Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys Chapter 1491 - 512: Frostfire Flame_2

Previously on Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys...
Nether Sea Goddess Hela unleashes a corruptive domain of black water, forcing both allies and enemies to retreat from its corrosive power. To facilitate Tasa’s escape, Rein and Menia coordinate a counter-offensive against the overwhelming naval force. Menia reveals a powerful trump card by combining ancient ice energy with her dragon flames to strike at the goddess. Meanwhile, Rein utilizes his Weakness Control to land a devastating blow on the Leviathan Giant Whale Jorgandman, successfully severing one of the colossus's massive flippers.

"Sixth Form!"

Just as the distance for melee combat vanished, Rein’s frame expanded once more, reverting to his ancient dragon form!

"Roar!!!"

Jorgandman, consumed by agony and rage, had barely begun his cry when Rein, in his dragon state, pivoted sharply. Narrowly avoiding the massive bulk of the Leviathan Giant Whale, he streaked past. His shimmering Dragon Claws tore a deep gash, half a meter into the opponent’s incredibly resilient hide!

"Sss!!!"

Even though Rein’s length was nearing sixty meters, he was still dwarfed by the two-hundred-meter-long "Leviathan Giant Whale" Jorgandman. However, Rein wasn't trying to match him in raw power. Crucially, the removal of the enemy's primary fin had severely compromised his maneuverability.

In this moment, Rein, wielding his Dragon Claws, resembled a swift weasel predating a rabbit many times its size.

The nimble and sturdy Dark Silver Dragon lunged and snapped at the "Leviathan Giant Whale," rapidly covering Jorgandman in bloody gashes!

Simultaneously, the "Frostfire Flame" unleashed by Menia crashed into the black water wall of the Nether Sea Goddess Hela, creating a breathtaking display.

Crimson, azure, and obsidian hues tangled instantly, followed by a vertical surge of energy from the point of impact that sent out concentric ripples. For a brief period, the two highly concentrated forces did not detonate but instead pushed against one another with immense pressure.

High in the air, a beam of braided red and blue light struggled violently against a curtain of black water!

Seeing the perfect window of opportunity, the wounded Red Dragon Tasa beat his wings and surged toward a break in the surrounding forces.

From the distance, Reginald’s eyes gleamed. His dragon partner, Ted, moved instinctively, rushing toward Red Dragon Tasa to intercept the pursuing Flying Fish Knight and Manta Knight.

"Oh? Thinking of running? Do you really believe you can?" Still locked in combat with Menia, Nether Sea Goddess Hela gave a faint smile and gestured toward Red Dragon Tasa.

Dozens of black water vortexes materialized from nothing, pursuing Tasa like guided projectiles from multiple angles.

"This is bad!"

Red Queen Menia was caught off guard; she hadn't expected that while dealing with her full power, Nether Sea Goddess Hela could still effortlessly manifest Ancient Witchcraft to strike Tasa. Menia desperately wanted to intervene, but she was pinned down.

Moments later, seven or eight of those black water vortexes slammed into the already crippled Tasa.

"Ang!!!"

Following Tasa’s scream of pure agony, the once-brilliant red scales were engulfed by black water. Great chunks of his flesh began to rot, turning black and peeling away.

"It seems I shall soon have a Nether Dragon serving me."

Watching this unfold, Nether Sea Goddess Hela blocked Menia’s attempt to help and mocked her rival.

Seizing the moment, the Sea God Sect’s Flying Fish Knight and Manta Knight, along with the high-rank Evil Sorcerer following Reginald, all grinned and dived toward the broken Red Dragon Tasa.

"Menia, do not forget to forge my scales into your staff, so that my fire may burn your foes for eternity."

As Tasa spoke, a single crimson reverse scale fell toward Menia like a falling star.

"No! Tasa!" Menia’s face went white, her composure shattering as she cried out in horror.

In the following heartbeat!

A second sun suddenly ignited over the ocean, its radiance instantly becoming a hundred times more blinding than the sun in the heavens.

Those closing in on Red Dragon Tasa to claim the kill—the high-rank Sea God Sect Evil Sorcerer, the Flying Fish Knight, and the Manta Knight—flung their arms up to shield their eyes. Their faces paled as they tried to scramble backward in a panic.

