Aura Nova regenerates her severed hands and recognizes the futility of close-quarters combat against Anthony's superior swordsmanship, opting instead for her innate ability, Omniedit. Anthony, teasing her to unleash it against his Quantum Manipulation, watches as she erupts with catastrophic mana, launching a Solar Eruption that he reverses effortlessly. The clash intensifies with her volcanic assaults from earth and sky, met by his dodging and an Energy Blast defended by her Spatial Wall Frame, which he shatters; he follows with a Black Hole punch that she transforms into butterflies, then creates hundreds of binding clones that he obliterates via Particle Disruption, hurling her back. Their eyes meet across the fractured plane, battle intent peaking as the true confrontation begins.

Anthony struck before Aura Nova had the chance to respond, a subtle grin forming steadily on his lips as if he was just starting a light conversation instead of wreaking total destruction.

Under his order, the particles in the isolated realm quaked fiercely, quivering under tremendous power and strain. They smashed together in quick bursts, squeezing and purifying as they stretched out into glowing white beams of packed quantum energy, counting thousands in total.

Next, with bursting thrust and a thunderous roar that echoed across the realm, they blasted ahead, every beam surging toward Aura Nova without any pause.

Aura Nova reacted swiftly. She blurred out of sight from her spot, a Particle Ray ripping savagely through the area she'd vacated, destroying it completely. Yet as soon as she materialized in a new location, another Particle Ray appeared next to her at horrifying velocity. She blinked away once more right away, determined not to get trapped.

On this occasion, she didn't stay put after rematerializing. She launched ahead amid the clouds, racing through the air like a projectile while evading beam after beam in swift sequence. The heavens appeared to crack beneath the unyielding assault. She shot a quick look back, spotting nothing but infinite flows of Particle Rays chasing her without end, altering their paths with eerie accuracy even against her superior pace.

Acting without pause, she mimicked the exact technique Anthony had employed before to cancel her strike. Her mana churned furiously and burst forth as she stamped her intentions and resolve straight onto the fabric of existence, overhauling its makeup with commanding power.

However, right after, the Particle Rays bore down on her all the same.

A devastating blast ignited as the rays ripped into her form without mercy. Her body was hurled back across the sky. Her arms were shattered at the shoulders, her abdomen burst open savagely, half her features were ripped off, and a section of her midsection was mangled. The force was total and relentless.

With surging momentum, she crashed into the earth from high up. The crash ripped a huge chasm, like the jaws of a bottomless pit had been etched into being. Dirt and rubble shot up in a massive cloud, hiding all inside.

Aura Nova sensed pain tear through every fiber of her being. She clenched her jaw and bore it, her thoughts whirling wildly as she puzzled over why her Code Replication Command, performed via her Omniedit innate ability, had not worked.

Unknown to her, Anthony’s Quantum Manipulation earned its unique label for good cause. It wasn't just uncommon; it was utterly singular. No technique or principle could duplicate, copy, or mimic it. Even if Lucian managed to imitate bits of Anthony’s abilities, Quantum Manipulation would always stay out of grasp.

Her mana blasted out once more in a fierce rush. In under a split second, her frame rebuilt itself perfectly. While her natural healing powers were strong, they fell short for a fight this intense. So, she straight-up altered her own being, bringing herself back to ideal condition in no time at all.

She hadn't even balanced herself yet when a sound rang in her ears and her mind.

The sound of Anthony.

Aura Nova's instincts blared alerts, the area around her splintering like fragile ice under extreme stress. Then it exploded outward in a fierce blast. Before she could warp away or trigger another shield, her environment was stripped bare.

She found herself inside the Void. A boundless stretch of shadow and crushing insanity extended forever in every direction. No ceiling, no floor, no direction, just devouring nothing. Moments later, the Void started closing in on her live.

Her life energy was yanked away brutally, like unseen teeth were biting off chunks of her essence. Her mana leaked straight from her center. Her flesh dimmed in glow. Her rich blue locks faded slightly as her vitality waned. Murmuring sounds crept into her hearing and thoughts, sneaky and unstopping, aiming to not just eat her body but break her spirit.

Yet Aura Nova fought back. If one quality defined her above all, it was her unyielding grit.

Her mana burst out boldly, pushing back against the Void’s crushing force. But the Void swallowed it up right away. It took in all without choice. Even so, she pressed on. She just pumped out extra mana, flooding the void with raw volume.

As soon as she triggered the order, the Void appeared to halt. It shook hard from the inside, like tainted by an alien intrusion. Fissures of warping spread across the black. Then existence caved in and flared out at once. The Void broke apart under the flooding rewrite.

The very next beat, she was thrown out, spewed forcefully from the Void, showing up again on the top level of existence in the isolated realm.

Right as she took form anew, Anthony offered no moment to recover. He gave her no time to plan. He gave her no time to regroup. He unleashed the following strike at once, nearly like he took pleasure in driving her into constant evasion.

Following his directive, the heavens overhead seized in fury.

Bright red bolts of lightning sparked to life, their power choking and unbeatable. Each bolt merged together at unbelievable quickness, squeezing and merging as they shaped the huge form of a flightless serpent made purely of destructive quantum power.

The instant Aura Nova showed up completely, it plunged down.

The serpent ripped low like heavenly wrath loosed from above. Reality split in its trail. Gales howled madly. Even light twisted and flew apart as the strike blazed its route with doomsday might.

Aura Nova’s bright blue gaze saw only scarlet. Yet she wouldn't stay passive.

Mana, reality, and emptiness followed her command willingly. A huge Void Portal ripped wide in front of her, a twisting whirl of swallowing shadow. As the red serpent dove in, it slammed straight into the portal with crushing force. The portal shook hard from the pressure, its borders cracking like it might give way.

But Aura Nova wouldn't give in. Her gaze flared with fierce resolve as she bolstered the frame with pure intent and mastery.

Then existence wavered, a matching second portal, a perfect copy, split open right in front of Anthony. Out of it, the identical red flightless serpent burst low at close quarters, its ruinous bulk slamming at him with the same rage.

Some foe could have been surprised by the nearness. At that distance, even response speed neared zero.

But Anthony wasn't fazed.

He just grinned, slipping smoothly into his following order with smooth poise and simplicity.

Under his order, reality bent to his whim. In a flash, he and Aura Nova swapped places. Aura Nova’s eyes bulged in surprise once more as her setting flipped. Before she could shift to a fresh protective order, the red flightless serpent slammed into her body with ruinous power.

The whole isolated realm lit up crimson, like that one hue had wiped out every other from being. The clash devoured all in view, and the skies themselves appeared to wail under the burden of Anthony’s cruel onslaught.
