Titan King: Ascension of the Giant Chapter 1401 Gathering of Demigods

"Hahaha... The Great One has answered us!"
"It's real! This is true divine power!"
"A miracle... an absolute miracle!"
"Is this the birth of a new Holy Order?"
"My strength... it had stagnated for so long, but now it's surging. I can feel it—I'm breaking through!"
At first, doubt had spread wildly through the second batch of recruits joining Hellscream. Plenty questioned whether ordinary folks from a rundown place like Grimm could really connect with a deity.
Yet at this moment, with the raw surge of energy flowing in their blood, belief became unavoidable for them.
Of course, the divine gifts weren't handed out evenly. The ones showing the deepest devotion and the most lavish offerings gained the biggest boons.
This showed clearest in the four Divine Envoys: Kharos, Raveth, Ashkar, and Eryx. Their power levels smashed old barriers, propelling them straight into Legendary status.
Naturally, this wasn't power they generated themselves. They were tapping into Orion's godly essence, boosted to mimic a Legend's force. It worked the same way as when Orion lent a sliver of his divinity to the Jester and the Witch in the Cult of Four—extending that favor to Hellscream's followers.
"This cursed world... it has to transform!"
Kharos, famed as The Phantom of the East, tilted his head skyward and bellowed, his form wrapped in a red radiance.
"The moment to reshape the world's order is here."
Raveth, called The Shadow of the West, uttered the words with a serene, chilling assurance. A man in his middle years with blond locks and gaze, he radiated the refined allure of a veteran hunter.
"Vengeance. Vengeance. Vengeance!"
Ashkar, The Scourge of the South, bowed his head down, yet his clenched jaws failed to hide the sharp edge of his rage.
"O God, welcome your truest follower!"
Eryx, The Iron of the North, dropped to his knees on the rough earth, quaking with complete devotion.
Aina observed the spectacle playing out. She realized that once this night ended, Hellscream's reach would grow massively.
Her mission now involved guiding these boosted fanatics to block the Holy Order's frontline forces.
"I'll cut them all down," she murmured.
"The vanguard's heads will just be a starter for our domain's mighty roar."
Titanion Realm, Stoneheart City.
Far inside the fortress, Orion gradually lifted his eyelids. His stare cut through the rock, locking onto the southern lands under Dragonflight control.
"So, a Dragon race Demigod has at last arrived?" he whispered. "Looks like they're not ready to let go of their share in the Titanion Realm. Maybe they're eyeing the incoming otherworld set to fuse with us too."
Orion rose to his feet. One stride later, he disappeared from the throne.
Marina City.
Within her opulent sleeping chamber, the Mermaid Demigod Seraphina shifted in her slumber. She paid no mind to the thin silk gown sliding off her shoulders to bunch at her hips, and with reluctance, she parted her lashes.
"Why have I been so sleepy these days?"
She pushed herself upright, detecting the abrupt ripple in space from Orion's recent departure. Draping a cloak around herself, she melted into nothingness, trailing his path.
The Void Passage, Between Worlds.
As Orion appeared, the assembly had already begun. Evander, the Human Demigod, and Kairon, the Siren Demigod, stood there. With them was a strange Demigod of the Dragon race.
Orion prepared to voice something when the space next to him wavered. Seraphina materialized, promptly hooking her arm in his.
He pivoted toward her. Facing her stunning allure, he merely grinned, staying quiet.
"Gentlemen, we require an alliance," Kairon declared, his voice heavy. "A real one. A solid united force."
The Siren Demigod came across as altered from past meetings. He avoided looking at Seraphina entirely, behaving as though the gorgeous mermaid wasn't there—or like he outright despised her.
Orion cast a quick side-eye at Seraphina. She caught his implication right away.
You figure everyone's like you? Spreading charm all over, your mind and realm stuffed with nothing but females?
Her words rang in his thoughts, a mental grumble tinged with playfulness.
Seraphina could seem aloof and idle, but she missed zero details. She knew full well Orion had added Ava to the Stoneheart Horde. She shot him an eye-roll and, even as she held onto his arm with fondness, delivered a firm, cautionary squeeze.
"I am Tyras. I speak for the Dragonflight," the new arrival stated. He gave a small bow, aiming to get acquainted with this realm's key figures. "Might I inquire what to call you all?"
"I am Evander, standing for Humanity."
"I am Kairon."
Once they finished presenting themselves, Evander and Kairon both directed their attention to the pair.
"I am Orion," the giant replied evenly. "And this is my wife, Seraphina. We stand for the Stoneheart Horde and the Mermaid Race."
Seraphina kept quiet, snuggling closer to Orion. His words—especially calling her "my wife"—delighted her greatly. So pleased, she had no urge to chat with these minor outsiders.
"So, you're the King of Giants? A pleasure," Tyras remarked.
Orion himself was a mythic being—the top standout in the Titanion Realm's present age. Tyras felt real curiosity. To him, rising to dominance amid veteran Demigods showed real skill.
"Enough with the greetings," Kairon cut in, keen to dive back into the issue. "Things look dire. The Insectoid Race's spread through the seas has gone beyond my darkest fears. The danger to our tomorrow will surely rise from the waters."
This gathering mattered hugely to Kairon; he sought partners. Though most of the ocean fell under his domain, he couldn't watch every hidden crevice or underground stream. Such shadowy spots made ideal lairs for the ocean bugs.
Kairon had wiped out endless colonies, but it proved a futile fight. Each nest he demolished gave way to a fresh one amid the wreckage.
Even worse, certain sea insects were advancing. They were developing awareness, figuring out how to dodge the Sea Race's guards. Some massive groups were flipping the script, striking and wiping out the squads dispatched to eradicate them.
Kairon understood he couldn't eradicate them solo. He had to concentrate on protecting a central area, building a secure haven as the surrounding seas fell to chaos.
"It's not only the sea," Evander chimed in darkly. "The land fares no better. We can't eliminate them quickly enough. Their evolution speed is horrifying. Even before the otherworld arrives, I'm afraid we'll face an endless grind of internal conflict."
The second continent belonged to Evander, and he endured the identical horror. The Insectoids acted like an unkillable blight.
"Orion, what's your view?" Tyras questioned, turning to the giant once he'd heard the rest vent their woes.
Orion and Seraphina formed a single unit. Orion's stance could sway the whole Titanion Realm.
"Gentlemen, no need for vague talk," Orion stated, his tone firm. "I figure you, just like the Stoneheart Horde, have already claimed your bases in other realms."