But their realization came too late.

The blast from Red Dragon Tasa’s self-destruction carved a massive crater into the sea and instantly vaporized the swarm of enemies in the sky into fine dust!

"Boom!!!"

Only then did the thunderous shockwave begin to roll out. Rein, who was busy battering "Leviathan Giant Whale" Jorgandman, couldn't help but glance up.

"Tasa self-destructed?" With a single look, the familiar energy and Menia’s scream told Rein exactly what had occurred.

The Red Dragon Tasa, who had previously gifted him a Dragon Scale, was gone.

Rein turned his gaze back to Jorgandman, his eyes burning with a ferocious intensity.

For reasons he couldn't name, Jorgandman felt a sudden shiver of dread as he looked into Rein’s stoic face, sensing a looming catastrophe.

Without warning, Rein in his dragon form blurred toward Jorgandman’s open wounds and dived directly inside!

"No! No!"

"Get out of there, Rein, move!"

The ’Leviathan Giant Whale’ Jorgandman was terrified. He couldn't fathom why Rein would ignore his highly acidic secretions. Was he truly seeking a mutual death?

Furthermore, how was his incredibly tough hide being pierced so easily?

His mind raced with questions.

Jorgandman felt as though a spinning blade was tearing through his internal organs, shredding everything in its path!

No matter how vast his vitality, he could not endure such a savage internal assault.

"No, this is wrong! He’s heading for my brain!"

As the agonizing tearing moved closer to his skull, Jorgandman’s pride vanished, replaced by desperate pleas:

"I beg of you, Rein! If you come out now, I will leave this place immediately!"

"No! I was tricked into fighting you, please forgive me..."

Before the plea could finish, the Leviathan Giant Whale’s features locked into a mask of very human-like terror, resentment, and deep regret!

"Pfft!"

A dark silver dragon, its surface looking worn and rusted, burst forth from the forehead of the ’Leviathan Giant Whale’!

Though Rein was protected by steel armor and dragon scales, his form was still pitted and scarred by the corrosive fluids inside the whale.

Yet, Rein’s expression didn't flicker, as if he felt no pain from the corrosion.

The massive Leviathan Giant Whale, spanning over two hundred meters, began a slow roll, revealing its pale gray underside against the dark blue sea.

Chanting a silent spell, the acid burns on Rein’s body began to close rapidly. Ruined scales fell away, replaced by new ones that grew in to perfectly restore his form.

A moment later!

He surged out of the waves, setting his sights on the Nether Sea Goddess Hela as she battled Menia.

...

Meanwhile.

Many miles away from the heart of the conflict, numerous Federation fishing vessels and cargo ships had noted the cataclysmic shifts in the ocean!

The sight of water pillars reaching hundreds of meters into the sky, the Whale Spring Spurt extending for kilometers, and the clash of titans could be seen clearly even from a hundred miles away.

The ripples of energy reached even further.

"Oh gods! This... the Empire Delegation’s airships are fighting a massive beast!"

A Federation Navy three-masted patrol ship was sailing nearby when the lookout atop the mast yelled out in terror.

As members of the Federation military, they were well aware of the Imperial visit. Seeing the Imperial airships being picked off one by one, he knew this was a catastrophe!

"What?!"

Hearing the shout, a Federation Navy colonel in the bridge grabbed a brass telescope to see for himself.

In his lens appeared several airships with the distinct Imperial architecture, the dragon head emblems on their hulls confirming their origin beyond any doubt.

"Send a report to Zetaya’s Second Fleet Headquarters immediately! Detail everything, hurry!"

"Captain, isn't it better for us if the Empire kills the beast?" the adjutant asked, looking confused.

"You idiot! If the Empire were winning, it wouldn't matter. But look—the Imperial ships are falling one after another. They are losing!"

"I heard the delegation includes two Dragon Knights, an Epic-level warrior, and is led by the ’Red Queen’ Menia herself. If even they are being crushed, think of how terrifying their enemy must be!"

"Besides, if the entire Empire Delegation is wiped out in our waters, it will be a diplomatic nightmare!"
