Upon stepping outside, the two sisters naturally flanked Wang Yue on either side, with Su Xiu’er even going so far as to hook her arm through his.
Under normal circumstances, being accompanied by two such breathtaking beauties would be considered a massive honor. However, because both of his cousins stood half a head taller than him naturally—and were currently boosted by high heels—they now towered over him by an entire head.
Consequently, rather than feeling like a pampered Young Master adored by stunning women, Wang Yue felt more like a diminutive lackey, a realization that made him quite uneasy.
Regrettably, while internal Qi could decelerate or even halt the physical aging of a martial artist, it possessed no power to accelerate growth. It appeared that Wang Yue would need to wait several more years before he could truly relish such an experience.
"Brother, where should we go to enjoy ourselves?" Su Xiu’er inquired after they departed from the Adventurers Association.
Wang Yue gave a small smile and replied, "I am not very familiar with the city center; I will leave the suggestions up to you two."
Su Xiu’er turned her gaze toward Su Jin’er. Even though Su Xiu’er was the more spirited and social of the two, Su Jin’er was typically the decision-maker, and Su Xiu’er was always happy to defer to her. Their contrasting temperaments never led to any friction between them.
After a moment of reflection, Su Jin’er suggested, "Since we are undecided, why don't we pay a visit to Chu Mo? It has been quite some time since our last meeting."
"But..." Su Xiu’er showed a hint of hesitation, "Men are forbidden at her establishment... What about Xiao Yue?"
Su Jinier let out a soft laugh and said, "It will be fine. Xiao Yue is still quite young; they will likely grant him an exception."
"I am not that young anymore!" Wang Yue voiced his objection.
Yet, the more he protested, the more his cousins found his innocence endearing. Su Xiu’er remarked, "Today, I shall take you to a truly fascinating place."
"Where is it?" Wang Yue asked with a weak tone. "And by the way, is this person you mentioned... surnamed Xiong?"
"Surnamed Xiong? Do you think you are in a cartoon?" Su Xiu’er teased him. "Her surname is Chu, and her given name is Mo. She is a close friend to both Jinier and me. She is a renowned beauty of Jinling, counted among the Twelve Beauties. You must maintain your manners when you meet her; do not bring us any shame."
As soon as the words left her mouth, Su Xiu’er’s face flushed crimson. She was also ranked among the Twelve Beauties, and mentioning the title in such a way felt as though she were praising herself.
Wang Yue was certainly aware of the Twelve Beauties of Jinling. However, aside from the six ladies belonging to the three major clans and Huang Xueyi—his third aunt’s sister—he had never encountered the others. Now that he was set to meet one, he nodded and agreed, "Very well, let us go."
"You little rogue, you get so worked up just thinking about meeting a beautiful woman. Are there not enough beauties at home for you to admire?" Seeing Wang Yue’s enthusiastic look, Su Xiu’er felt a twinge of irritation.
Wang Yue let out a chuckle and said, "It is only natural for a man to appreciate beautiful women... and the more there are, the better."
"You little brat, what kind of 'man' do you think you are?" Su Xiu’er rolled her eyes at him.
Su Jinier also shared a quiet laugh.
The radiant and playful charm of his cousins caused Wang Yue’s heart to skip a beat. Suddenly, he realized that being young and short might have its perks—sometimes, it could be quite useful for achieving certain private objectives.
Su Jinier and her sister had arrived in their own vehicle, but because they were enjoying Wang Yue’s company, they left their car in the local lot and piled into Wang Yue’s hovercar.
Following his cousins' directions, Wang Yue soon arrived at a destination called the "Mo Mo Women’s Fitness Club."
After parking, the trio did not enter immediately. Since men were strictly prohibited, they needed to secure permission first.
Su Jinier placed a call and received the necessary clearance before guiding Wang Yue and her sister into what appeared to be a standard fitness center.
According to his cousins, this Chu Mo of the Twelve Beauties was no ordinary woman; she hailed from a prestigious martial arts lineage. However, she disliked the company of other martial artists and felt great empathy for the common people.
