Having witnessed Leo Ray’s lethal display, the remaining Moon Demon Wolf warriors were paralyzed with fear. Their former bravado vanished instantly, replaced by sheer panic at Lannis' command.
Trying to maintain a shred of dignity, one of the Moon Demon Wolf warriors shouted a cold warning: “How dare you! We serve as the envoys of Lord Lucas. To strike us is to spit in the face of Lord Lucas himself!”

Lannis let out a cold snort and charged forward at the head of the Catman warriors, his long tail bristling with fury.

Leo Ray’s expression was grim as he added: “If we fail to act now, it won’t just be our lands at risk; this entire region will be laid to waste.”
“Lucas and Belinda’s secret alliance with the Witch Demon and their ambush of the leader’s party is a betrayal beyond words! It explains why they were so desperate to take power without finding a body—declaring him dead just to seize the throne and invade the Human Clan’s territory. It was a calculated scheme from the start!”
The white-bearded Catman elder let out a low, guttural growl in agreement: “The Human Emperor is right. The Witch Demon frequently uses members of our Desert Alliance as raw materials for their forbidden Cultivation techniques. If the Alliance falls under their thumb, the horror would be limitless!”
“Indeed! We cannot allow the Desert Alliance to be ruled by traitors like Belinda and Lucas!”
