Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong Chapter 2562: 1413: Shock and Return

Previously on Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong...
Leo Ray survives a devastating onslaught of Tier 6 attacks within the space crevice by combining the protection of his equipment with the Power of Divine Grace. Seizing a ten-second window of invincibility, he retaliates with a massive barrage of Tier 6 magic scrolls, obliterating the grey-armored Lord’s forces. After securing the battlefield and executing his defeated foe, Leo Ray returns to real space and claims the blue crystal token at the center of the arena. With the golem puppets deactivated, he is officially declared the champion and must now decide the fate of the remaining Lords.

The battlefield, which had been vibrating with the roar of explosions just moments before, was suddenly plunged into an eerie silence. Noticing the change, Leo Ray centered his focus as a translucent holographic interface materialized in his field of vision.

Upon inspecting the display, he saw that only two other Lords remained active besides himself. Their names and basic stats flickered on the screen: the siblings, Qunnie Young and Ethan Young.

It was evident from the data that the other Lords who managed to reach this stage had similarly carved a path through their rivals, leaving no survivors behind.

“This simplifies matters considerably.”

Leo Ray tapped the "able to leave the arena" toggle next to the names of Qunnie and Ethan Young before dismissing the interface.

Immediately, a Teleportation Array shimmered into existence in front of him, accompanied by the resonance of a systemic voice.

[Please step into the Teleportation Array to return to the ship's coordinates. You have 1799 seconds remaining before the Barrier Area of the arena collapses.]

“So, we have exactly thirty minutes to scavenge the battlefield and evacuate this Barrier Area?”

Processing the deadline, Leo Ray signaled his energized experts with a firm nod, commanding everyone to begin the cleanup operations without delay.

Once the orders were issued, Leo Ray turned his attention toward the altar.

The golem puppets had all reset to their original dormant states, appearing as though they had never moved, a stark contrast to the mangled corpses littering the ground.

For those combatants whose Lords had fallen, the moment Leo Ray seized the golden light orb, teleportation circles had ignited beneath them, whisking them away instantly.

He couldn't be certain if they were relocated to a different sector of this zone or somewhere else entirely.

“It is possible that upon losing their masters, the subordinates were sent back to their original domains. They likely had a choice to remain briefly or be forcibly recalled after a set duration.”

Leo Ray mused silently, nodding to himself.

“Brother Liam, congratulations on claiming the ultimate victory!”

A bright, exhilarated voice called out. Qunnie Young and Ethan Young approached with their entourage, their expressions beaming with relief, having clearly received the notification that they were permitted to depart.

Qunnie’s eyes sparkled with deep, visible appreciation as she added, “We owe you a debt of gratitude for your assistance, Brother Liam!”

“Had Liam Sanders not intervened, our lives would have surely ended in tragedy,” Ethan agreed, his face etched with sincere thanks. “Your heroic deeds today will be etched into our memories forever.”

As Ethan finished speaking, his followers nodded in unison, their gazes toward Leo Ray brimming with profound reverence.

There was no denying that the strategy Leo Ray employed within the spatial rift had left every witness in a state of shock.

Mixed with that awe was a deep respect; the group bowed low to Leo Ray, showing their heartfelt appreciation and wonder.

“You give me too much credit. If you hadn't broken the confinement barrier at that vital moment, the outcome wouldn't have been achieved so smoothly.”

Leo Ray offered a polite smile and a nod of acknowledgment. “The light of this victory belongs to every person standing here.”

As he spoke, Leo Ray took note of their condition.

Ethan, Qunnie, and their elite guards were in much worse shape than before. Ethan’s face was peppered with small lacerations from sharp energy currents, his shoulder plates were crushed, and his spear was notched and battered.

Qunnie fared slightly better, though her magic robes were torn at the sleeve, revealing an arm covered in bruises. Her short magic wand, already damaged, now looked like little more than a snapped twig.

Their subordinates looked even more haggard. The elderly Tier 6 priest, with his snowy hair and beard, was a mess; his hair was scorched by fire, and his long staff had been snapped into a short one.

Even though their Tier 5 Equipment was mostly ruined, the group seemed content just to have escaped that hellish combat zone alive.

“What we contributed was nothing compared to Brother Liam!”

Qunnie’s eyes glowed as a female priest tended to her wounds. Her face remained bright with excitement as she cried out, “Taking down so many Tier 6 experts all by yourself—Brother Liam, you are truly incredible!”

“Indeed, the true power of Liam Sanders is beyond comprehension. It is a massive honor to fight alongside you as a fellow Lord of the Summer Realm!” Ethan added, nodding fervently.

“It was merely a few small tricks, nothing more.”

Leo Ray maintained a relaxed posture and a soft smile.

Reaching into his pocket, he produced five storage rings that had been filled to capacity and handed them to Ethan. “The harvest was quite generous this time; these are your rightful shares of the loot.”

“Liam Sanders, we barely did anything, this is too much...”

Ethan froze in surprise, instinctively waving his hands as if he were unworthy of such a gift.

“Just as you noted, we are brothers-in-arms who bled on the same field. These belong to you.”
