"Furthermore, I shall transform the final remnants of this projection's energy into a Divine Power Crystal. Once that Blasphemer is eliminated, cast the Divine Power Crystal into the Molten Lava Lake. The resulting eruption of the undersea volcano will utterly annihilate the island and every Federation vessel in the vicinity."
"Your will be done, my magnificent and sagacious lord!"
The high-ranking members of the Sea God Sect, Pope Egil included, beamed with visible delight upon hearing the Nether Sea Goddess's decree. They bowed deeply toward the shimmering phantom of the Nether Sea Goddess as they spoke.
Their joy stemmed from several factors. First, departing in half a day would allow them to perfectly circumvent the three Dragon Knights dispatched by the Empire.
Secondly, by following Glasers through a tunnel directly into the Magma Lake, they could bypass the island's surface entirely. This maneuver ensured they would avoid any direct confrontation with the Federation over Reef Island.
Most vital of all, however, was the restoration of their Goddess’s Divine Power, which had elevated the 'smoldering electric eel' to the Epic Peak level. The Sea God Sect members believed their own intervention was hardly necessary; they could simply trail behind and watch as Rein and the crippled Menia were crushed.
"Egil, do not fail me a second time!"
With that final warning, the phantom of the Nether Sea Goddess Hela erupted in a flash of black brilliance. A moment later, she vanished from the air, leaving behind only a rhomboid crystal. It hovered there, bobbing slightly while radiating intense waves of surging energy.
...
Twelve hours passed.
A monstrous, serpent-like entity gradually materialized within the lightless depths of the ocean. This was the 'smoldering electric eel' Glasers, accompanied by a contingent of High Rank Wizards and Evil Sorcerers from the Sea God Sect, all converging on Reef Island.
Eels possess a natural talent for burrowing, and for a creature like Glasers, piercing through the seafloor's silt and obsidian strata was effortless.
Glasers' massive frame pulsed with a violet luminescence as it writhed, churning up thick clouds of seabed sediment that clouded the surrounding waters. Before long, its hundred-meter-long body was halfway submerged in the silt.
"Pope, the presence of the 'smoldering electric eel' Glasers has rendered this objective far simpler."
"Indeed, blessed by our lord's divine grace, Glasers has finally reclaimed the terrifying majesty of a prehistoric Sea Beast."
"True enough. Rein is surely finished this time! I can only imagine the look on his face when Glasers suddenly bursts into view."
Watching the beast work, the group of High Rank Evil Sorcerers shared smiles, their previous anxieties beginning to fade.
Pope Egil of the Sea God Sect felt a similar sense of relief, though he maintained a stern, authoritative mask. He signaled with a wave of his hand.
"Enough. Everyone remain alert and do not grow complacent. Keep pace and steel yourselves for the coming slaughter!"

Meanwhile, situated by the Molten Lava Lake.
Rein remained occupied with the assembly of Goblin Engineering constructs, though he had moved on from the Mechanical Land Birds.
Standing before him was the frame of a Mechanical Velociraptor. It stood taller than its predecessor, distinguished by a pair of short, lethal foreclaws. Each was equipped with scythe-like blades exceeding thirty centimeters in length.
This machine was the standard-issue war engine of the Ancient Goblin Empire—the Mechanical Velociraptor.
Rein had caught a fleeting glimpse of such machines when departing from Floating City Gate No. 3. Now, utilizing the Goblin Engineering blueprints embedded within the two memory crystals, he was reconstructing one from scratch.
While it shared the same small Furnace Core as the Mechanical Land Bird, the Mechanical Velociraptor was significantly more complex to build. The primary difficulties lay in the hook-shaped blades, which demanded a specific alloy for maximum durability, and the powerful hind legs, which utilized a high-precision transmission system.
Such obstacles might have stymied a typical Goblin Engineer, but for Rein, these problems were easily resolved.
As Rein snapped the final piece of the transmission assembly into place, a series of system prompts echoed in his mind:
[You have successfully crafted a Mechanical Velociraptor; related insights have improved!] [New Skill Learned: Mechanical Velociraptor Creation] [Mechanical Velociraptor Creation skill level increased, Experience +35] [Focus maintained on Mechanical Velociraptor Creation, Goblin Engineer (Legendary) Professional Experience +85]
....
Consequently, Rein’s Goblin Engineer (Legendary) Profession Level climbed to lv7. This advancement granted him 6 attribute points and 6 skill points from the Legendary profession.
His status panel now indicated 7 remaining attribute points and 19 skill points. His Golden Skill Points had surged to 594, approaching an all-time peak.
"Excellent. This should be sufficient to sustain a battle of moderate intensity," Rein noted with satisfaction.
Just as he prepared to begin work on another Mechanical Velociraptor, a faint movement from Menia’s side caught his attention.
Turning quickly, Rein saw that Menia had woken up for a second time. Her striking features bore the marks of exhaustion. Rein immediately dropped his tools and hurried to her side.
"Princess Menia, your Strength..."
Rein was stunned as he drew near. Though her aura appeared stable, the Strength he sensed from her was a shadow of what it once was!
"The Dragon Blood Sacrifice is a forbidden technique born of desperation. Surviving at all is a stroke of luck, particularly in these circumstances. That I can even maintain the Strength of a Dawn Wizard is only because you acted so quickly back then."
Menia appeared unbothered by her loss, offering Rein a faint, gentle smile as she spoke.
