A heavy expression clouded the Python God Barbarian Chief’s face as he spoke: "Everyone, the Heavenly Will is in grave trouble!"

Edmund queried, "What is the situation?"

Mangang entered the chamber at that moment, adding solemnly: "The Heavenly Will has not fallen into a slumber. Instead, it has been ensnared by the elite powerhouses of the Abyss and cannot answer our summons."

As he described his relentless attempts to contact the Heavenly Will over the last thousand years, even the Legendary Wizards felt a flicker of surprise. They privately marveled at the terrifying persistence this man possessed.

Edmund fell into a pensive silence upon hearing this. Throughout their millennium-long alliance with the barbarians, the congress had never ceased its search for the Heavenly Will’s location.

The barbarian tribes represent one of the rare civilizations in the Multidimensional Plane to boast several Level 10 Strongman. Because they excel in combat techniques and the art of Body cultivation, they are uniquely suited to fill the gaps in Nora’s current military forces when facing the Abyss’s diverse and shifting soldier species.

However, total integration remains impossible if the obstacle of the Heavenly Will cannot be overcome. Edmund’s calculations suggested that the Heavenly Will’s power likely sits at the Level 10 Peak; it certainly hasn't reached Level 11, or the barbarian tribes would not be limited to exactly six Level 10 powerhouses. Edmund felt certain that if communication could be established, he could successfully integrate it into Nora.

With that conclusion in mind, he declared: "As previously pledged, the barbarian tribes are Nora’s allies. Matters involving the survival of our friends will never be disregarded by us. This is an urgent crisis. We shall now begin outlining a preliminary rescue strategy, codenamed [Heavenly]. I invite everyone to contribute their insights."

The Blue Dream Daoist, who possessed personal experience regarding the Heavenly Will, remarked:

"Based on our intelligence, the Heavenly Will appears to be imprisoned within the Abyss, suppressed by multiple Level 10 Demons. Our primary hurdles will be locating the Heavenly Will and overcoming those demons, all while ensuring we aren't lured into an Abyss trap that would allow the demons on the Nora front to strike in our absence."

The Pandora Matriarch added: "The Star Lord makes a valid point. This manifestation of the Heavenly Will could be Abyss bait, designed to create an opening for a third full-scale invasion."

Edmund nodded: "Indeed. Consequently, for this rescue operation, only myself, the Frost Witch, and Freud shall represent the Legendary Wizards. From the barbarian side, one Level 10 will go to commune with the Heavenly Will, while the rest remain to protect Nora against any sudden demon incursions."

Lady Rowling voiced her concern: "Is such a small group sufficient? The demon lords capable of capturing the Heavenly Will must possess strength rivaling the mighty Gods."

The Python God Barbarian Chief responded: "I will represent the barbarian tribes. The Heavenly Will vanished and was trapped shortly after the start of the Abyss Blood Battle, less than a millennium ago. Given its sheer power, it shouldn't have been fully corrupted or subdued yet unless the Abyss Will intervened directly. I am confident that if we can break the demons' suppression, we can provide the Heavenly Will the chance it needs to break free."

Edmund replied: "I recognize your concerns, and we shall bring more allies." After speaking, he entered a state of deep contemplation, seemingly reaching out to other powerful entities.

Shortly thereafter, four additional projections manifested within the Supreme Council.

One was a figure with black hair, whose serene eyes and temperament stood in stark contrast to the others—the Primordial Demon Lord Xuan.

The remaining three arrived amidst the rushing waters of the Mother River, radiating an aura of ancient royalty. These were the emperors of the Underworld, with the figure on the far left being the Nine Death Swordsman.

To the right stood a massive man with Dragon’s horns protruding from his head, clad in black imperial robes. His golden, vertically-slitted pupils swept across the room, his overwhelming pressure causing the majority of the Legendary Wizards to shudder.

In the center stood the virtual image of a woman in a grey robe. Her long hair flowed over her shoulders, and her pale, refined face held a beauty that seemed to transcend time. Her profound gaze appeared to have watched the world change for eons, and she radiated a faint, maternal presence.

Edmund rose with a smile to introduce them:

"This is the Primordial Demon Lord; most of you are familiar with his name. The Nine Death Swordsman is also an old comrade... To the right is the Void Nether Emperor, the ninth Nether Emperor of the Underworld. And in the center is the predecessor to all our congress members and a close friend of the ancestor of wizards—the Netherworld Ancestor."

The room was filled with shock at these revelations.

The prowess of the Nine Death Swordsman was well-known; his recent feat of wounding the Earth Demon Lord during the Hell War had already become a legend.

Furthermore, the Void Nether Emperor was ranked ninth, making him even more formidable. Seeing the Dragon’s horns, the Legendary Wizards began to speculate wildly.

Could he be the Void Dragon, the species second only to the Time Dragon among the Five Legendary Dragon Species? It was shocking to learn he had joined the Underworld.

This displayed the true resources of the giants. These individuals, who could match the mighty Gods, were now gathered here; any one of them could easily claim a spot in the top ten of the Pan-Plane rankings.

As for the Netherworld Ancestor, though she was a mystery to them, her title suggested a deep connection to the Underworld Mother River. Her power likely reached Level 11, putting her on par with the ancestor of wizards at the very apex of the Multidimensional Plane!

The Nine Death Swordsman spoke:

"I thank you for the introduction, Lord Edmund. As Nora’s ally, the Underworld will certainly involve itself in the barbarians' crisis. It appears the Abyss intends to consume the Heavenly Will, which would cause the barbarian tribes to collapse from within. Such an outcome would destroy the advantage we've gained in the Blood Battle. This mission is a priority for Lord Nether Ancestor; she will personally ensure its success!"
