The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2296 To the Fourth Realm (II)

Trusting in Cain's judgment, the Enlightened One and Meylin nodded in agreement. Without wasting a single moment, they departed towards their respective Divine Kingdoms.
Left to his own devices, Cain climbed to the highest altitudes of the firmament, stopping before the colossal barrier separating the realms. This invisible yet absolute wall loomed before him, a silent fortification constructed from laws that predated the oldest civilizations. Taking a deep breath to center his mind, Cain watched as his eyes ignited with a brilliant scarlet radiance. While he possessed the strength to trigger Chaos of Worldbreak: Ragnarok and smash through the barrier with raw power, such a drastic measure was unnecessary. That particular technique demanded a heavy price from the user, and Cain was not a warrior who leaned on brute force when a more sophisticated path was available.
The Power of Chaos represented more than simple destruction. At its core, it granted Cain the ability to resonate with the fundamental principles of the cosmos, allowing him to perceive the hidden order beneath the surface of apparent disorder. By syncing his essence with reality, he could pinpoint the most fragile coordinates in the Realm Barrier instead of waiting for its natural decay or forcibly tearing it open.
Days went by while Cain remained suspended at the boundary of the Second Realm, his perception stretched to its absolute limit. He stayed perfectly still, sending out subtle ripples of the Power of Chaos to probe the barrier inch by inch across the vast expanse. Finally, just as the Enlightened One and Meylin returned after organizing their domains, Cain's gaze sharpened with intent.
The weak point had been found.
The three of them met in the sky, their faces set in calm determination. Cain signaled for them to begin.
"Follow me."
He tore through the air, crossing entire continents in the blink of an eye, with the Buddha and the True Depravita of Original Sin following closely. They soon arrived at a secluded corner of the Second Realm, a place far removed from any known territory or war zone.
Both Meylin and the Enlightened One focused their senses—and both suddenly went rigid with shock.
The barrier in this location was different.
It felt thinner and more pliable. Its defensive resistance flickered like a fragile membrane rather than an unbreakable wall.
Awe flashed in their eyes as they exchanged looks. They were only able to perceive the flaw because they stood directly in front of it—yet Cain had identified it from half a world away.
The Neo-Demon wasted no time. As the Power of Chaos flooded his frame, his Crimson Wings transformed, expanding into the majestic Wings of Chaos.
Noticing the worry on his allies' faces, Cain shook his head to reassure them.
"I am not going to use a Chaos Art to break into the Third Realm. Instead, I will carve a path here and travel through the barrier's interior until we find a matching weak point on the opposite side. This only requires Chaos in its rawest form—something my soul force can currently sustain."
Though they were relieved that Cain would not suffer a violent backlash, the Enlightened One and Meylin remained stunned. Attempting to navigate the interior of a Realm Barrier was considered nearly impossible. The space inside was a chaotic mess of warped laws and broken causality, a place where even Alpha-Omega Overgods would lose their way. This was precisely why most experts chose to simply punch through from one side to the other.
Nevertheless, neither of them questioned him.
Cain had shattered the concept of impossibility too many times for them to doubt him now.
With a faint smile, he spread his Wings of Chaos wide, pulling both companions into his protective shadow. Sky Devourer flashed through the air, and with a surgical strike, Cain sliced a narrow rift into the barrier. Without a moment's hesitation, he dove into the opening, pulling them along.
Instant disorientation washed over them.
Meylin’s sight was overwhelmed by colors that existed beyond the known spectrum. Space warped and coiled around itself while time ceased to have any meaning. She lost all sense of direction, unable to tell forward from backward. The Enlightened One struggled just as much, his golden light flickering as he tried desperately to anchor his mind.
Cain, however, forged ahead with total confidence.
To his eyes, the chaos was not random. Through his resonance, he decoded the distorted laws, choosing to flow with them rather than fighting against them. What his companions perceived as erratic, jagged movements was, in Cain's mind, a perfectly straight path.
He led them through the fractures of broken causality, adjusting their trajectory with flawless instinct.
A week and a half passed while they traveled within the barrier.
Eventually, Cain felt the presence of the next Realm Barrier ahead. Two more days of meticulous navigation followed before he located the matching vulnerability. Steeling his resolve, Cain swung Sky Devourer, blasting a hole through the exit.
The group stepped out into the Third Realm.
During Cain's first visit to the Third Realm, he had found peace. This time, however, he did not land in a secluded area.
They emerged right beneath a violent war zone.
High above, ArchDeities were locked in fierce combat, their divine energies shredding the sky as the forces of the Freedom Path and Life Path fought for control.
"Just as I thought," Cain mused with cold indifference. "Urin wasn't the only one told to speed up the invasion."
There was no leisure for observation.
While the Enlightened One and Meylin were still recovering from the transit through the barrier, Cain was already in motion. Ignoring the lingering fatigue in his body, he shot upward like a scarlet meteor piercing the heavens.
Sky Devourer struck with lethal precision.
A Freedom Path ArchDeity—who was busy fighting a Life Path opponent—never saw the attack coming. Cain’s blade drove straight through the man's chest, followed by a surge of power that slammed into his mind, knocking him out instantly.
Before the limp body could fall, the Scarlet Throne appeared. The ArchDeity was sucked inside, sealed away without any hope of escape.
The entire sequence took less than a second.
By the time the nearby combatants realized an intruder was among them, Cain was already striking again. Panic erupted among the Freedom Path ArchDeities like a spreading plague.
"The Scarlet King!"
The mere mention of his name broke their spirit.
Even if word of Urin's demise hadn't reached them yet, they were well aware that Cain had bested Bradly. That fact alone meant that staying to fight was a death sentence.
They turned and fled.
Cain cut off a second ArchDeity, tossing another prisoner into the Scarlet Throne. As he lunged toward a third target, the enemy triggered a rare teleportation artifact and disappeared in a burst of warped light.
Cain didn't bother to chase them.
Instead, he hovered in the air with a calm expression, extending his consciousness into the minds of his captives. A flood of information filled his thoughts—detailing battle lines, the distribution of power, and the complex political tensions of the realm.
