Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 635 Monstrous Growth
Previously on Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill...
Vritra picked up on the soft murmurs coming from within the structure.
Those voices belonged to the captives held by this band of thugs.
He let out a heavy breath; abandoning them now would seal their fates for sure.
Thus, he chose to lend a hand, if only briefly.
At last, sustaining the dragon form proved too much; he sent it smashing far off into the horizon.
BOOOM
Once more, a bunch of mutants met their end.
Their ranks had thinned out considerably by now, yet it felt like stronger foes were on the verge of emerging.
Dashing inside the edifice, he spotted a secured door; a quick turn snapped the lock apart.
The women let out panicked cries, already shaken by the clamor of combat raging outdoors.
"No need to fear, those thugs are gone, and to make it through, stay buried below ground."
About twenty of them huddled there, and Vritra couldn't help feeling sorry for their plight.
Suddenly, the machete's edge in his grip gleamed with fresh blood, its form expanding in size.
Next, he reshaped it into a massive drill that spun at high speed, carving out a spacious pit in mere seconds.
"Get in there and remain until silence falls outside." He instructed, then supplied them with provisions and drinks.
His storage held plenty, enough to sustain these women for over a year at least.
Whatever came after, they'd handle themselves; he planned to depart this world shortly anyway.
Once his duties wrapped up, of course.
"Th-Thanks..." one woman stammered at last, as they descended into the excavation aided by a cord of blood.
Vritra sealed the opening with nearby debris, ensuring air flow to prevent suffocation and allow future escape.
After dispatching hundreds of mutants, he eagerly checked his status panel.

'Nice, these numbers mean I could've taken down that crew effortlessly earlier.' He mused, though his work wasn't over.
"Spend 200 points to spin the wheel, use every last one!" he commanded, as the ghostly roulette materialized in front.
[Congratulations, you have acquired a Machine Gun with 1000 Rounds.]
[Congratulations, you have acquired 100kg rice!]
[Congratulations, you have acquired a free attribute point!]
…
In a flash, 163 notifications scrolled past; supplies piled up in abundance, far more than he could consume in ages.
Yet he zeroed in on the essentials first: those attribute gains.
[5 Strength, 6 Agility, 6 Endurance, 9 Spiritual, 6 Free Attribute Points!]
Barring the free ones, enhancements applied instantly, flooding Vritra with a soothing warmth throughout his frame.
His physique grew more solid, thoughts clearer; barriers in his stats shattered, yielding a massive upgrade.

As usual, he held onto the six spare points for the moment.
After stashing extra goods in the chamber, he departed.
Exiting the school grounds, he extended his awareness across the landscape, then triggered his blood control.
Blood surged upward from the fallen, leaving the corpses withered and empty.
He strode onward while the dragon swelled larger; no remains lingered behind.
'Time to head back, whew, that took some effort.' He reflected, guiding the dragon skyward to lure away the threats.
The effort paid off, but the deadliest mutants still lurked unseen.
The blood dragon soared to a remote spot before exploding into a crimson shower across the clearing; roars echoed soon after.
Vritra hurried toward the hideout where Yennefer and the rest waited.
Even without joining the fray, their powers likely advanced somewhat.
"How do I signal them, though?" he halted, pondering.
THUMP THUMP THUMP
He pounded the earth like a signal and lingered.
A minute later, the soil shifted faintly, and Yennefer's face appeared.
Spotting Vritra, joy lit her features, tension melting away.
"Husband, come in quick."
The access widened, allowing Vritra to drop down.
Yennefer embraced him fiercely; worry had gripped them all.
They descended dozens of meters to a constructed shelter below.
The group gathered there, expectant.
"Honey!" the women chorused, rushing into his arms.
"What happened out there, hubby?" Yasmine queried, holding his limb close.
"Sigh..." With a long exhale, Vritra recounted the events.
Sadness clouded their faces; fresh to this realm, they remained unaware of its terrors.
"You did right by eliminating them." Shit-Sonia declared, fury simmering within.
"Still, onward we go. We'll surface shortly." Vritra announced, pulling out fresh meals from his recent haul.
He set up a table with chairs nearby, and they gathered to dine amid conversation.
…
Darkness cloaked the outer sky, snow flurries almost ceased.
A subtle quake rippled the earth, followed by shadowy forms slipping forth quietly.
"Isn't the chill milder today?" Maeve observed, gauging the air.
"True, this world's weather swings wildly." Fiona replied, unfazed by the frost.
"We'll scout ahead a bit and seek shelter. A snow-ready vehicle would be ideal." Vritra suggested.
They proceeded along the frosted path in hush, aiming for the distant spire.
"Master, what were that colossal mutant's stats like?" Maeve inquired, keeping pace with Vritra.
Only he could glimpse such details.
"Every metric topped seventy. At this rate, I'll crush it before long." Vritra replied assuredly.
"Husband, with salvageable components, I could craft a formidable ride." Teresa offered; her expertise shone unmatched.
"Sounds good, Tess, we'll rely on you shortly." Vritra affirmed, ruffling her hair.
Mutants in the vicinity had been mostly purged, granting them safe passage.
Moreover, Maeve's shadows veiled them, rendering the party unseen.
AWOOOOO
Suddenly, a beast's wail pierced the quiet.
The team froze and retreated, positioning by a structure.
"That cry came from a mutant creature, and it's drawing near?" Vanessa hissed, powers at the ready.
Vritra's gaze sharpened, detecting rapid shapes racing over the iced route.
"I sense no fewer than ten auras." He murmured softly; the foes hadn't detected them.
Tension built for moments, then two massive wolves appeared, hauling a cart-like conveyance.
Eight or so figures rode within, laden with goods as well.
They sped past the group swiftly, vanishing into the far-off haze.
"Huh, that's... one mode of travel." Maeve remarked, though none among them could command beasts.
"Indeed, perhaps we snag a beast handler; it'd speed up our journeys." Vritra agreed.
Trekking on foot dragged on endlessly.
They also required a local guide versed in the routes and perils.
"Press on; more people might lie ahead."
Thus, they advanced further.
