By now, they had arrived at the river's exit. Stepping out first, Li Hao feigned ignorance as he walked straight toward the ambush prepared by the four beasts, all while his internal energy gathered in silence.

The moment Li Hao drew near, the four creatures unleashed a violent assault that seemed capable of piercing the heavens. Four immense forces of Chaos Law bore down on him, manifesting as towering mountains and turbulent floods that sought to swallow him whole.

"Break!"

Though a flicker of surprise crossed Li Hao's eyes upon sensing their strength, his hands didn't hesitate. Twenty-four strands of Sword Intent, forged from Chaos Law, coalesced into a brilliant snow-white radiance that sliced through the stars.

The flashing blade severed the threads of Chaos Law Power. Without losing its drive, the strike continued its path toward one of the Chaos Dao Beasts.

"How can this be possible?!"

Shocked, the Chaos Dao Beast scrambled to retreat, yet the Chaos Infinite Sword Intent struck it squarely on the forehead. Its hide split open as it let out a pained wail.

It didn't die instantly, however; instead, it shrieked and fled into the distance.

"What kind of Human is this? We are nine-layer Beast Kings, yet we cannot even endure a single strike from him!" The Chaos Dao Beast was consumed by panic and disbelief.

Li Hao was also surprised. He knew the potency of that sword—it was dozens of times more powerful than the fusion of twenty-three strands of Chaos Law. That final strand was a literal step to the heavens; though it was only one addition, it was the Destiny Law that brought the Chaos Law to perfection. Even so, such a mighty blow hadn't killed the beast on the spot.

"Destiny Sword Kill!"

Li Hao gestured, sending several flying swords chasing after the beast along a fixed path of fate.

Through the strike of destiny and the power of causation, the Chaos Dao Beast’s body suddenly shattered in the distance. Sword Qi erupted from its own fate, ending its life.

As the beast fell, a majestic and supreme aura filled the air. Li Hao recognized this sensation; it was the same energy he had tasted in the wine gifted by Su Jiuzhe—it was Heavenly Dao Power!

Kill!

Li Hao’s eyes flashed with intensity as a terrifying pressure erupted from him. Standing at the peak of the Perfect Immortal Monarch Realm with his Heaven and Earth Immortal Body, the power he radiated seemed to make the sun and moon tremble.

The three remaining Chaos Dao Beasts roared, attempting a joint suppression of Li Hao. Instead, their forms were carved apart by the Chaos Infinite Sword Intent. Their Dao Seeds were pierced, resulting in instant death.

After the four Chaos Dao Beasts perished, Li Hao swept his hand to pull their remains into his Heaven and Earth Space, then gathered the lingering Heavenly Dao Power from the void.

This silver-white energy swirled and blossomed like a mysterious light, radiating a supreme presence. It felt remarkably similar to an Immortal Emperor’s aura, yet even more intimidating.

"Is this actually Heavenly Dao Power?"

Di Lingshu emerged from the Chaos River and flew to Li Hao’s side. She was stunned by how quickly he had dispatched the four ferocious creatures. The Sword Intent Li Hao had just displayed, with its harrowing Chaos aura, had made her heart race even from a distance, as if looking at it would tear her vision apart.

Li Hao nodded, stowing the four units of Heavenly Dao Power before telling her, "I will keep these for now. We shall hunt together later. You find the Chaos Dao Beasts, and I will assist in the kill. Whoever discovers the beast keeps the prize."

Di Lingshu waved her hands dismissively. "Little junior brother, you are being too kind. You should keep these. If I find one and you help me slay it, I will give you half."

Even though she hadn't fought and the clash was brief, she could tell those beasts were incredibly dangerous. Encountering one alone would have put her in mortal peril. She estimated that only someone who had fused more than twenty Chaos Laws was fit to face such beasts solo.

"We will do it my way," Li Hao said, shaking his head and declining her offer. Rather than worrying about trivial gains, he wanted to find a way to hunt more efficiently.

As he spoke, Li Hao began to absorb the four portions of Heavenly Dao Power. The energy entered his body but remained stubborn, settling into a corner of his great meridian just like the power he had absorbed previously.

Li Hao understood that as an Immortal Monarch, he couldn't yet command Heavenly Dao Power; he could only collect and store it. When he had previously pushed his Chaos Dao to the Sixth Stage, he realized that further advancement required this specific power.

"The total Heavenly Dao Power from these four doesn't even match the few cups of wine Senior Su Jiuzhe gave me," Li Hao noted. He could feel that this amount was nowhere near enough to reach the Seventh Stage.

Suddenly, Li Hao saw the Chaos Dao Beast corpses in his Heaven and Earth Space beginning to crumble. Like a sandcastle losing its structure, they were dissolving into raw Chaos Power.

"It appears these beasts are sustained by Heavenly Dao Power," Li Hao mused. He had briefly considered cooking the meat to test its flavor, but that was clearly no longer an option.

He gave a small shake of his head and said to Lingshu, "Let's move."

Lingshu nodded, her fear still lingering. "Those four Chaos Dao Beasts were incredibly cunning to lie in wait here. Anyone else who arrived unaware would have been severely hurt."

Li Hao agreed. Those beasts were formidable. He suspected that even someone with twenty-three fused Chaos Laws might struggle to kill them, and might even be overwhelmed if the beasts worked together.

Without pausing, Li Hao guided Lingshu toward the Endless Heavenly Domain.

"Master mentioned that the Endless Heavenly Domain has nine layers. We should be on the first, outermost level right now."

The two of them arrived at a nearby landmass. Giant trees towered over the landscape, and the ground was covered in exotic flowers and rare herbs. In the center of a massive lake, a gargantuan figure lay resting.

Feeling Li Hao’s gaze, the Chaos Dao Beast in the lake opened its eyes, instantly radiating a bloodthirsty, lethal intent.

"Look at all these Divine Medicines!" Lingshu cried out in wonder.

Having been raised in the Emperor Clan, she was accustomed to rare treasures, yet she was still amazed to find dozens of Divine Medicines in this area that she could identify by name.

"These plants are ancient!" she remarked, shocked. If harvested, these medicines could easily nurture several top-tier geniuses.

"There are quite a few Chaos Dao Beasts here," Li Hao observed.

Beyond the one in the lake, he spotted others hiding in the woods and within a mountain cavern. However, these creatures seemed significantly weaker than the four they had encountered at the riverbank.

"I want to try my hand at this," Lingshu said. Sensing that these beasts had a weaker aura, she felt encouraged to test her strength.

Li Hao didn't object and headed off with his sword to deal with the other beasts.

Lingshu lunged toward the closest Chaos Dao Beast, and a fierce struggle quickly ensued.

As they fought, several shadows began to emerge from the distant Chaos Riverbank.

"We've finally arrived."

"Is this truly the Endless Heavenly Domain?"

Several figures appeared, including Chi Phong and other members of the Chaos Ancient Clan. They had pursued Li Hao relentlessly but never caught sight of him. Reaching the end of the Chaos River and still seeing no sign of the youth, they assumed he had already entered the domain.

"Wait. There are signs of a struggle here," one individual remarked, his multi-pupilled eyes—each containing four pupils—scanning the void past the river.

"Has he already tracked down a Chaos Dao Beast?"
