Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong Chapter 2551: 1407: Curtain Falls and the Giant Gate (Part 2)
Previously on Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong...
Furthermore, another possibility existed: Leo Ray Bigshot and Anonymous Bigshot had been the same individual from the very beginning. By weaving illusions with reality, the Summer Realm Lord’s true depth of talent remained a mystery that was impossible to fully decipher.
Regardless of the truth, it was Leo Ray Bigshot, Anonymous Bigshot, and the Liam Sanders Bigshot standing before them who provided countless Summer Realm Lords with the strength to persevere through the hardships following the Advent, while simultaneously striking terror into the hearts of rival lords!
“If Leo Ray Bigshot and Anonymous Bigshot are the same person, and Liam Sanders Bigshot is actually Anonymous Bigshot, then couldn't Liam Sanders Bigshot be Leo Ray Bigshot himself?!”
As this realization dawned on him, Ethan Young stood with his mouth agape, rendered speechless by the sheer shock of the thought.
If that were the case, had he truly been acting as a brother-in-arms to the most powerful Lord in the world this entire time? Such a scenario was beyond his wildest fantasies!
“Brother, what is going on in your head?”
Noticing that Ethan Young’s mouth was open wide enough to swallow a dragon egg, Qunnie Young tilted her head in confusion and asked.
“It is nothing. It simply looks like our safe return is guaranteed this time.”
Ethan Young shook his head, choosing not to reveal his suspicions to his sister just yet.
Qunnie held Leo Ray Bigshot in the highest regard; her energetic and impulsive personality would surely lead to chaos if she found out.
At this stage, whether Liam Sanders Bigshot was actually Anonymous Bigshot or Leo Ray Bigshot, causing a scene might offend him—especially since the current danger had not been fully neutralized.
While Ethan and Qunnie were whispering, the fires of conflict in the chaotic cabin area began to dim, and a sense of stillness returned to the air.
Under the crushing power of Leo Ray’s elite warriors, the enemy forces were rapidly decimated. Eventually, the situation reached a point where there were more wolves than sheep to hunt.
The Dragonborn, the Trolls, the Wood and Flower Fairy warriors, along with Shuert and Broy—who never left Leo Ray’s side—all fought with absolute devotion. Through their relentless assault, they demonstrated their profound respect for Leo Ray, leaving their enemies wailing in despair.
Once the echoes of combat finally died down, Leo Ray ordered his subordinates to scavenge the battlefield before walking back to the final two survivors: the Lord in Luxurious Clothes and the Lord in Blue Robes.
The cabin area was now eerily quiet, littered with the corpses of fallen fighters. Several bodies drifted in the square pool, sending thin ribbons of crimson blood spiraling through the water.
“You bastard! I will haunt you even after I die!”
The Lord in Luxurious Clothes wore a mask of pure rage, his teeth gnashing as he screamed: “I am of noble birth! How could I be brought down by such lowly trash? No one defeats me! No one!”
“It appears your stubbornness is the only thing you have left. Reality is the ultimate judge, and it is obvious who the 'lowly' ones are here.”
Leo Ray looked down at his foe with a cold, detached expression.
Following his remark, Leo Ray turned his gaze toward the Lord in Blue Robes. Though the man’s lips were pale from fear, his eyes still flickered with a hateful, unwilling light.
“Very well, let us bring this to a final conclusion.”
Leo Ray turned away, and his powerful warriors stepped forward to finish the job, plunging the battlefield into total silence.
With the skirmish over, Leo Ray took a moment to specifically commend the Dragonborn and Troll warriors for their ferocity. This praise left Davis and Harnell Tree beaming with pride; they beat their chests, swearing to serve with even greater effort.
To them, earning Leo Ray’s personal approval meant they had truly secured their place within his faction.
“Your Majesty, the area is cleared, and our forces are reorganized.”
Yonir soon returned to Leo Ray’s side, offering a respectful salute with a hand over his heart.
The Young siblings and the rest of the group were also prepared, waiting for Leo Ray’s next move.
“We push onward. We are standing on the threshold of our goal.”
Leo Ray gave a slight nod, signaling the elite fighters to resume their scouting formation, while the Young siblings and their companions took up positions in the rear.
Leo Ray was certain they were close. While the battlefield was being tidied, he had sent Jess and the Dark Elf scouts ahead to investigate.
According to Jess’s report, a massive gate unlike anything they had seen before stood in the next section of the cabin. It was sealed by a powerful Magic Restriction that seemed nearly impenetrable.
It was logical to assume the treasure lay beyond that door. They had encountered no such barriers until now, and such an obstacle fit the typical design of the Lord Arena’s challenges.
Leo Ray shared these details with the Young siblings as they walked.
“Liam Sanders Bigshot is correct. In an arena setting, the paths should be open; otherwise, the lords would never be forced into a confrontation,” Ethan Young noted, his respect for Leo Ray growing by the second. “Whatever is behind that gate must be truly significant.”
“That explains why those cowards set an ambush here. They probably couldn't figure out how to get past the gate themselves,” Qunnie Young added, raising an eyebrow. “But with Brother Chen leading us, I’m sure it won't be a problem.”
“Let us hope that is the case.”
Leo Ray offered a faint smile and quickened his pace.
Moving with the speed of the wind, the group quickly reached the area Jess had described.
The space was just as vast as the previous rooms, but the square pool was missing. Instead, the area featured a wide floor surrounded by rising rows of wooden benches, resembling a grand theater.
At the far end of this theater stood the gate.
Approaching the structure, Leo Ray looked up. It was a massive portal, five meters tall, nearly touching the cabin’s ceiling.
Unlike the wooden doors found elsewhere, this was a mottled gray metal gate. It appeared heavily weathered and corroded, yet its surface hummed with an invincible energy, protected by a dense Magic Restriction.
At Leo Ray’s signal, the experts in Magic Restrictions moved forward to analyze the seal. However, after a thorough inspection, they were forced to retreat, unable to find a solution.
“Your Majesty of the Humans, what is our next step?”
Davis, eager to prove himself after the recent praise, asked for instructions.
“It is quite simple. If we cannot pick the lock, we will see if we can break the door down.”
Leo Ray stepped back, and his strongest warriors prepared to unleash their power.
However, once the dust settled from their devastating combined assault, the giant gate remained perfectly intact. There wasn't even a single dent on its surface.
“Lord, I watched closely during the attack. The Magic Restriction on this gate is identical to the barriers protecting the cabin walls. It likely reaches the domain of God.”
Little Jie shook her head in frustration as she reported her findings to Leo Ray.
“The domain of God? Does that mean this path is a dead end?”
Qunnie Young’s face paled with worry. “This is the central hub where all the paths meet. It’s the only way to go deeper into the ship.”
“That is true, but this Magic Restriction likely blocks every entrance to the inner sanctum, not just this one. No matter which direction other lords come from, they will face the same wall,” Leo Ray said calmly, rubbing his chin in thought. “The ‘Prompting Voice’ wouldn't create a gate that is impossible to open. Therefore, the ‘Key’ to this puzzle must be hidden somewhere within this theater.”
“Your Majesty, we have already searched every corner. We found nothing out of the ordinary,” Harnell Tree said, his face full of doubt. “Where could a ‘Key’ possibly be?”
