Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 570 The House

Previously on Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill...
After eliminating the demigod Drino and destroying his means of resurrection, Vritra crash-lands at the mysterious World Bank, a high-security fortress for the universe's most powerful beings. Guided by Divine, Vritra successfully impersonates the demigod Zihong by remaining silent and letting a talkative gnome guard draw his own conclusions. The deception deepens when Vritra discovers that his companion, Zengis, was actually the stone key required to access Zihong’s private vault. Now safely inside the locker room, Vritra prepares to uncover the treasures and secrets hidden within while questioning how much of his journey has been orchestrated from the start.

Having successfully breached one of the most secure banks in existence, Vritra stared at the various treasures protected by shimmering barriers.

Since he was already here, what reason was there not to claim every single item?

Besides, with Zihong being imprisoned, leaving these riches behind would be a tragic waste.

Acting as a man of virtue, Vritra decided to do the honorable thing by relieving the poor demigod of his burdens.

He approached the first barrier and came to a halt. Although the contents were obscured, a small pedestal stood next to each protective field.

They were identical to the mechanisms used to unlock the main entrance.

'It seems a specific key is required for each of these,' Vritra mused, retrieving Zengis from his inventory.

"Zengis, regardless of the fact that you are merely a key, our friendship remains intact," he whispered before placing the stone onto the pillar. However, the barrier did not budge.

Vritra’s brow furrowed. He picked up Zengis and attempted to slot the key in every conceivable orientation, yet the barrier stayed firmly in place.

"What's the issue? Was Zengis only the key for the exterior door? Then what about these... wait, it can't be!" Vritra quickly pulled Zengis’s female counterpart from his storage.

The moment he placed Pinky upon the pedestal, the barrier hummed and dissolved instantly.

"So, even the wife of my best friend was part of Divine’s setup?" Vritra sighed, marveling at the sheer depth of Divine’s long-term schemes.

Finally, he looked at the object revealed beneath the field—it was... a miniature house?

"What exactly is this?" Vritra inquired, picking up the toy-sized structure, which appeared to be carved from dark, obsidian-like stones.

"That is your new residence. Do you find it to your liking?" Divine asked.

"...And how am I supposed to utilize it?" Vritra checked the dimensional book and channeled his mana into the object, but there was no reaction.

"Simply apply a drop of your blood to it, and a brand new home shall be yours. Just understand that Zihong endured great hardships to secure this dwelling," Divine explained.

"..." Vritra pricked his finger, letting a crimson drop fall onto the toy house, and waited.

[You have acquired the House of Darkness.]

[Do you wish for it to manifest in its true form?]

"Yes," Vritra confirmed. The miniature structure floated away from his hand and began to expand rapidly.

It grew larger and larger...

In a matter of seconds, it transformed into a massive edifice, far more extravagant than any royal palace he had ever encountered.

Dark flames seemed to flicker along the walls, yet the interior radiated a sense of warmth and comfort.

The building contained numerous rooms, and Vritra sensed he could reshape the interior layout according to his whims.

He decided to keep the number of rooms manageable. He designated one massive chamber where he would reside with all his wives.

Each wife also possessed a private room, with doors that functioned as portals leading directly to their chosen locations.

This meant his wives could now travel effortlessly between the various kingdoms and their new residence.

The halls were adorned with statues, fine paintings, and an army of stone sentinels. Such a magnificent home would be considered a priceless treasure in any realm.

Each stone guard possessed power comparable to or exceeding that of a Lord, and there were no fewer than five thousand of them standing watch.

Realizing it was impossible to explore the entire estate in such a short window, Vritra decided to conduct a thorough tour with his wives later.

For now, he needed to uncover what other spoils were hidden here.

'Divine promised me a home, meaning Drino’s assault, that Nuclear Fist strike, and everything else was part of his design?' Vritra contemplated the true extent of Divine's power.

Divine had started as a simple transmigrator like himself, but through countless games and the tragedy of losing his sisters, he had evolved into something else entirely.

Storing the massive house within his dimensional book, Vritra returned to the vault. Several barriers still awaited his attention.

Retrieving Pinky, he moved her to the second pedestal, causing the next barrier to vanish immediately.

"What do we have here?"

A massive pile of small, spherical orbs was revealed. They weren't mana cores, yet they vibrated with a peculiar form of energy.

"That is the universal currency. Those are shards, and once the game commences, you will realize their immense worth," Divine clarified.

