The Corruption Dragon God: Lust System Chapter 533 The truth about the Primordial

"I also went to the Rose Empire and the Enlightened Sky Empire." Qingyi mentioned, taking a seat beside Qianyao.
His palms slid toward the hands of the stunning dragon lady. His firm, roughened fingers laced together with her slender, delicate, and flawless ones.
Tianjin stayed silent at those remarks, filling a cup of tea for himself before offering some to Qingyi and his daughter too.
"Have some." He uttered, his regal and solemn tone coming out feebler than normal.
"Father..." Qianyao's hold on Qingyi's hands grew firmer, her mouth quivering.
"I'm okay." Tianjin hacked deeply, thumping his chest and summoning every bit of energy he had left. "Go on, Qingyi, what did you discover there?"
"Demon seeds."
The instant those words reached his ears, Tianjin went rigid.
His gaze expanded and he stood up from his chair.
"Are you certain?"
"Yes." Qingyi affirmed with a nod. "During my time in the Rose Kingdom, I defeated an incarnation of an entity named the Heavenly Demon. I assume you're familiar with him, right?"
"A despicable fiend who has no right to exist in this realm..." Tianjin snarled, his features twisting with intense fury.
He was intimately acquainted with the Heavenly Demon. He had even clashed swords with him before and commanded a campaign aimed at his elimination.
"There are almost a thousand demon seeds in the imperial capital
alone, and both the Rose Emperor and the Emperor and Empress of the Enlightened Empire have fallen to corruption.
I have no clue what that scoundrel is after here, but it's tied to merging Mana and Qi."
Right after Qingyi finished speaking, Tianjin pulled a talisman from his space ring and ripped it apart.
"Qingyi... Unite Mana and Qi? Do you grasp what that implies?" He questioned, his tone laced with pressing concern.
That talisman could shield them briefly from heavenly surveillance, though its effect wouldn't endure indefinitely.
Much to his astonishment, Qingyi simply spread his arms wide, summoning Mana into one palm and Qi into the other.
Tianjin's form slumped back, drained of strength.
He wished desperately for his vision to deceive him, for the whole scene to be an illusion, yet deep down he recognized the truth.
"How?"
"It's irrelevant." Qingyi shook his head. "Tell me: what does this signify?"
"The Heavenly Demon seeks to forge Aether and shatter the heavens. He aims to merge what was once divided and reclaim the might of the Creator Father..."
Ruxue's words resounded, as she materialized next to Qingyi. Veiled from heavenly sight, she was now free to voice her thoughts.
"Aether? Creator Father?" Qingyi echoed. It clarified almost nothing and sparked countless inquiries.
With a gentle exhale, Ruxue went on:
"Qingyi, the Seed of Primordial Creation resides within you, emblem of the Creator Father's soul, the being who forged all existence... Mana, Qi... United, they birth Aether, the ancient force of creation."
She halted, gazing at him intently.
"It holds the essence of all things and, most crucially, the means to fracture the heavens... That cursed Celestial Demon intends to exploit the Immortal Heavens as his laboratory to revive Aether and..."
"Ascend as the sovereign of everything that is." Tianjin finished, rising once more.
Even to him, this constituted taboo wisdom, lore the heavens forbade from spreading.
He advanced a pace, seizing the youth's shoulders firmly.
"Qingyi... Son-in-law... You have to halt the Heavenly Demon no matter the price. Your form contains the gateway to immense strength, and he won't relinquish it easily."
Qingyi absorbed those declarations with grave focus, bolstering his resolve and giving a firm nod.
Thus, the Seed of Primordial Creation originated from the essence of the universe's architect...
It resolved numerous puzzles for him, yet...
With Mana, Qi, and the Primordial Seed housed in his mighty draconic frame... What grand fate awaited him?
***
"What fate do you foresee for us?" A voice reverberated in a nearby territory. It sounded ancient and otherworldly, evidently weary.
"I'm uncertain, Ancient Matriarch. Should we reclaim the Tree of Life, perhaps..." A different voice replied. This one fresher, gentle, melodic, and serene.
The speaker was Hu Lanyin, the Black Fox, Grand Master among the fox folk, governing them in place of the present matriarch.
The elder voice emanated not from a living being, but from a manifestation along one of the countless roots weaving through the fox people's domain.
That was the Ancient Matriarch, originator of the dominant fox clan.
Her physical form had perished over a hundred thousand years prior, yet her eternal spirit persisted.
At present, she had nearly fully integrated with the Tree of Life.
Naturally, demonic influence corrupting the tree's roots confined her to concealment, her inherited might severely curtailed.
In earlier times, prior to the demonic seed's infestation, she could even reverse death. Sadly, that era had vanished.
"Indeed..." The Ancient Matriarch murmured. "Restoring the Tree of Life would mend all. We could harness it to spawn new offspring and purge the taint plaguing our kin, but...
"Such a naive and lost aspiration... Your sister ought to depart, abandoning our fated spirits."
"She ought to." Lanyin agreed with a nod.
She offered no rebuttal to the Old Matriarch's statement; she understood its harsh reality all too well.
Their end was inevitable.
"Yet you realize she'd never abandon us, regardless."
The elegant figure lifted from her resting place, her dark, plush tail swishing gracefully in her wake, her ample bosom shifting with the motion.
Her gaze lifted skyward and she let out a breath.
"Lingxue holds faith in a redeemer, a youthful dragon destined to alleviate our woes and eradicate the demonic seed." "Hm... I detected a young dragon in her company not long ago..." The ancient forebear's tone rang out, tinged with faint sorrow. "He couldn't possibly attain the prowess needed to challenge the demonic seed. Inevitably, we are-"
The Ancient Matriarch's words cut off abruptly.
A brief hush followed before she resumed, grave and steady: "We have guests."
"Guests? What kind of guests?" Lanyin tilted her head, but got no reply.
Ceasing her probing, she merely exited her chamber, catching the stir beyond the fox people's borders.
There, prominently, stood a recognizable but altered silhouette.
The pristine white garments had vanished, supplanted by profound black attire.
The eyes, formerly ebony, now gleamed violet, resembling an infinite ocean of stars.
Amid his flowing dark locks, sharp horns protruded.
That was...
Lanyin pressed her hand to her mouth in astonishment.
That was the young dragon who had graced them before... He had returned already, brimming with such overwhelming power....
How was that possible?
She rested her palm against her chest, fingers pressing into the generous, yielding curves.
Her sight wasn't playing tricks on her, was it?
