Wizard starting from shoeing donkeys Chapter 1631 - 564: Steel Throne

Yet, it's just a hint at something more.
Rein mulled it over briefly before shaking his head, choosing to set the thought aside for now.
First things first, he needed to fully investigate the Floating City and seize command over it without delay. With the Fiend Demon—better known as the Goblin Last Emperor Solson Gren—once more restrained, this window allowed him to try restoring and powering up the Floating City.
Moreover, what could that subtle summons truly be?
Rein was determined to uncover the truth.
With the fight concluded and his tension eased, the sensation grew sharper than ever.
...
Right then, up above on the ground, the Black Dragon Metheus seemed to pick up a signal. It swiveled its elongated neck toward Sword Saint Terrio and the rest, who were about to head back to the cavern outpost:
"Everyone, the battle has ended—the master wants you to descend."
What?
The Black Dragon Metheus's statement left the four gazing at it in disbelief for an instant.
The clash had raged so intensely moments ago that even from afar, the waves of energy churned wildly and fiercely...
"It's finished...?"
"That's right, the master summons you below, mentioning that fixing the Floating City proves a major hassle, plus some smaller issues too," the Black Dragon Metheus rumbled gravely.
"Fixing the Floating City?" At those words, Haleem—the head of the Federation Mechanical Research Institute—bulged his eyes and flushed with sudden thrill.
After all, this was the Floating City, the ultimate achievement in Goblin engineering, a power rivaling the Divine itself.
Should it get mended and mastered, the impact would be monumental.
No question about it!
"Why delay? Let's head down!" Haleem dashed off eagerly toward the depths.
"I'll head back to the cavern outpost to update the Federation Congress on events here—they've awaited word far too long," Sword Saint Terrio remarked, shaking his head while eyeing Haleem's hasty exit.
That outpost featured a special relay tool, boosted by the Witch Array and unique Crystal Stone, enabling instant dispatches to the Federation Congress.
"True enough, the demise of Robert and his group demands swift notification." Both Ogre and Otto nodded in accord.
...
As Haleem, Ogre, and Otto trailed the pair of dragons to the third subterranean floor and spotted the thoughtful Rein anew, they shared looks and eased their pace. At last, Haleem advanced with a touch of unease, murmuring gently:
"Crown Rein?"
It was no surprise the three acted so cautiously.
The skirmish had blazed hotly, with energy surges raging beyond measure—the three hadn't grasped its full scope. Yet now, Rein, fresh from rising to Full Moon Wizard, underwent nonstop changes in his form, resembling a man-shaped atomic meltdown device.
Such fierce pulses of presence hit them like staring into a blazing star!
"Oh? You've come?" Rein lifted his gaze and grinned.
Rein had sensed their approach all right, but sensing no threat, he'd kept musing on his concerns.
Just before, he'd ventured to the fourth subterranean tier and beheld the Floating City's core energy and relay mechanisms. Awe at the height of millennia-spanning Goblin ingenuity washed over him as he gave them a quick once-over.
Launching the Floating City without hitches wouldn't pose much challenge, yet to arm it with the might to challenge the Divine? Even as a Full Moon Wizard, he couldn't handle that solo.
It mirrored an aircraft carrier from his past existence; building its full fighting strength demanded more than one commander's efforts.
"Crown Rein, have you... truly reached the Full Moon Wizard stage?" Haleem inquired timidly, fidgeting with his fingers.
"Indeed." Rein offered no denial.
"Hiss~"
Eyes popping wide, jaws slack, the three sucked in sharp gasps together!
They'd guessed as much earlier, given the late battle—if not a Full Moon Wizard, crushing seven Divine Incarnations so thoroughly would've been impossible. Still, confirmation slammed them with profound astonishment.
Per old chronicles, the latest Full Moon Wizard breakthrough dated back more than 1,500 years, and that wizard had been far older than Rein at the time.
"Crown Rein—wait, better to hail you as Steel Throne... As a Metal Series Wizard in this age devoid of fellow Metal Series Full Moon Wizards, Steel Throne fits you perfectly!" Haleem snapped back to focus and amended his address right away.
"Steel Throne? Haleem, you and I don't require such stiff titles, do we?" Rein chuckled lightly, dismissing it with a gesture.
"Absolutely, it's essential!"
"Full Moon Wizards were rare even in bygone eras. And in our time, with them extinct for ages, your breakthrough carries immense weight—your dignity must be upheld."
"Plus, dubbing Full Moon Wizards as Thrones is an age-old custom; across all periods, their standing rivals that of sovereigns," Haleem declared with gravity.
"Quite so, Lord Steel Throne—I back Haleem Crown's proposal," Ogre intoned solemnly, offering a deep bow.
"Lord Steel Throne, count me in too," Otto echoed, bowing likewise.
Rein felt a touch exasperated by this; after a pause, he conceded, "Fine, if you're set on it, have it your way."
In the end, it was only a name—Rein saw no point in belaboring the issue.
What's more, this moniker beat his old 'Meister Siege Hammer' by a mile, so why not let them proceed, Rein figured.
"Steel Throne?"
Just then, Sword Saint Terrio, face etched with stun, had completed his relay duties and reached the fourth subterranean level, reeling from the title he overheard.
