My attributes are increasing infinitely Chapter 363: The Dark dark god became his servant

"What is the meaning of the commotion outside?" Ethan inquired, his voice carrying a trace of astonishment.
He hadn't taken any action to provoke those rulers yet, so why were they launching an assault against him?
"Young master, that dark creature we brought in actually belongs to an external dark god. That deity possesses power far exceeding all the other gods combined. He has demanded that the local gods retrieve it from our possession, threatening to annihilate this entire planet otherwise."
Ragnarok provided a succinct summary of the external crisis.
"Is that the case? Exactly how formidable is this dark god?" Ethan asked, seeking to determine if he was capable of engaging him in combat.
"The dark god exists as a 35th dimensional being, making the other deities appear significantly weaker by comparison," Ragnarok explained with a respectful bow.
"In that case, he is beyond my current level. Furthermore, these gods share no connection with us. Why should their fate concern me? It isn't as if we can distinguish which faction is truly righteous." Ethan felt little motivation to join a conflict where he couldn't even participate effectively.
"Your assessment is correct, young master. Those deities are nothing more than a pack of hypocrites. Their aid is reserved solely for their own devotees. Even among their followers, they bestow blessings in tiers, deliberately establishing a rigid social hierarchy." Disgust was written clearly across Ragnarok’s features.
"Then we shall stay out of it. Let them handle their own predicament; I have no time to waste on them. However, if you feel a sense of pity, you are free to go out and assist. Regardless, I am unable to help even if I felt inclined to do so. Besides, that dark creature belongs to me now. I have no intention of surrendering it."
Now that he possessed the capability, Ethan was eager to begin modifying the patterns of that magnificent dark beast.
He envisioned himself riding upon the back of that creature in the world outside; it would be a truly impressive sight. At the very least, that was his desire.
Just as he prepared to resume his cultivation session, the desperate cries of the gods reached his ears from beyond.
"We beg of you, if anyone is there, please assist us! We will grant you anything you desire. Only save us from this disaster!"
They had resorted to pleading. They had attempted to summon the supreme will, but it remained silent. The last instance of the supreme will intervening directly was during the subjugation of Noer.
Now, their solitary hope rested with this residence. They were convinced that a being of immense power resided within.
As they continued their entreaties, nine dark apostles of the commander level took their positions at nine different points around the globe.
Noer hovered above them. They were all prepared to launch a simultaneous strike.
Should they proceed, this celestial world would be unable to survive the impact.
Ethan found himself intrigued by the proposition and declared loudly, "If you depart from this planet along with your followers, I shall preserve your lives."
He utilized a specific technique to project his voice, ensuring the gods would perceive him as a supreme entity.
The voice reached the ears of both the gods and Noer, who was stationed outside the planet's atmosphere.
Noer’s expression darkened upon hearing the words, while the gods felt as though a parched throat had finally received water after eons of thirst.
Though this planet served as a vital world for them, it did not outweigh the value of their own existence.
They were prepared to desert it without a moment's hesitation.
"We accept your terms!"
Their agreement was instantaneous.
"Hmph. A coward who lacks the courage to step outside his sanctuary thinks he can save these insignificant insects? Can you even protect yourself?" Noer manifested within the planet, positioning himself right before the barrier.
He was doing everything in his power to goad the entity inside into showing itself.
His greatest fear was that the being would remain hidden.
Now that he was certain someone occupied the space, he was determined to reclaim his greatest masterpiece.
"So be it," the voice echoed once more.
Immediately following the words, the barrier was seen to pull apart, and a colossal hand emerged from the opening.
The hand expanded relentlessly until its dimensions eclipsed the entire planet.
With a swift, grasping motion, the hand snatched the nine commander-class dark apostles as if they were mere flies.
Then, the hand tightened into a massive fist.
Within that grip, the nine dark apostles were pulverized like bugs.
Noer felt his spiritual link to his apostles snap instantly, as though they had been erased from existence entirely.
"Dark god Noer, I shall offer you a choice. Depart from this universe and never return. Alternatively, you may choose to become my servant. This hand you see belongs to my subordinate, not myself. There is also a third path: you can attempt to seek vengeance and perish just as they did. What is your decision?"
Ethan presented these options because he found this dark god interesting. The man was a creative individual capable of fashioning impressive beings.
As Ethan’s voice faded, a heavy silence blanketed the entire celestial world. No one dared to even draw a loud breath.
"Were we truly attempting to breach the sanctuary of such a being? How gracious he is for not slaying us with a mere thought."
The saints of the various churches, who had been in a state of panic since the dark god’s sudden appearance, finally began to settle down.
Only Ashborn, the saint representing the God of War church, wore an expression of pure terror.
He was actually the incarnation of the supreme will, the sovereign deity of this universe.
He had undergone reincarnation here simply to experience the life of a mortal.
Even in this incarnate form, he retained the ability to tap into the supreme will's power to a certain degree.
He had intended to intervene at the final moment to play the hero, but his plans had been derailed by an interloper.
But just as his anger began to rise, he looked at that hand.
In the presence of that hand, his own existence felt trivial. The supreme will operated at a 36th dimensional level, meaning it could easily crush Noer if necessary. However, this hand belonged to a being that defied his understanding.
He feared that the supreme will might be displeased with him for failing to eliminate the dark god and allowing him to become a disturbance.
More terrifyingly, this hand was merely that of a servant.
If that were the case, how powerful was the master?
Ashborn gnawed on his fingernails, consumed by anxiety.
"My lord, I wish to serve you. However, I have a debt yet unpaid. My family and my child were slain by the supreme will. I seek retribution." Noer dropped to his knees on the ground.
The staggering power he had witnessed was beyond the description of words.
He genuinely desired to serve someone of such immense caliber.
"Do you wish for me to settle this score, or do you intend to claim your revenge personally?"
"I want to do it myself, yet I find it impossible to reach the level of the supreme will regardless of my efforts. It feels as though an invisible force is obstructing my progress."
Ethan observed Noer intently.
He immediately perceived that a ceiling had been placed on Noer’s potential. It wasn't just him; every inhabitant of this universe suffered from the same restriction.
"The supreme will is truly a petty entity," Ethan mused.
He wasn't yet capable of shattering this limit. To achieve that, he would need to ascend to a 6th dimensional existence, one with the power to rewrite fundamental patterns. Only then could he provide true assistance.
"Very well. I can assist you in removing this limitation. Have no fear. Enter my domain."
