Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys Chapter 1542 - 530: Two Strikes to Slay Gorlon (Part 3)
Previously on Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys...
"What!"
Stuttgart stared at Rein, his eyes bulging wide with utter astonishment. "Dawn Late Stage!"
"Rein, the Evil God must have taken over you—you... you freak!"
A massive dark silver disc, much wider than the previous one, materialized right away over Rein's upraised palm, hovering there and whirling at high speed.
Rein didn't hold back at all now, firing off his full-powered Dawn Killing Move, 'Blade-toothed Disc'.
Differing from earlier, the disc now spanned over five meters across!
Although this witchcraft killing move targeted just one foe, with its energy blasts tightly focused, the nearby air started to warp and bend in eerie ways...
"Swish!"
Rein's right hand whipped forward, sending the dark silver metal disc hurtling like a bolt toward Gorlon Giant's skull.
"Shield of Rock!"
"Iron Arm Defense!"
Stuttgart yelled out in growing alarm, all the while unleashing his top Earth Defense Witchcraft and directing Gorlon Giant's protective measures.
Gorlon Giant's enormous arms, tough as stone, swiftly crossed to guard his cranium, as a vast, see-through Earth Element Energy whirlpool barrier surged up from below, enveloping the giant's torso entirely.
"Screech!"
The Blade-toothed Disc carved through Stuttgart's 'Shield of Rock', yet it only skimmed Gorlon Giant's limbs and noggin before zipping past!
"Missed?"
Stuttgart froze for a split second in surprise, then a manic grin spread across his features!
"Hahaha, Rein, pulling off back-to-back Dawn Killing Moves—even as a Dawn Late Stage Wizard—must drain you terribly."
"Really?" A subtle smirk played on Rein's lips as he gazed at Stuttgart.
All at once, an odd dread gripped Stuttgart, prompting him to leap aside on pure instinct.
The instant after!
A streak of dark silver radiance burst from his rear, clipping the edge of the Wizard Robe before plunging deep into the rear of Gorlon Giant's head!
"Damn it!"
"This cursed object can come back..."
Still trembling from the close call yet glad to have escaped disaster, Stuttgart halted mid-breath, unable to voice his full sigh of relief.
Reflected in his bulging gaze, half of Gorlon Giant's head began to slip away, exposing a neat, mirror-like slice, after which the towering frame, akin to a tiny peak, toppled down with a thunderous roar!
"Boom!!"
The earth trembled fiercely; savage gusts whipped around, kicking up huge clouds of grit and debris across the area!
Observed from a distance, a mushroom cloud seemed to burst forth abruptly at the Isodre School Station.
"Stuttgart, surrender and confess your deeds to the Empire honestly, and I'll let you live," Rein stated evenly, his eyes steady on Stuttgart.
"Rein, you believe victory is yours?"
"Wrong—it's you! You've dragged Nirheim and Shirendil Plateau straight into doom!" Stuttgart jerked his chin up, his expression twisting into frenzy as he jabbed a finger at Rein.
The Sect Leader's outburst sparked uncertainty among the Isodre School wizards!
After all, against a Dawn Late Stage Wizard's might, total loss for the school appeared unavoidable, but Rein's offer suggested he sought no deeper vengeance, simply urging the Sect Leader to own up to the Empire.
In their view, such mercy was remarkably lenient!
Yet, what lay behind their Sect Leader's latest outburst?
What did he intend by dooming Nirheim and Shirendil Plateau to the abyss?
"Graham, I sense your presence! How long will you keep spectating? Show yourself at once!" Stuttgart's eyes blazed crimson with fury as he bellowed in frenzy.
