THE VILLAIN'S POV Chapter 756: Fulghor vs Vayne (1)

Previously on THE VILLAIN'S POV...
Frey Starlight harnessed the full potential of his Void Eyes, perceiving countless violet paths through Amon's inescapable barrage of strikes and following one to close the distance unscathed. Activating Screen Shot to freeze time, he unleashed Nameless Judgement, a devastating beam of Soulfire and Black Hole Aura that engulfed the demon and scarred the battlefield, though Amon survived and began regenerating. As their fierce clash resumed, Frey sensed Amon's unyielding loyalty and respect amid the onslaught, prompting him to delve into his inner abyss where he carved a resolute path toward destroying the corrupted world, earning Nameless's solemn acknowledgment.

In just one night, the entire Earth turned into a chaotic warzone pitting the Shadow Sect against the High Demons.

Corruption spread far and wide from the fierce conflict, with the showdown between Frey Starlight and Amon standing out as its most intense highlight.

However, Earth wasn't the sole victim of this devastation—the far-off moon suffered its own brutal assault too.

The unexpected arrival of the planet Fulghor shifted the entire course of the battle dramatically. That towering four-legged giant flung the Rank Three Demoness Vayne from Earth straight to the moon in one devastating strike.

Right at the last second, Vayne wrapped shadows around herself, letting the King’s Shadow soak up the bulk of the impact and shock. Still, Fulghor’s immense physical might operated on a whole other plane.

Fulghor bridged the gap with horrifying velocity and landed on the moon's surface to confront Vayne—their brutal fight had kicked off moments before.

The real casualty in this showdown was the moon. A huge chunk of it had been torn open earlier by Frey, and now these two beasts clashed across its battered terrain.

Vayne unleashed her shadows broadly, dispatching dark tentacles rushing at Fulghor.

Fulghor proved utterly bizarre—not just bounding over the moon's ground, but sprinting through the void of space as if it were solid path.

His velocity proved unstoppable, dodging the majority of Vayne’s strikes with ease. Yet he didn't just dodge alone.

Between his massive limbs, the prior weapon dissolved away, swapped for an enormous bow crafted from his golden aura.

That bow's projectiles emerged straight from pure aura, and each release sent an arrow flying toward Vayne.

With every launch, the moon's crust trembled from a massive blast—like a nuclear device going off, far beyond a simple arrow's punch.

Each instance saw Vayne counter the assault head-on with her shadows... but her fury shone through plainly.

"That savage bastard... appearing out of nowhere and humiliating me like this!" Vayne raged in genuine wrath.

The aura around her intensified sharply, her violet locks thrashing chaotically in all directions.

She mirrored Wesker closely, like his feminine counterpart... except for her brother's sly grin, her features stayed locked in constant rage.

The overwhelming force Vayne released was anything but trivial. With one swift gesture, an incredible phenomenon unfolded—prompting every soul on Earth to gaze upward in stunned awe.

The King’s Shadow... that ruthless demoness's shadow... ballooned to grotesque proportions until it swallowed the broken moon whole, blanketing it in oppressive gloom.

The view was utterly terrifying.

But Fulghor betrayed no sign of concern under his metal helmet.

His gaze burned with that familiar golden radiance as he kept dashing through the emptiness, treating the cosmos like his personal playground.

"As expected of the King’s Shadow... what an irritating ability," Fulghor’s voice echoed—grand and fearsome, so profound it evoked an eternal entity from time's beginning.

"Don’t worry... this shadow will swallow you soon enough!" Vayne bellowed in menace, thrusting her hand at Fulghor.

At her command, the whole moon seemed to heed her call, assailing him from every angle simultaneously.

Nightmarish dark vines and enormous shadowy fists erupted from all sides, charging at Fulghor in a horrifying display.

For all his colossal bulk, Fulghor looked tiny amid that sea of blackness.

Nevertheless, the Shadow Sect fighter showed no pause. In a flash, he shaped another bolt of brilliant golden light.

With boundless strength and accuracy, Fulghor unleashed the arrow right into the advancing tide of shadows.

BOOOOOOM!!

Yet again, the lone arrow sparked a nuclear-scale detonation that almost seared Vayne's vision.

That one blast wiped out a vast swath of the shadows, stoking her fury even higher.

