The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2310 Moving to the Fifth Realm

Previously on The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order...
Cain unleashes the full might of his Chaos Power to engage the Neo-Angel Crowley in a catastrophic aerial duel that threatens to trigger the intervention of the World Matrix. Despite sustaining heavy internal damage, Cain executes a high-level teleportation and strikes with a devastating Ragnarök attack, forcing Crowley to expend a divine trump card to survive. Realizing the strike failed to kill his opponent and facing a severe energy backlash, Cain retreats into the shadows. Though the battle has paused, Cain begins processing the stolen memories of the Prophetess, turning his focus toward a new, predatory hunt across the Fourth Realm.

A somber expression clouded the face of Aranko, an Arch-Deity of the Freedom Path, as he stood within the heart of his Eternal Kingdom. He carefully analyzed a newly arrived message while the kingdom's defensive formations and force fields operated at maximum capacity.

Crowley’s report was grim: the Prophetess had been killed weeks ago, and in the time since, three ArchDeities had already gone missing. The situation had escalated to such a degree that the Neo-Angel was forced to relocate the remaining ArchDeities to a stronghold in the Void Beyond the Realm. Furthermore, expensive teleportation formations were being positioned across the landmass to allow for rapid troop mobilization in the event of an incursion.

This total upheaval of their strategy was the result of a single individual's actions.

The Scarlet King.

Aranko felt a deep reluctance to depart. Situated on the frontlines, his Eternal Kingdom would be among the first to fall if they chose to retreat. While the destruction of the kingdom wouldn't damage his cultivation base directly, it would significantly hinder his future growth, and restoring such a domain would take ages.

More importantly, the loss of his Eternal Kingdom meant that if his physical form and soul were annihilated, his True Name would have no anchor for resurrection, causing him to vanish into nothingness forever.

"No matter how strong the Scarlet King is. As long as I remain within my kingdom, I will be fine."

The Late ArchDeity had barely finished reassuring himself when his eyes snapped wide with terror. His instincts screamed of imminent doom. Looking toward the heavens, he saw nothing but a radiant, crimson star.

"Conquest Divine - Cataclysm Star!"

The sky echoed with those words as the scarlet star slammed into the Divine Kingdom's force field. Massive fissures spider-webbed across the barrier before a hole was violently punched through. Carrying unstoppable momentum, the star smashed into the central castle, reducing it to rubble and bathing the ruins in scarlet flames.

Aranko surged from the wreckage a moment later, his gaze filled with pure horror. Had that divine strike hit him directly, he likely would have perished instantly.

The true gravity of his peril finally sank in. Without hesitation, he transformed into a bolt of lightning, desperate to flee the area as quickly as possible.

By using the ArchDeity's own internal dread as a spiritual bridge, Cain manifested directly behind him and struck his back with a single palm. The Late ArchDeity’s body seized with tremors as every pathway was severed. With his soul destabilized, even the option of self-destruction was stripped away. Moments later, the ArchDeity was heartlessly cast into the Scarlet Throne, his flesh and spirit absorbed into its structure. A wide grin spread across Cain’s face as he claimed his new prize, feeling a massive surge of vitality rushing through his veins.

"This should be enough to fix the backlash from using Ragnarök."

Suppressing the thrill of the hunt, Cain’s gaze sharpened as he watched the Eternal Kingdom begin to shudder and collapse, deprived of its master. His Chaos Wings radiated light as countless streams of energy descended from them, boring into the Divine Kingdom to siphon its Origin Power.

He maintained the kingdom's stability just long enough for the inhabitants to flee. Cain drained the Eternal Kingdom of its energy with ruthless efficiency until his eyes flashed with starlight and a drop of blood on the back of his hand vibrated. Instantly, he pulled back his Chaos Wings and vanished into the distance.

Minutes passed before Crowley arrived, appearing from the opposite direction of Cain’s flight path. The Neo-Angel ground his teeth in a fit of fury. No matter how perfectly he masked his presence, Cain always detected him before he arrived and made a clean escape. Far away, Cain smiled as he imagined the Neo-Angel’s frustrated face. As the starlight receded from his vision, he nodded in satisfaction. "The divination powers of the Prophetess are truly useful." During his recent weeks of healing and hunting, Cain had dedicated time to mastering the Prophetess’s craft. Her technique usually required the implantation of various soul-auras through gruesome rituals, which was why her body had appeared as a stitched-together nightmare.

Fortunately, Cain’s Command of Chaos and the Scarlet Throne allowed him to simulate this soul-aura amalgamation far more efficiently than sewing body parts onto his skin.

His mastery was still limited after only two weeks, as he had inherited her insights rather than her full breadth of power. Nevertheless, it was sufficient to create a field that blocked divination, and he had learned to track targets through mediums—in this case, using a drop of Crowley’s blood he had salvaged from his blade and transferred to his hand.

After traveling deep into the territory of the Life Path and finding a secluded spot, Cain’s eyes turned thoughtful.

"I would like to keep hunting, but the six-month deadline is coming soon."

Following a brief moment of calculation, Cain gave a firm nod.

It was time to proceed.

Having made his choice, Cain acted immediately. He signaled Meylin and the Enlightened One to rendezvous with him, then utilized the Power of Chaos to locate a weakness in the Realm Barrier.

The pair had been prepared for the summons and reached Cain shortly after. Once the soft spot in the barrier was identified, Cain wrapped them both in the shadows of his Chaos Wings and surged into the Realm Barrier.

Their destination was the Fifth Realm—

and more crucially, a meeting with the Demon King, one of the primary architects of this galactic conflict.
