This isn't the Star Dome Universe from Chen Mu's prior existence after all, and the ultimate law's unfolding here follows a whole other path. This grand and boundless star, far from igniting in flames, draws in Creation and fosters endless life force.
In the former boundless Universe, the center gave rise to the primal Primordial Domain, spawning the Primordial Void Realm where all races originated. In this Star Dome Universe, a Primordial Star naturally takes form as well.

As he watched the Star Dome Universe evolve, a spark of realization hit Chen Mu's thoughts, granting him a flash of enlightenment.

Chen Yue, Chen Yao, and the others experienced a dizzying shift in sight, and when it cleared, they stood on a wide, desolate plain, feeling the mighty pulse of Creation's vitality stirring beneath it.
"The Universe stands recreated; this is the Primordial Star right at the Star Dome Universe's core. I'll claim a domain here under my rule, where you can all practice and discover freely."
Chen Mu addressed Chen Yue and the others in a serene tone, then swept his sleeve ahead.

A strange crystalline form shot from his sleeve—it was none other than the Primordial Marvel he'd claimed before. With his sleeve's motion, Creation, Void, and Time swirled around it fiercely, tempering it without pause, bursting into a rainbow of glowing lights, swelling bigger with every breeze.
