Edmund gave a firm nod:
"There is no alternative. We must dispatch three legendary wizards to take the positions of three barbarian chiefs at that location. Furthermore, a method to contact the Heavenly Will must be found so we can accelerate the merging of the Heavenly World. If the barbarian chiefs all align with the Supreme Council, our combined strength will be truly formidable."
Ultimately, a resolution was reached by the Supreme Council. Mr. Silver, the Wind Empress, and the Earth Saint—three legendary wizards—were sent to reinforce the barbarian tribes on the Blood Battle Battlefield. Recognizing the severity of the crisis, the barbarian tribes responded in kind, sending the Python God Barbarian Chief, the Turtle God Barbarian Lord, and the Eagle God Barbarian Chief. These three level-10 powerhouses were deployed to bolster the Nora Battlefield.
...
The Heavenly World.
High in the firmament, a muscular man gripped an iron rod and swung it downward, causing the void for tens of thousands of miles to shatter. Under this overwhelming pressure, a Level 9 Mid Stage Flame Demon was pulverized; its physical form disintegrated into nothingness, while its demon soul was harvested by the manifesting Nether River.
Man Gang exhaled softly, his eyes burning with intensity. Recognized as the greatest prodigy produced by the Ape God Tribe in tens of thousands of years, he had attained the Ninth-level Peak Realm over a millennium ago, having refined four soldier species within his body.
He had long been prepared for ascension, seeking to challenge the Heavenly Will. Yet, regardless of how many times he called out over the years, the Heavenly Will never granted him a response.
This arrogant figure had been driven to the brink of despair, forced to watch his own aging and witness his kin being slaughtered by those horrific otherworldly demons during the Blood Battle!
He vented his frustrations by slaughtering demons; beneath the rank of the barbarian chiefs, no one could match his combat record, and he completely suppressed all contemporaries of his era. With every bit of progress he made, he would invoke the Heavenly Will, begging for the path to the heavens to descend.
On this particular day, he finished refining his fifth soldier species. Once again, he prepared the sacred rite, thrusting his long rod toward the sky.
"Where is the heavenly path?"
His grieving voice rang out through the cosmos, the shockwave killing a swarm of low-level demons. After a long silence, the sky remained indifferent. Man Gang felt a surge of disappointment, but his resolve did not waver.
"I will force the Heavenly Will to awaken!"
Boom!
A low rumble of thunder suddenly rolled across the heavens. As ancient, faint roars echoed, a massive pupil spanning ten thousand miles appeared at the center of the Sky Dome. Terrifying bolts of lightning crackled around it, accompanied by a desolate, haunting chant.
Man Gang’s eyes first widened in disbelief, then filled with ecstatic joy.
"It is the Sky Eye! The Heavenly Will has been awakened by me!" He shouted urgently, "I seek ascension! I beseech the Heavens to grant me the heavenly path!"
The gargantuan eye flickered. Dark fissures began to crawl across its surface, and a malevolent demonic aura began to leak out. From within, the presence of more than ten terrifying Level 10 entities could be felt.
"Child... I am ensnared... come save me..."
Man Gang realized the truth instantly; the Heavenly Will was not dormant, but had been trapped and corrupted by the Abyss. It was in mortal danger!
It was likely his persistent cries that allowed him to rouse it just enough to receive this plea. A moment later, the massive eye faded away.
Man Gang immediately took flight toward the Weasel God Tribe. The Heavenly Will had protected the barbarian tribes like a mother since the beginning of time; now, every tribe had to mobilize!
They had to rescue Heaven!

Ancient Dragon Continent.
The outer sea region.
As the remnants of a disaster faded, a figure shrouded in cyan light descended. Emitting a fierce Level 9 aura and covered in green scales with six powerful arms, it was Green Demon Rox. He held a set of ruined golden armor, looking quite contrite.
"My own weakness is to blame for this. I broke the clan treasure bestowed by the Lord while I was undergoing my tribulation; I wonder if the White Dragon Commerce has the skill to fix it."
Shortly after, the green ghost—who had just advanced to the Level 9 Mid Stage—arrived from the Sorren Continent, laughing loudly: "Excellent! Now that we brothers have both reached Level 9, the prosperity of our Green Scale Clan is assured."
"Brother, do you think this rare treasure can be restored?"
"It can. Do not fret; I will find an acquaintance to repair it before returning it to the organization's vault. It will serve others in their future tribulations."
"That is good to hear. I am relieved."
Soon after, Green Demon took his seat in the Nora council. Currently, including the elven race, the number of level 9 alien experts had reached a total of 91!
...
The Land of Darkness.
A blue giant dragon, its body as sharp and jagged as a blade, tore through the void and crashed near a Death plane.
It let out a low, pained roar, licking the many gashes covering its hide. Though it had reached maturity, its aura was incredibly frail, slipping below level 9 and appearing only as a Level 8 Peak.
To evade the pursuit of the God Race experts, it had used every ounce of its strength, including a forbidden technique that burned its very life force, just to escape with its life.
This dragon was the slave Mother Sword King Dragon Namia, who had previously been sold by the Fifth Divine General at the Giant Head Star auction.
It began to tend to its injuries. As a dragon with an affinity for the metal element, this desolate world was an ideal hiding spot, as the power of the golden element remained potent despite the surrounding death.
Transforming into a streak of light, it tunneled deep into the planet's core. Using secret arts to enter a state of hibernation, it began a long sleep, hoping to regain its level 9 status upon waking.
Beyond this desolate world, a shadow stretched across the Land of Darkness. It descended in total silence, taking the shape of a magnificent, ten-layered ancient tower.
...
Six months passed.
Dark Ancient Tower, Ninth Layer.
Levi received word of Green Demon’s breakthrough via the Twilight Round Table. He felt a sense of inner satisfaction; the Seven-Colored Scale Clan was progressing beautifully. He mused that if he could eventually incorporate the Black, Crimson, and Golden Scale Clans, it would be a perfect collection.
For now, the Purple Qilin Clan remained somewhat fragile. A previous catastrophe had wiped out most of its experts. Although they had begun to recover since arriving at the Ancient Dragon Continent, they only possessed eight members at the upper tier of level 6, with no level-7 experts yet. Their path to true power remained long and difficult.
