Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2914: 592: Frost Giant Returns! Mythical God Descends! (part 2)

Previously on Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method...
Levi forged an alliance with Elder Hera and the Star Sky Sword Saint to counter the Abyss and Nightmare incursions, receiving a level-10 insect shedding to pinpoint the Worm Lord's lair in return for potential aid in her ascent to level 11. Three years on, the Nightmares declared war on the bolstered Void Holy Temple, now rivaling Nora with ten level-10 powerhouses, while enraged Monarchs mourned the Grey Mist Monarch's fall and mobilized a hundred of their kin to purge the Pan-Plane's defiant forces. In the Land of Oblivion, Levi tallied his ancient tower spoils—artifacts, treasures, and the fallen Monarch's Nightmare Crystal Core and Night Barrier Bead—before activating the shedding to hunt the hidden Worm Lord.

Strands of crimson light penetrated the insect's shed husk.

With his eyes firmly closed, Levi allowed just his intensely scarlet gaze to widen gradually. Following an entire month of persistent efforts, Levi at last glimpsed a vision.

In a desolate, shadowy realm, a grand palace loomed, where a rotund white form sat with lids sealed shut, appearing deep in rest.

The figure appeared to detect an observer's presence.

Suddenly, it lifted its head, glancing about in alarm.

"Damn it all, this nightmare hits hard—with my present level, dreams shouldn't plague my sleep... Looks like some powerful entity from the Nightmare World has locked onto me now."

"Word is, the Void Holy Temple under Hera's lead just boldly took down the Grey Mist Monarch; heaven knows what's running through that woman's mind, copying Nora's moves? Thing is, Nora's got the Dusk Palace Master, that freakish powerhouse, so what's her secret weapon?"

"She's courting disaster for sure!"

"Stirring up chaos is bad enough, yet the Nightmare World aims to purge the whole Pan-Plane, pulling in folks like us who crave only tranquility."

What chaos gripped this age? Nora's crushing victory over the Nightmare forced it to see the congress of ten thousand clans as insignificant, though regret came far too late.

Duplications of itself scattered through the Multidimensional Planes, endlessly scheming ways for its core form to break free as well, yet every try ended in failure.

...

Land of Oblivion.

This desolate territory, pieced from multiple domains, brimmed with resource-poor worlds, much like the Pan-Plane's underbelly slums.

Here dwelled homeless Wanderers, outlaws from diverse civilizations, and Dark Pirates alike; this realm housed the overlooked and forsaken.

Deep within the Land of Darkness, amid vast space.

Overwhelming Sword Qi swallowed a wrecked spaceship... A band of frightened pirates froze in terror, eyes fixed on the swordsman in dark armor, who spoke evenly, "If survival's your goal, head to Nora and surrender for redemption."

"Fine, we'll turn ourselves over to Nora."

"We owe you thanks, Lord, for sparing us!"

"We yearn to go back too, but we're powerless."

"Should the Lord seek to probe these lands, we can lead the way."

These Dark Pirates consisted of human wizards.

Offspring of long-ago wandering wizards, they found themselves marooned here for assorted reasons, evolving into a power in this wasteland that rivaled elite wizard groups, called the Lam Witch Council.

A handful of leaders reached eighth-circle wizard status, backed by more than twenty primordial soul wizards. Their deep knowledge of local affairs made Levi intent on enlisting them.

The Eternal Star Abyss emerged, drawing in this wizard band; the vast gap from here to Nora meant they'd never make it home, no matter how long they journeyed.

Levi drew forth the divine weapon, Shattered Jade Divine Spear, its body shimmering and quivering, signaling the Forgotten Kingdom's gateway lay nearby.

All at once, the Shattered Jade Divine Spear rose into the air, then traced a swift, whirling ring in emptiness, forming a dazzling, multifaceted teleportation gate.

After setting a protective ward, Levi ventured into the Giant Kingdom, only to confront the weight of four mighty presences upon arrival—all at level-10 strength!

Levi surveyed his surroundings; this domain defied usual plane worlds, lacking any sky or earth, just endless barriers of icy blue frost.

"Who goes there?"

A colossal form, sheathed in roaring flames, armored in scarlet, crowned regally, and gripping a Red Flame Giant Sword, glared down at Levi.

This was the Fire Giant King, Guman; had it not known the Ancestor's Token was required for entry, its hot-tempered nature would have sparked immediate action.

Levi intoned a spell, causing the Frost Tome to hover in the air, confirming his status: "I am the Dusk Palace Master, an ally to your kind, bearing no ill intent."

"You possess the Frost Tome? How do you connect to the Frost Giant Ancestor?" demanded another, the Mountain Giants' King in earthy yellow armor, clutching a massive shield, his face shifting with surprise.

"That relic ties to our Giant forebears—why do you hold it?"

"Explain yourself today, or you'll stay trapped here."

Encircled by wary stares, Levi betrayed no unease, his eyes sweeping the area and spotting two additional giants.

One clad in azure armor wielded a dark spiked club. The other, in pale armor, bore a gleaming silver spear across his back.

These four Giants—ruling Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water—each commanded level-10 powerhouses, concealed by the Ancestor of Giants from the wider world's awareness.

Levi's mind raced; realms that spawned supreme beings truly held depths beyond measure, prompting his grin as he said, "Honored elders, this tale stretches long—might we sit while I share the full account?"

The level-10 mid-stage Fire Giant King, seething with rage, eyed this level-9 youth's poised confidence and itched to cleave him with a blade.

"No more delays—seize him now!"

The giant sword, probably a supreme treasure, gleamed brilliantly as it slashed at Levi. This blow unleashed a mere fifth of its might.

In raw personal might across the Multidimensional Plane, only the Amethyst Race and Dragon Clan matched the Giants' prowess.

A simple swing from the Fire Giant King shattered defenses and felled any level-9 foe. Yet aware Levi donned supreme treasure armor, ensuring his safety, it merely sought to humble him.

As the foe's assault loomed, Levi showed no fear.

He refrained from unsheathing his blade or evading, instead balling one fist while his frame surged forward into the sword's path, Sixfold Destruction Holy Realm churning as he unleashed a savage punch!

The Red Flame Giant Sword, a divine armament, hummed and shook violently, even splitting the Fire Giant King's grip, disbelief flashing in its eyes—never had it anticipated this foe would clash directly!
