"Hahaha, is it not a great joy to have a friend visit from such a distance?"

Levi signaled for the Naga to take a seat, offering a smile as he continued:

"One does not visit the three treasure halls without a specific purpose. What brings you here today?"

The Despair Monarch scanned the surroundings before erecting a protective barrier.

Only after securing the area did it whisper: "This is a matter of great importance; I hope you will not take offense."

"Please, speak your mind freely."

"According to my information, several Nightmare Monarchs are currently deliberating on a joint effort to launch a remote invasion of Nora. They reached out to me as well, though I have not given them my consent yet."

"And who are these individuals?"

"That I cannot reveal, as many Nightmare Monarchs possess unique methods of perception. You only need to trust that my words are accurate, and the Nora Council must prepare themselves. It will be a grueling task to defend against simultaneous strikes from both the Abyss and the Nightmare World."

Levi fell into deep thought; it was no wonder he had felt a sense of looming dread recently. These are truly chaotic times, and the disasters facing Nora are becoming far too numerous.

"Roughly how many Nightmare Monarchs are involved?"

"I am uncertain. I suspect that more than ten could assemble in a short period, depending on their mobilization and organization. For now, only a few Monarchs are tempted by the idea.
