Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2790: 571: Visualization Map, All Battle Card, Cosmic Light Dragon, A New Era for Knights!

Previously on Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method...
Levi met with the mysterious Heavenly Will, who offered insights into the true nature of Sauron’s long-term schemes and the strategic importance of the Dark Ancient Tower. Their discussion turned to the future of the knight path, with Levi seeking a way to grant ordinary knights access to his power without succumbing to the pitfalls of traditional godhood. Encouraged by the idea of creating a "transfer station" for faith, Levi began conceptualizing a knight card system to serve as a conduit for his strength. Now, he has retreated into the Six Holy Heavens to refine these new theories while continuing his arduous cultivation.

Three years slipped away in the blink of an eye.

The Nora Calendar reached 1560, marking the 1448th year of the Blood Battle.

Deep within the Land of Darkness.

From the heart of the Demon Camp, Pazuzu, the Wind Demon Lord, stared toward the horizon of Nora with a dark expression. He called for a subordinate and demanded:

"Has Su Ke, the Water Demon Lord, arrived yet?"

"My Lord, not yet," the messenger replied.

"What is the delay? Their departure was scheduled long ago."

"The reports suggest they were ambushed by a powerful foe on the road and are currently rushing here with all their might."

"Which powerful foe?"

"I do not know, my Lord."

As the subordinate retreated, the Shadow Demon Queen stepped forward and noted:

"The Succubus Queen took a massive hit from Edmund recently. She has entered seclusion to mend her wounds and will rejoin the Blood Battle once she has recovered."

"How long until she is back?" Pazuzu asked.

"It is uncertain; she only stated that her injuries were severe."

"Ridiculous! Given her strength, how could she be so badly hurt?"

"I asked her the same thing," she replied, "but she countered by asking, 'Then with the Earth Demon Lord’s strength, how could he have died?'"

The air grew heavy with tension as Pazuzu continued his inquiry:

"Is the Dark Spider Mother on her way?"

"It is said that Edmund damaged her very source, and she is currently in recuperation."

"And what of the Corruption King?"

"Incinerated as well."

"Was even the Master of Ten Thousand Poisons burned?"

"Not quite. Word is he nearly got swept up in a Level 11 confrontation. He barely escaped with his life and is now deep in the Abyss Layer to recover. He sent word for us to hold out until he wakes and regains enough strength to join the Blood Battle."

"Curse him! Doesn’t that fool usually sleep for ten millennia at a time? By the time he opens his eyes, Nora will have been reduced to rubble by our hands; he won't even see the battlefield!"

Pazuzu took a breath to steady himself, then asked icily:

"What about Eternal Sleep? Surely it wasn't affected by the previous major conflict?"

"It is still locked in a struggle with the Lost Monarch within the Nightmare World."

"A thousand years have passed, and there is still no victor?"

"It claimed they are perfectly matched, trapped in a stalemate."

"What of the Fallen Star Lord? Inform him that if he joins us, he won't be required at the front lines. He only needs to offer his astrology from the rear to jam the astrological paths of Nora's legendary wizards. There is no danger to his life."

"He is reportedly at a vital juncture of breaking through to Level 11. If he succeeds, the Abyss will gain a new [Chaotic Servant]."

Pazuzu’s face grew increasingly twisted with frustration. Finally, remembering another, he asked:

"Has Surgard been located?"

"No. Its last appearance was during the clash with the Dusk Sun God Art outside the Pan-Plane. Both were gravely wounded and have vanished since then."

"Damn it!"

"Commander, what does 'damn it' imply?"

...

Far across the Pan-Plane, a great distance from Nora.

"Caw caw caw!"

A blue crow, radiating a freezing frost aura, soared through the void.

Without realizing it, Ayak had been traveling away from home for nearly a century. Since evolving into a Level 9 special spiritual creature, its travels had become significantly easier.

While it might not be able to conquer every Level 9 entity, typical Level 9s found it nearly impossible to catch the slippery bird—not to mention it could still dominate those at Level 8.

Such is the greatness of Ayak!

In the past, with a Level 6 form, it challenged Level 8s!

Now, with a Level 9 body, it stands equal to Level 8s!

It is truly a peerless existence.

On this journey, Ayak was set on completing a full circuit beyond the Pan-Plane, especially now that its flight speed far eclipsed its former self.

Throughout its travels, it amassed various rare curiosities to embellish its cherished nest. Even though the round-faced girl had been too preoccupied with mahjong to notice its departure, Ayak still held her close in its thoughts.

One day.

Ayak arrived at a world within the wilderness and spotted a group of peculiar individuals dressed as shamans, each possessing Level 7 power. They had captured an ice-blue bird that looked like a cross between a phoenix and a peacock.

The long tail feathers of this small bird shimmered with a vibrant light, releasing icy crystals that looked as stunning as an aurora. Ayak recalled seeing this creature in the "Magical Creatures Atlas" its master had written.

This bird was known as... the Aurora Bird!

Just like the round-faced girl, it was a Legendary Creature.

In that moment, Ayak felt its heart skip a beat.

Now was the time to shine.

It would show this ugly mob its true power!

A heroic intervention!

Whoosh!

Ayak shifted into a streak of blue light, expanding into a divine blue bird with a wingspan stretching over ten thousand meters. It breathed out a freezing gale; three parts of the frost manifested as elemental sword energy, while the other seven formed a magnificent ice bridge leading toward the captive bird.

The ruthless sword energy reaped the lives of the shamans, leaving only the leader, who held a dried red root array that glowed with an extraordinary light.

With a casual gesture, the leader summoned flaming golden crow phantoms that filled the sky, shouting:

"Blue-feathered corpse-bird! Witness the might of my Divine Crow Wood Staff!"

Ayak felt only contempt!

Small fry! But quite capable!

That staff rightfully belongs to me, Ayak!

Once seized, it will make a fine heater for the nest.

Following another intense but safe skirmish, Ayak successfully entombed the creature in ice, shattering it with a light tap. Ayak retrieved the red-dried root staff and noticed small, green buds beginning to sprout from it.

Ayak drifted gracefully down the ice bridge, stopping before the Aurora Bird. The bird appeared to be at the peak of Level 7; its phoenix-like eyes were shut tight, its body was twitching, and it was foaming at the mouth as if it had been poisoned or drugged.

Without hesitating, Ayak shoved a handful of herbs into its beak. By some stroke of luck, the bird miraculously regained consciousness.
