Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 573 Snow

After securing his loot and sending his wives to the divine realm, Vritra prepares to exit the bank while maintaining his disguise. During his final sweep of the locker, he discovers a seemingly ordinary ball that cannot be stored in any inventory. Unaware of its true nature, he absentmindedly bounces it against the floor as he follows a talkative gnome guard toward the exit. The situation turns dire when Vritra learns the ball is actually a powerful bomb that detonates after being struck eleven times. Realizing he has just reached the final count, he barely has time to react before a massive explosion erupts. The destructive energy instantly shatters the bank’s platforms, leaving Vritra caught in the middle of a catastrophic disaster.

Suddenly, the world bank began to shudder as waves of destruction rippled through the facility, obliterating the majority of the platforms in a heartbeat.

Despite the ferocity of the blast, the lockers remained completely unscathed. In an instant, hundreds of silhouettes flickered into existence, moving to suppress the chaotic energy.

Vritra froze for a split second before spinning around to fly out, hurling curses at Divine under his breath.

'How the hell am I supposed to leave?' he snarled while maintaining his invisible state.

"Do you notice that small black door situated to your right?" Divine inquired.

"Got it, I'm heading there now." Vritra pivoted sharply, accelerating toward the indicated exit.

Arriving in a flash, he reached out to pull the door open slightly.

"That's the one place you must avoid at all costs. The elite guards are stationed there; if you go in, you'll be dead before you even realize it."

The warning caused Vritra to freeze. He slammed the door shut and backed away immediately.

"You bastard, just tell me the right way to go!!" Vritra fumed, wishing he could grind Divine's face into hot coals while the other continued to mess with him.

"Sigh. Head upward. You'll find a red door there containing a portal that leads back to your origin."

Divine's tone turned serious as he cautioned: "Just make sure to destroy the gateway once you've crossed so they can't track you. Have your wraiths handle that part."

Vritra composed himself and shot toward the ceiling at maximum speed while the others were occupied with the aftermath of the explosion.

The red door soon came into view. The massive disturbance had put everyone on high alert.

While the most powerful guardians stayed in the shadows, the rest of the security force began to mobilize.

Since this appeared to be an accident, perhaps Vritra would only face a minor fine and be released if he were caught? That seemed preferable to becoming a permanent enemy of the world bank.

However, he knew they would inevitably detain him for a full investigation to verify if it truly was a mishap.

Once that happened, disaster would strike; they would surely uncover the fact that he wasn't the genuine Zihong.

Escape was his only viable path.

He burst through the red door, encountering several guards clad in various styles of armor.

Thinking fast, Vritra had already commanded Goop to shift into the appearance of armor while masking his own features.

Adopting a look of righteous fury rather than fear, he barked:

"What are you standing around for?!! A dangerous intruder has breached the bank! Go assist with the explosive containment and then hunt him down. He was last spotted near the main entrance!"

A con artist's greatest weapon is absolute certainty. His tone was so commanding that the guards instinctively obeyed his directives.

It worked perfectly. After an initial moment of confusion, they nodded frantically and took flight.

Vritra surveyed the room and hurried inside, reverting to his original form. Just as promised, a deactivated portal stood in the center of the room.

Releasing Yasmine from his space, he instructed her to activate the gate and set the coordinates for the Zoratian planet while he kept watch at the entrance.

The dragoness grasped the situation instantly and set to work, but as she attempted to power the device, she hit a snag.

"Hubby, it's broken and lacks a power source," Yasmine reported urgently. She couldn't repair the mechanism, and her own mana wasn't compatible with it.

Vritra's expression darkened. How could a portal within the world bank be non-functional? Was this a set-up?

Time was running out.

He summoned Teresa from the divine realm and asked, "Tess, is this something you can fix?"

Teresa inspected the portal briefly before nodding. "Yes, husband. I just need a moment."

She began the repairs immediately. Meanwhile, Vritra demanded internally, 'Divine, quit the games. What am I supposed to use for fuel?'

Outside, the guards had already neutralized the energy storm and were commencing a manhunt for the culprit.

The gnome who had been accompanying Vritra had already reported everything to his superiors, sparking a massive search operation.

"Fine, fine. Just utilize one of those shards you took from the locker room. That will provide more than enough power," Divine replied, acting as if he had anticipated every hurdle.

"Husband, I've finished," Teresa announced after just a few seconds, looking pleased to be of service.

Her talents were nothing short of a miracle.

"Here, wifey, use this." Vritra tossed a shard toward Yasmine, but his ears caught voices approaching from the hall.

"Check the portal chamber! He might be trying to flee through there!" a guard bellowed, his voice laced with rage.

The destruction of so many corridors and platforms meant an enormous amount of extra work for the staff.

"But that portal is out of order! And why would Demi God Zihong even do something like this? It has to be a mistake or an accident!" the gnome's voice pleaded.

Unfortunately, his rank carried little weight.

"Scour every inch of this sector. Whoever is responsible must be brought in for questioning," an imposing, muscular guard commanded as the search party fanned out.

"Tess, rig it so the portal self-destructs and becomes total junk after we pass through. And wifey, how much longer?" Vritra watched the shadows of the guards closing in.

Teresa nodded; destroying things was far simpler than mending them.

"Almost there... just locking onto the Zoratian planet... and... done! Let's go, hubby!" Yasmine urged.

Vritra pulled Yasmine back into the divine realm and bolted toward the gateway. As soon as Teresa finished her task, he grabbed her hand and leaped into the swirling light.

The moment they vanished, the portal hummed one last time and died, looking as though it hadn't been touched in years.

When the guards finally burst into the room, they found it empty and undisturbed.

"He's not here. Continue the search and issue a galaxy-wide bounty for his arrest!"

Word of the unprecedented security breach at the world bank spread like wildfire.

From minor deities to the highest beings in existence, everyone caught wind of the incident.

Vritra's disguise—or rather, the face he had chosen—became famous overnight. He had made it a habit to use a false identity whenever he sensed trouble.

Knowing the world bank was a den of danger, he had subtly altered his appearance just before meeting the gnome.

Despite a massive investigation, the world bank found no clues regarding Vritra's true identity or his current location.

Within the Star Family estate, the local portal suddenly glowed with light. With a loud hum, two figures were ejected into the room.

Strangely, no guards were stationed at the arrival point.

Vritra and Teresa stepped out, finally letting out a breath of relief as they recognized the familiar hall.

They had made it home.

"Why is it so freezing in here?" Vritra remarked, looking around to see the entire area blanketed in white snow.

The two of them stood there, stunned by the unexpected and drastic transformation of their surroundings.
