] and [Sorrowful Death Monarch]."

These two function as the [Archdevil of Hell]'s primary enforcers, boasting immense capability. In the past, they conspired to suppress a Peak Level 10 god.

The Ghost Alley Monarch spoke softly:

"Lord Lost, should the seventh target not be the Dusk Palace Master? He has ascended with terrifying speed and decimated our forces; we must eliminate him!"

In a mere millennium, he had observed Levi transform from a non-entity into someone who could crush him. The sheer speed of his growth left him feeling utterly helpless.

Who could possibly grasp the depth of that frustration?

The Lost Monarch responded:

"Indeed... In truth, his threat level ranks second only to Edmund, which is why I have prepared specific contingencies to neutralize him."

Buzz! The arrival of the Four Calamity Lords caused the very fabric of the world to shudder.

The Red Land Calamity Monarch smiled confidently:

"Even combined, Peak Level 10 forces can be countered. While the Dusk Palace Master is formidable, holding him back is manageable.

However, we must conclude other engagements rapidly to reinforce our position. I have analyzed battle records of the Dusk Palace Master; his stats are immense, and he excels in long-drawn-out attrition.

Protracted warfare brings uncertainty. Let us be swift and ruthless!"

The Lost Monarch agreed:

"Naturally. Once Nora’s primary forces are pinned, the Void Holy Temple can be left to the Abyss’s minions.

Mathematically, we retain over a hundred Level 10 combatants to annihilate Nora's remaining defenders. We must exert our full might to invade, utilizing Level 10 power to shatter Nora’s ecological and structural foundations.

Above all, the supreme relic meant to counter Nightmares must be destroyed.

Once Nora falls, Nightmare energy will flood the realm, transforming it into an extension of the Nightmare World and annexing all of Nora’s resources for our own."

With the strategy finalized by the Lost Monarch, the assembly of Monarchs felt assured of their victory.

The Ignorant Monarch offered a slight nod:

"It is sound. Yet, we face two wildcards: the astral realm and the Underworld, both of which cannot be ignored."

The Lost Monarch added:

"I am aware. The Four Great Giants have plotted against one another for too long; they will surely seize this opportunity to act as the fisherman when the crane and clam fight. We lack an immediate solution given our stretched resources. We must respond to challenges as they arise; if they intervene, the Supreme Level will handle the consequences."

...

Nora.

At the congress round table.

Edmund was occupied with delegating front-line defenses, while Levi maintained a silent, watchful vigil from his seat of honor.

Edmund remarked:

"Even with the Underworld’s support, we are numerically outmatched regarding Level 10 forces, but there is no call for panic.

The combat efficacy of the Nether Emperor vastly eclipses the other Three Great Giants' Level 10 assets. Our Legendary Wizards hold similar standing; while forcing a stalemate at Level 10 is simple, achieving a kill is incredibly difficult.

Currently, fewer than ten individuals in this room possess the capability for a swift execution of a Level 10 target, and most are Late Stage powerhouses.

They will undoubtedly be the primary targets of the Abyss and Nightmare forces."