The Rank Three Demoness countered without delay, unleashing fresh waves of shadows at her foe—but Fulghor replied by crafting another arrow and shooting it directly her way.

BOOOOOOM!!

Fulghor rattled the vacuum of space, compelling Vayne to pull back into her shadows as a enormous pit formed in the darkness cloaking the moon.

And then once more... Fulghor let loose another arrow.

And another.

And another.

BOOOOOOM!!

BOOOOOOM!!

BOOOOOOM!!

The sheer devastation from those arrows defied words.

The nearest match lay in atomic bombs.

Every arrow packed an outrageous, beastly load of aura... sufficient to drain even certain SSS-class warriors. Yet Fulghor unleashed them effortlessly.

Caged within that barrage of nonstop blasts, Vayne shifted from aggression to pure survival, frozen in place.

"That bastard... how can he fire so many attacks without stopping?! Just how large is his aura reserve, damn it?!" she howled inside her mind.

Veins bulged like serpents over Vayne’s features as she frantically hunted for an escape.

At the same time, Fulghor kept vaulting across the void overhead, pelting her with his own barrage of atomic blasts.

"This is the first time I’ve fought you, Rank Three Demon," Fulghor stated evenly, "and it seems you know nothing about me."

He conjured additional arrows... eight simultaneously this time.

"If you’re waiting for me to be exhausted," he went on, "then I should tell you there’s no point."

Fulghor unleashed the eight arrows together, obliterating shadows on a grander scale and jolting the moon with violent force.

"My name is Fulghor... the one titled after a planet, because my aura reserves are equal to one," he proclaimed in a resonant tone, already shaping eight fresh arrows brimming with horrifying aura volumes.

"Within the Shadow Sect, I possess the largest aura reserve of all. In that regard, I surpass even my lord, Nameless, by nearly threefold."

Again, Fulghor fired his arrows—solidifying his supremacy without question.

In mere moments, he had demolished the bulk of the shadow draping the moon.

"But my lord Nameless possesses a peculiar ability... one that allows him to reduce his aura consumption to nearly zero with every use. Despite the sheer power of his techniques... in terms of control, he is the finest in the entire world."

Fulghor shaped eight more arrows, his voice remaining deep and unwavering.

"Even though I possess three times what he does, my reserves would be depleted in battle long before his even reached half. It truly is a power worthy of a king."

Fulghor swung his arm... and his bow morphed into a device like a rocket launcher via raw velocity and might, unleashing even fiercer thunderous detonations.

"But you are not as powerful as my lord Nameless... not even a quarter of his strength. That is why you cannot defeat me. Not even if I were to fight you using only half of my reserves."

Before... Fulghor had shared half his strength with Gehrman.

Even then, the leftover half outstripped Vayne’s full aura capacity.

"You talk too much, you primitive creature..."

From the heart of the blasts, Vayne rocketed into the void, barreling at Fulghor with alarming pace, stunning black wings sprouting from her back.

"All you rely on is that ridiculous amount of aura you have... but your attacks are too weak to pose any real threat to me!"

Vayne bridged the gap swiftly, striking at Fulghor up close.

The demoness’s limb dove into a swelling blob of dark energy that grew and grew until it hid Fulghor entirely—but he stayed utterly composed.

"Of course... attacks at this level cannot kill you. Their purpose was simply to make you believe that I possess no advantage other than the sheer quantity of my aura."

Fulghor’s eyes blazed with a chilling intensity as the bow disappeared from his hold—summoned from nowhere, a pair of golden spears took its place.

"Thanks to that naivety of yours, you came to me yourself, closing the distance... despite being a Wave Controller."

Those words twisted Vayne’s expression as the error dawned on her... much too late.

The gigantic sinews in Fulghor’s arms ballooned hideously, his frame ejecting steam and searing mists from the immense blood pressure coursing within.

Then, with bursting velocity and power, Fulghor thrust his dual spears—utterly demolishing the limb Vayne had shaped.

He pressed on without mercy.

Fulghor kept up the onslaught, ripping into Vayne’s form and driving her to wrap in a shadowy shell for frantic protection.

But the Shadow Sect’s monster quickly crushed her barrier, slamming her brutally against the moon’s ground.
