Wizard: Starting With the Knights Breathing Method Chapter 2733: 561: Nightmare Emperor Dragon! Pandora’s Root Returns! Eighteenth Seat!

Below level 10, I am without rivals!
Upon returning to the Emperor’s Palace, Levi was greeted by an exuberant Elena, who ran to his side and clung to him.
"Was the advancement of your final breathing technique a success?" she asked.
"It was. At this point, I am virtually invincible!"
"Such a boast doesn't sound like something a righteous person would claim."
"I am merely speaking the truth. While there are likely many level tens across this world I cannot defeat... it is just as likely they cannot kill me either. If that isn't invincibility, what is?"
"Listen to you, showing off like that."
Elena could sense the immense, surging power within Levi. For a man typically as reserved and modest as him to make such declarations about his own strength, she found it difficult to even conceive the true extent of his might.
Elena then spoke up, "By the way, I’ve been busy researching the Six-Circle Sequence Potion lately. Could you take a look and see where I’m going wrong? The gap between designing potion formulas and actually refining them is massive—it’s just too difficult!"
"Where is Triss?" Levi inquired.
To be honest, despite being a ninth-circle pharmacist himself, Levi had not dedicated much focus to the field recently. Nevertheless, providing guidance to Elena was well within his capabilities.
"Triss was recently recruited for a major project by the Pharmacist Association. They are reportedly working on a 'Super God Potion' intended to permanently raise the maximum limit of spiritual force."
"It seems the congress intends to elevate the spiritual force ceiling for the general populace," Levi remarked.
"That's likely the case. Ultimately, the Truth Oddity is reserved for a small elite. We only view it as common because of our high status and power... To the vast majority of ordinary wizards, it remains an unreachable dream. If a universal Super God Potion is successfully created, the spiritual force limits of all wizards will surpass current standards, which indirectly boosts the success rate of advancement for everyone."
"It is a noble pursuit, though the difficulty of this project surely rivals that of the Thousand-Year Potion."
"Exactly. My current level isn't high enough to even qualify for participation..."
"Don't let it bother you. Just focus on your practice and research; you have plenty of time."
Elena now benefited from a 100% enhancement from the Lovers Rune. Furthermore, her own Candle Dragon Bloodline provided a significant boost. When combined with her consumption of the Thousand-Year Potion, her lifespan had stretched beyond ten thousand years. Having lived only a fifth of her potential life, she possessed a longevity that other wizards simply could not match.
Before the opening of the Netherworld Market, Levi and Elena shared a peaceful month together. Eventually, he found himself reclining lazily on a bed crafted from a Hundred Flowers, soaking in the early morning rays.
Elena burst into the room with excitement, announcing: "Tifana has given birth to a daughter named Napha! Even the Gray Eagle Law God paid a visit."
"The Little Green Bird Knight has arrived, then. My congratulations."
"Regrettably, she lacks wizarding talent."
"It is no great loss; true perfection is a rarity, after all."
"The silver lining is that she possesses Qi Sect Talent. Saint Emperor Zhou remarked that it isn't just common talent, either—it's on par with Link’s ’Cold Plum Proud Snow’. It is perfectly suited for the Winter Frost Qi Sect."
"It appears the Qi Sect is on the verge of its own rise."
Ever since the seven gourds were gathered, the fortunes of the Qi Sect had improved significantly. A previous large-scale collective enlightenment had produced three sixth-level members and one level 7 member, Emperor Mu. Lord Victor had utilized that opportunity to reach the late stages of Level 7, with his sights now set on Level 8. The Four Sons of Qi Sect had also made impressive strides.
Throughout the major mountain gates, a sense of thriving prosperity took hold. Of course, regardless of how much the Qi Sect flourished, it could not yet rival the influence of wizards or knights; it had simply moved beyond obscurity. Levi attributed this success to the protection of the ancestor watching from the heavens. Given how much its style deviated from the norms of this world, achieving its current state was a fortunate outcome.
As the time for the Netherworld Market to open drew near, Levi finally rose from his rest. After saying his goodbyes to Elena, he set off toward Hell.
...One month later.
In the Eastern Sea of Nora, five figures descended upon the tranquil waters. Edmund, dressed in his scarlet robes, stood at the center of the group. Surrounding him were the Mist Sky Guardian, the Thousand Mountains Immortal, the Hand of Creation, and the Frost Witch, each positioned in a different direction with composed expressions.
This day was destined to be a landmark event in Nora’s history. Following the Gray Eagle World, another massive plane was about to merge with theirs. The presence of four Legendary Wizards underscored the gravity with which the Supreme Council viewed the event.
As the minutes ticked by, the once-calm sea began to churn with violent storms. Edmund took a steadying breath and said solemnly, "The turbulence from this plane fusion is immense. I need everyone to help me keep these ocean waves under control!"
With a thunderous rumble, a colossal continent—far exceeding the size of the Gray Eagle World—began to surface. It was so vast and boundless that it dwarfed the former Midland Continent, occupying a massive portion of the Eastern Sea. Enormous waves, reaching toward the heavens, surged outward in every direction.
Edmund raised his right hand, lifting a disc-shaped Wizard Tool that glowed like a sun. It radiated intense heat and light while spinning slowly. This Solar Storm worked to calm the most violent waters, turning them into air currents that spiraled into the sky. In an instant, the sky over the Eastern Sea was filled with magnificent, scale-like clouds. This was the Sun Compass, a Legendary Wizard Tool.
It had been a long time since Edmund had relied on it. Most of his foes never required him to draw a Wizard Tool; a single Eternal Blazing Sun was usually enough to end a fight. However, to stabilize the infinite reach of the ocean, raw power alone was insufficient.
To the east, a phantom of an azure world manifested behind the Mist Sky Guardian. Mountain breezes, ocean gales, spring winds, and northern chills—layer upon layer of the world's winds began to swirl.