This was the motivation behind her fitness center. Although she did not teach the members genuine Cultivation or martial techniques, she could at least assist them in strengthening their physical bodies.
Her reasons weren't rooted in pure saintliness, but rather personal experience. Her mother had been an ordinary woman with a frail constitution who was unable to practice martial arts and would become exhausted after merely a few steps.
Because of this, her father had treated her mother with cold indifference, and Chu Mo wished to prevent others from enduring similar hardships.
Wang Yue instinctively felt an affinity for such a compassionate woman, making him even more curious to meet her.
The ground floor served as the entrance and facade; the actual gym occupied the sixth floor.
Because the owner, Chu Mo, had given specific orders, the two female receptionists at the front were baffled as to why their boss—who usually barred all men—was making an exception.
Nevertheless, they did not block the way, merely casting peculiar glances at Wang Yue before allowing the group to pass.
"Sister, does Sister Chu truly despise men that much?" While in the elevator, Wang Yue couldn't help but ask, thinking of the strict regulations and the odd stares from the staff.
"No, it is primarily because many fitness centers are too chaotic. When men and women mingle, problems often arise. She wants to avoid that environment, so she established these rules," Su Jin’er clarified.
Though his cousin was being discreet, Wang Yue understood perfectly. For centuries, this had been a recurring issue. Male instructors with female clients, or vice versa—when people wear minimal clothing during intense exercise involving physical contact, things can easily spiral out of bounds.
Chu Mo simply wanted to keep her gym pure, hence the restrictions.
Martial arts families were rarely lacking in funds. Even though Chu Mo did not hold a supreme rank within the Chu family, she was a direct descendant and faced no financial hurdles. Thus, she had rented the entire sixth floor for her club.
At that moment, in the main lobby, several beginner students were engaged in aerobics. The moment the three of them walked in, Wang Yue’s eyes nearly bulged out of his head.
While these students were ordinary women of various ages whose looks might not rival the top-tier beauties he knew, his attention was captured by their attire.
For ease of movement, they all wore thin, skin-tight yoga gear that accentuated every curve and helped mold their figures, making them appear quite striking.
As they exercised, the rhythmic movement of their bodies was incredibly distracting, leaving Wang Yue in a daze.
Among the crowd were several women from high-society backgrounds whose legs were perfectly defined by their tight leggings, looking exceptionally alluring.
He had never imagined there would be such a concentration of such women.
Wang Yue mused to himself that while these women might not be as well-endowed or perfectly shaped as his aunt or sister, he was still happy for their husbands.
When a male like Wang Yue suddenly appeared in a sanctuary where men were banned, the students stopped their routines in shock.
Many were indifferent, but some were displeased, with one even demanding, "What is this? Why is there a man in the gym?"
"Our apologies, we are here on a private matter. We are just passing through and will be gone in a moment," Su Xiu’er apologized to the group. She then grabbed Wang Yue by the ear and hissed, "You little rascal, what are you staring at? Move it!"
"Sister, take it easy, that hurts!" Wang Yue cried out dramatically as Su Xiu’er dragged him toward the side corridor.
"Hahaha..." A wave of laughter swept through the lobby. Most of the women didn't truly mind being seen, and since Wang Yue was young and quite handsome, some of the older women even felt like teasing him.
Even those who were initially annoyed found their anger vanishing at the sight of the siblings' antics.
Indeed, being handsome had its advantages.
Su Xiu’er maintained her grip on Wang Yue’s ear for several meters before finally releasing him, huffing, "Are they really that beautiful?"
Su Jin’er also felt a strange discomfort she couldn't quite name. She simply disliked the way Wang Yue had looked at those women.
"They are very beautiful," Wang Yue replied with total honesty. "The movements they are performing are not only graceful but actually incorporate elements of martial arts. Sister Chu is quite brilliant."
Was he actually focused on the techniques?
The two sisters were stunned. They then remembered how naive their cousin was—he didn't even understand the concept of Dual Cultivation, let alone how to properly ogle women. It seemed they had misjudged his intentions.
With that thought, their spirits immediately brightened once more.
