Titan King: Ascension of the Giant Chapter 1446 Second Wave

Even Elara and Caelus were obligated to address Rolan as "Big Brother."
Serving as Orion's foremost disciple, Rolan essentially functioned as an adopted offspring. Following the complete shift of his bloodline into a Stoneheart Titan, the divide separating him from the natural-born heirs had practically dissolved.
"Big Brother," Kaelen uttered, offering a gentle bow. Being a fully matured giant, he grasped the court's formalities well.
"Greetings, Your Highness," Rolan responded, returning the bow. Recognizing Kaelen's noble rank helped soothe the young giant's nerves.
"Your mother remains in the Emerald Dream Realm at present, working to steady the Dark Butterfly Race," Orion directed, his voice turning serious. "Head to her side. After you've reunited, escort her to Sylphara City. Employ the cross-realm
teleportation array to journey to Blackstone City within the Titanion Realm."
A hint of gentleness entered Orion's gaze.
"Go offer your respects to the Queen Mother. Your three elder brothers and a sister await you up there."
Had Kaelen and Sophia—the Butterfly Mother—arrived back even a bit later, they could have lost the opportunity to reunite with the family before the wars truly ignited.
"Go."
Without waiting for Kaelen's reply, Orion flicked his wrist. Reality twisted, hurling Kaelen out of the Divine Kingdom and straight into Sylphara City, right where his mother lingered.
Orion shifted his complete focus toward Rolan.
"Excellent. You've lived up to my expectations."
Orion felt true satisfaction.
"This success stems entirely from your teachings, Mentor," Rolan replied modestly.
Orion grinned. While instruction played its part, determination made the difference. In the past, Rolan had faced a restricted potential compared to the purebloods. His evolution into a Stoneheart Titan had demolished that barrier. At last, Rolan carried the aura of a true genius.
Yet immense strength brought equally immense duties.
"Return and get ready. See your mother," Orion commanded. "Then, join Kronos on his venture into the Abyss."
Rolan raised his head, paying close attention.
"I need you both to subdue a tribe of Shadowabyss Giants for me. Make sure it's one with an intact heritage."
"The Stoneheart Horde requires the full lineup of Giant Race bloodlines. Will you carry out this desire for your master?"
Long before, amid his personal expeditions into the abyss, Orion had obtained certain Shadowabyss Giants from the Mosari Fortress on the Fifth Layer. They came as a present from Demon Lord Valacar. Still, those giants served as slaves, cut off from their traditions and arcane legacy.
Due to this, Orion had forfeited the possibility of merging their bloodline into the Horde's unified essence. That absent element was vital for forging a path to genuine Divinity among his followers.
At this point, he handed that unresolved task to the younger generation.
"I swear to complete the duty you've assigned me!" Rolan knelt on one knee, taking the order with knightly gravity.
"Very well. Depart," Orion affirmed with a nod. "Once prepared, seek out Kronos. Begin your delve from the abyssal tributary in Moonshadow Valley. Prior to setting off, request the intelligence dossiers from your Mistress."
With a further gesture of his hand, Orion dismissed Rolan.
Rolan, who had dedicated time to forging his Lord's Stone, marked the final member of the initial group to depart. Now came the moment to summon the next group.
Moonshadow Valley. Underground Teleportation Plaza.
Thundar, Dace, and Ursa—the newly forged Legends—positioned themselves at the rim of the vast rune formation. Around them clustered the tense expressions of the following wave: Dirtclaw, Onyx, Rockwell, Earthshaker, and more.
The seasoned ones shared their insights.
"Upon entering for the first time, you'll sense your body and spirit under assault. Whatever occurs, avoid fighting it," Thundar warned, his tone thundering. He knew Dirtclaw and Onyx most intimately; they formed the veteran core. He yearned for his comrades to surpass the barrier as he once did. "Simply press forward. Overcome whatever obstacles to span the ocean and the peaks."
"In the midst of changing, it seems as if your skin is torn away from your skeleton," Dace contributed, slapping Earthshaker's broad shoulder. "The agony burns fiercely. Yet fear not. Such torment signifies weakness departing your form. Withstand it. Drive on until you shatter your boundaries."
Ursa rubbed her head, appearing somewhat bashful.
"I barely sensed any of it," she confessed with a broad smile. "I merely followed the Chief's words. I charged toward the mountains. I continued sprinting relentlessly until darkness claimed me."
"Upon awakening... well, that's how I stand here! Heh!"
Many years prior, Ursa had dashed an endurance race from Moonshadow Valley to the Succubus lands to relay a dispatch for Orion. That feat stood as her supreme achievement. Within the Stoneheart Temple, she had summoned that identical unyielding spirit, dashing beyond her thresholds and unlocking her true capabilities.
"For my part, I recommend..." another giant started.
But the atmosphere thickened abruptly. Orion materialized at the plaza's heart.
Quiet descended at once. All gazes fixed upon the King.
Respect. Awe. Fanaticism.
Orion sensed those sentiments surging over him like a tangible wave. He smiled,
allowing his rigid facade to ease briefly.
"The counsel stays unchanged," Orion declared, his words carrying warmth yet authority. "Employ every means to cross the internal mountains and seas of
the Temple."
"Take thirty seconds to ready yourselves. After that, I activate the portal."
The timer started.
This subsequent group formed a varied alliance. It extended beyond the prime Giants. Included were Succubi, Buffalofolk, Gnolls, Obsidian Golems, Gorgons, Thunderstorm Bearmen, Lizardmen... and even select gifted Cave Spiders and Sand Scorpions.
Each race that had spilled blood for the Stoneheart Horde in its formative era now earned the opportunity to grasp divinity.
The South. Stoneheart City.
With no firm updates emerging from the capital as time dragged on, numerous onlookers who had assembled for the ascension ceremony started wandering back toward the trade center of Stoneheart City.
The Silent Goblet in the Outer City brimmed with patrons.
On the third level—a exclusive zone for those at the Legendary realm—two individuals occupied seats near a window.
Cloudsong the Bard and Grand Magus Rhazuun raised their glasses in a toast. "So, old friend," Rhazuun inquired, reclining. "When might we hear the tale of this realm? You must have crafted something grand by this point." Bards such as Cloudsong acted as wandering chroniclers. They roamed, collected tales, and shaped the turmoil of life into mythic frameworks. Rhazuun, from the Order of the Dandelion, typically received the premiere hearing. "I'm sorry to say I'll let you down," Cloudsong replied, gazing into his drink.
"I journeyed to the Blood Elf domains not long ago. I pored over their records—timeless, sweeping annals stretching across thousands of years," Cloudsong explained, his gaze alight with a scholar's passion. "Against that backdrop, the Stoneheart Horde's past amounts to... a mere note. A brief line."
"However," he went on, peering through the window at the thriving streets, "the narrative here packs intensity. It's unfolding so rapidly I struggle to capture it all. And as other realms invade, the epic only broadens."
"I believe... I believe I'll linger here for quite some while. The melody isn't complete yet."
Rhazuun appeared let down, yet he comprehended. Cloudsong's epics held power through their authenticity. Until the saga concluded, no song could ring out.
"That's reasonable," Rhazuun conceded, shifting topics. "But share this much... have you observed how the third floor has grown so bustling of late?"
He waved toward the space. The VIP chamber, formerly a serene haven for the upper echelon, now teemed unexpectedly.
"What are your thoughts on that?" Rhazuun probed, seeking insights from his globe-trotting companion.
