Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure Chapter 2043: This is mine

Unable to sway the fanatics of the Holy Empire, who insisted on addressing him as Holy Son and disregarded his mortal titles, the protagonist received a statue as a gift and planned to destroy it in frustration. As he approached, he sensed an unusual connection, realizing the statue channeled divine energy to him through their prayers—the power of faith. Alarmed by this god-like ability he shouldn't possess, he concealed his discovery from the representative to avoid escalating their zealotry, which could endanger the entire alliance. Deciding to investigate further, he arranged a visit to the Holy Empire to examine their larger statue, faintly sensing an even stronger link from that direction.

"Are you certain you don't want our assistance?"

"No, I'm good. Allow me to ponder this on my own for a moment, and I'll inform you if I require any aid." I replied to the group that appeared eager to participate.

Not only the dwarves, but the researchers too seemed keen to join in.

After all, this experiment had never been attempted before.

It involved channeling all of my divine energy into a single point. That's precisely why they were curious to observe the results of concentrating that divine energy in one location.

Yet, this was not an event I wished for others to witness.

I explained that uncertainty about the outcome made caution the wisest choice.

In truth, though, my aim was to conceal it.

I truly preferred that no one uncovered my intentions, as holding onto a few mysteries proved beneficial.

Eventually, I ushered everyone out of the chamber, leaving me solitary.

Still, once they departed, I found myself uncertain of the next step.

Despite desiring to craft a unique item solely for myself, I lacked clarity on what to create.

Options abounded, yet nothing truly appealed to me. Indeed, my limited training meant I hadn't discovered my preferred tools.

Though I relied heavily on magic and divine energy, these remained forces lent from external sources.

"It truly feels like nothing belongs to me alone," I murmured to myself, a wry smile crossing my lips.

I lingered there, gazing at my palm for a while, then abruptly lifted it before my face and shut my eyes. With eyes closed, I summoned divine energy to my hand, attempting to envision an item that would be uniquely mine.

But ultimately, this approach failed.

"Well, divine energy can't possibly discern what's ideal for me. If I'm unclear on what to form, it won't manifest by itself," I uttered with a heavy sigh.

It had been a mere gamble, so the lack of success came as no shock.

Divine energy wasn't a universal fix for every dilemma.

Thus, after some reflection, I started over from scratch.

"Which attribute would fit me best?"

This stood as the key question, the one that would guide my choice of creation.

However, as I mulled it over, no ideas emerged.

In the end, I was an outsider thrust into this realm after death, arriving empty-handed... Well, not entirely; there was one possession, though I'd neglected it for ages.

The challenges I faced had long outgrown the aid from my system's offerings.

While the system's gifts had aided in building ties with various races, they proved useless against the Destruction forces. Hence, it had been quite some time since I'd sought anything from the system.

Yet, upon consideration, a thought nagged at me...

"What if I fashioned a dildo bat from divine energy? Would it retain the same traits?"

Oddly, this idea hadn't occurred to me sooner, but it held logic.

The system's inherent quirks had deterred me from linking it to the gods' divine power, yet this pairing struck me as promising. Particularly given my familiarity with the system's capabilities.

Therefore, I summoned the system to offer whatever it could provide.

My goal was to forge The Penetrator, but I also hoped to discover if the system had superior options. After all, The Penetrator's sole boon was its piercing strength.

Breaching the defenses of corruption energy monsters posed no issue.

The true challenge lay in that corruption energy demanded purification by divine energy to be eradicated. Thus, despite The Penetrator's vast might, it offered no aid in the purification process.

The system remained quiet despite my summons, leaving me somewhat let down.

It appeared the system couldn't produce ideas, which wasn't unexpected since it wasn't designed to solve every puzzle.

The system excelled at its designated duties.

Beyond those, it seemed unlikely to offer more.

Or so I believed until the system unexpectedly declared, "Host, you embody a fusion of diverse elements. Your uniqueness stems from adaptability and the skill to merge these components."

Its words startled me, as the system had never dispensed such guidance previously.

Typically, it communicated like a mere device, restricted to responses from its database. But now, it delivered a genuine insight...

"Are you truly alive?" I found myself inquiring of the system.

Yet, in the end, the system provided no reply.

I drew in a deep breath before murmuring, "What exactly are you? Though you're tied to me, you don't feel like you belong..."
