Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong Chapter 2676: 1471: Breaking Through

Leo Ray questioned the pink-hooded figure about their entrapment in the demon's space barrier, enhanced by Evil God Power, which had confined them for decades after a curious intrusion into the altered dead city. The figure, a half-step Tier 7 powerhouse, agreed to temporary alliance against the Seventh Stage demigod demon, warning of its overwhelming strength while preparing an energy array for escape. Leo Ray channeled his Power of Divine Grace into the formation, accelerating its assault on the barrier, as a massive shadow in the distant Bone Hall abruptly awakened to the disturbance.

In the core of the shadowy chamber brimming with deadly aura, the massive silhouette's crimson eyes abruptly flared open, unleashing a violent wind that warped and twisted the surrounding area wherever it blew, startling the Witch Demon Leader beneath it.

“My Lord, what’s wrong?”

Confusion etched across the Witch Demon Leader's rune-marked features as he bowed and asked with respect.

“It feels like I detected a disturbing presence, maybe from that foolish trespasser from before.”

The enormous shadow's scarlet gaze sharpened a bit as it replied.

“My Lord, do you mean that pink creature from decades back?”

The Witch Demon Leader thought for a moment, then shrugged it off casually, “Didn’t you trap that arrogant idiot in the Void Space with your space confinement while it tried to flee? Even as a half-step Tier 7, that cocky fool is surely finished.”

“That pink pest is incredibly cunning; it could have endured and concealed itself nearby, perhaps lurking in the darkness we overlook.”

A surge of murderous rage filled the giant shadow's tone as it went on, “Yet even if it did survive, so what? In my presence, its end is inevitable.”

“Heh heh, you speak the truth, with the mighty Lord standing guard, our victory is assured!”

The Witch Demon Leader seized the chance to praise, doing so obsequiously.

“Has the Black Fog Blood Devouring Formation been prepared yet?”

The giant shadow gave a faint nod and asked once more.

“To answer my Lord, the array is rapidly drawing death energy from the poisonous mist and nearing completion. When it's set, every insect in this city will transform into undead spirits right away, and those stubborn spirits from the Broken Valley Alliance will get wiped out completely! The terror and hopelessness collected will boost your strength immensely!”

The Witch Demon Leader laughed, replying, “Have no fear, my Lord, your spatial disruption has already cornered those insects across the city, turning them into helpless prey with zero chance to flee!”

“Good, after we squash all those insects, I won’t overlook your efforts. Soon, you can command the Human Clan and nearby Outer Region powers as you see fit.”

Approval showed in the giant shadow's nod as it stated indifferently.

“I am profoundly thankful, my Lord; this lowly one is forever in your debt!”

Joy lit up the Witch Demon Leader's expression as he bobbed his head and bowed over and over.

Trapped inside the Space Barrier's fissures, Leo Ray and the pink-hooded figure's robes billowed on their own as their incantation pressed forward relentlessly.

The moment the whirling massive array made contact with the sleek crystal surface, a streak of deep darkness invaded the formerly clear wall, like ink spilling across it, spreading swiftly until the whole thing turned utterly black in an instant.

The array's radiant gold clashed against the crystal wall's inky hue, sparking a strong rejection that set them quaking and shuddering, sending subtle tremors through the whole area.

In the midst of this wild resistance, the golden-glowing colossal array adhered firmly to the Barrier Wall's even face, whirling at an accelerating pace, nearly too quick for the eye to follow.

With the spin growing fiercer, the space's shaking intensified sharply, making it hard to keep balance.

Seeing this unfold, Leo Ray couldn't help but crease his forehead deeply.

The disturbance had already grown too loud; should it draw that demon over, things would turn horribly dangerous.

From the scenes shown on the crystal wall, after all, their strong companions stayed pinned down, and the enemies hadn't stirred, which surely pointed to some deadly plot in the works.

“Relax, young one, remember the Space Barrier I set covers everything here, crystal walls included, so no matter how much noise we make, it's tough for them to notice!”

The pink-hooded person caught Leo Ray's worry and said, “Stay sharp; the key instant is almost upon us!”

“Got it!”

Hearing that, Leo Ray pushed aside other thoughts, letting divine grace power flow out in torrents, all channeling into the swirling gold-and-gray magic array ahead.

As Leo Ray poured in his full might, the airborne massive array blazed with golden splendor, seizing control and soon burrowing solidly into the crystal wall, dimming its dark sheen more while the outer views sharpened once again.

It wasn't long before the huge array had gouged a hollow in the crystal wall, the blackness fading almost entirely, with tiny fissures spiderwebbing across the surface.

Crackling.

At last, accompanied by the sharp snap of breaking glass, the full crystal wall crumbled away, unveiling a clear path to the world beyond!

“We did it! Finally free from this damned trap!”

The pink-hooded person's thrilled shout echoed as Leo Ray blinked, and upon looking, they had truly escaped the spatial rift, stepping back into the open.

Right then, the area around them stayed that grim mix of blood and shadow, yet Leo Ray let out a breath of relief all the same.

In this spot, at the very least, he knew full well that beyond the heavy black mist above, warm sunlight poured down, and hope still flickered alive!

“Lord, we're so glad to see you again! We lost touch with you earlier, and it left your followers terribly anxious!”

Close by, as Leo Ray emerged, Serena and Stella—caught near a heap of bones—lit up with delight, their expressions beaming with thrill.

“No need to fret; I won't run into real danger.”

Leo Ray offered a gentle smile, signaling his team to hold position, then turned to the pink-hooded person and added quickly, “You’ve toiled much, Excellency, but as you can tell, the foe's spatial interference lingers, leaving our people dispersed across the city in grave peril.”

“I know the lay of things, but once spatial disturbance takes hold, clearing it fast is no easy task, particularly in this folded-space setting.”

The pink-hooded person's elation cooled off soon, giving a small nod, “Tearing down a puzzle is simple enough, but putting it back together? That's a real challenge. They won't give us the leisure for it.”

As the pink-hooded person put it, not just Leo Ray and Xiao Jing, Little Jie, but Serena and Stella too wore grave expressions anew. Without rallying their forces, the peril would persist.

“Don't fret; while fixing spatial disturbance quickly is beyond me, other ways exist!”

The pink-hooded person stood tall with assurance.
