Sensing her intent, Chen Mobai loosened the formation’s control over the Yellow Dragon Cave Mansion’s spiritual vein. This allowed her to fully utilize her Innate Divine Ability, drawing upon both the earth and water energies within the vein.
The Little Yellow Dragon Girl began to evade the Bilin Chong she would have previously been forced to absorb, only using her True Dragon’s Blood Qi to endure the strikes she couldn't dodge.
With Chen Mobai standing guard, the tribulation was successfully navigated. However, the aftermath left the surface of Yun Meng Ze covered in the remains of various aquatic creatures, victims of the redirected tribulation energy.

Once the tribulation concluded, the Little Yellow Dragon Girl descended to land before Chen Mobai. Her golden scales were scarred, and many had been lost during the ordeal, leaving her flesh exposed.
Chen Mobai reached out with his left hand and placed it upon her forehead.
Though she shivered slightly, the Little Yellow Dragon Girl did not pull away.
Despite being an Innate True Spirit with power now equivalent to a Nascent Soul Late Stage cultivator, she felt an instinctive dread in Chen Mobai’s presence. Her very bloodline warned her that the man before her was incredibly dangerous.