"Hmm, there’s quite a mountain here. What’s the total value?" Vritra estimated there were roughly five hundred thousand shards in the pile.

"This represents the life savings of a demigod who survived five games. Before his departure, he secured the largest possible loan from the World Bank," Divine remarked.

"Does that imply he was at level 5? And what’s the story with the loan?" Vritra asked, tossing a shard back onto the pile.

After a brief silence, Divine answered, "He took the maximum loan because, upon achieving godhood, all debts are nullified without repayment.

The deadline was generous, and he was confident he could find the necessary components on Zoratian to ascend. Sadly, he met his end before that could happen."

He then added, "So yes, this is a fortune. A massive one."

"Excellent, I’m wealthy once again!" Vritra cheered, teleporting the entire hoard of shards into his inventory. They might be useless now, but they would be vital later.

He moved to the third barrier. With Pinky as the key, the shield fell, revealing a single emblem etched with intricate patterns.

"And this? Is it a protective charm?" Vritra asked as he lifted the emblem, noting it was surprisingly heavy.

"In a sense, though it functions more as a badge of status. Guard it well; this emblem will grant you significant advantages once the game begins," Divine said.

Vritra nodded. This would provide him with authority and special privileges—a useful tool.

He placed it in his inventory but then transferred it to the Divine Realm to ensure no one could track its signature and find him.

"This is going much better than I anticipated." Vritra rubbed his palms together and, holding Pinky, approached the fourth barrier.

Upon unlocking it, he found hundreds of thousands of tiny cubic fragments. They were clearly something more than standard glyphs.

"What are these?" Vritra tried to use his appraisal skill, but no data appeared.

"Those are far more valuable than the currency. They are fragments of the first Mythic Halo and are essential for crafting high-level artifacts," Divine explained.

"I see. They might not serve me directly, but... I'm certain Tess could use them," Vritra murmured. He then asked, "It’s safe to bring my wives out now, right?"

"Yes, they won't be able to perceive the external environment here, so you are safe," came the response.

Vritra peered into the Divine Realm and saw his group of women standing together, their expressions filled with anxiety.

Yasmine was awake and had been freed from her bubble. It had been incredibly durable, but Tess had managed to extract her without shattering it.

Aside from Yennefer, all his wives were in good health.

Vritra immediately teleported the group into the vault. The six women looked around in a daze, startled by the sudden change in scenery.

"Master, where are we?" Maeve whispered, before quickly adding, "Are you hurt?"

"Honey..." Vanessa threw her arms around Vritra, inspecting him closely and sighing with relief when she found no wounds.

"I'm fine, really. We are currently inside the World Bank’s vault," Vritra began, explaining the situation to them.

"Hubby, I caused so much trouble for you..." Yasmine embraced him tightly, imagining the struggle he must have faced against the demigod.

"Wifey, you aren't to blame. Furthermore, there is something else you should know..." He then revealed the truth about her past life's connection to Divine.

"W-What? He was my brother? Is that why the demons hunted me so relentlessly? Is that why my parents had to give their lives?"

Yasmine had always suspected the attacks on the Dragon Kingdom and her parents' deaths were tied to her, but now the painful truth was confirmed.

Vritra pulled her closer, stroking her hair softly as he comforted her. "Do not hold yourself responsible. This is all the fault of that bastard, Divine. You were a victim, and from this moment on, things will change for the better."

After a few minutes of consolation, they stepped apart. Vritra turned to Teresa and said, "Tess, take these. I believe they will be very useful for your work."

Teresa looked at the pile of tiny cubes, her eyes widening in shock. It was clear she recognized the material.

"Are you sure? Is it really okay?" She reached out toward the cubes, her hand trembling with hesitation.

"Of course. They belong to you now. Use them to create whatever you desire," Vritra encouraged.

Without another word, Teresa swept them into her inventory, her mind already racing with the possibilities of what she could build.

Finally, using Pinky, Vritra opened the next barrier to reveal a massive hoard of weapons and armor.

The pile was filled with equipment, most of which was at the Lord rank.

On Zoratian, any one of these items would be considered a legendary treasure, yet here they were stacked like junk.

There were even higher-tier items mixed in, which Vritra promptly stored away.

He intended to distribute a few to his wives and let Goop consume the leftovers.

Moving to the final barrier, he unlocked it, and two distinct objects appeared before him.
