The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2459 Spies from the higher realms

Upon completing their search of the metallic mountain range with no discoveries, Cain along with the rest of the squadron proceeded to the following quadrant.
To observers, he seemed composed and vigilant, mounted on Satan beside the other members of the formation. Nobody detected as he shut his eyes and delved into profound focus.
His actual attention was directed elsewhere.
Over the course of a full day, the Blood Avatar glided quietly across the sea, surging forward at astonishing velocity under the surface. Upon surfacing at last, Cain promptly infused the Power of Chaos into the shard it bore.
As in previous instances, visions flooded his thoughts.
However, on this occasion, the sight did not draw his consciousness to the capital of the Dark Blood Kingdom. Rather, it indicated an entirely new path.
A rush of thrill and eagerness filled Cain's chest. His hypothesis proved accurate—the Power of Chaos indeed linked him to the closest fragment.
The sight spanned enormous expanses, traversing peaks, flatlands, and waterways, until it reached a modest town.
Residents there were Blutlinie cultivators, yet their power scarcely attained the Divine Realm. Relative to the troops under Cain's control now, the whole community amounted to nothing.
The sight led him within a simple dwelling. There, in a neglected storage nook coated in dust, rested a piece of forearm armor.
It sat mingled with a pile of inferior-grade armor—forsaken gear deemed worthless by all.
Cain nearly exploded into chuckles.
Within an isolated town, regarded as mere junk, one of the universe's holiest artifacts lay dormant.
In disbelief, the Scarlet King shook his head prior to commanding the Blood Avatar onward.
As the avatar advanced to claim the second segment, Cain and his troop reached their freshly designated site—a sprawling marshland.
The terrain was inherently venomous, shrouded in toxic vapors and tainted liquids, yet that wasn't the primary peril.
The genuine hazard stemmed from the Omen Beasts dwelling in the area.
Certain ones among them had ascended to the Alpha-Omega Overgod Realm.
Though Royal Blutlinie fighters typically surpassed Omen Beasts of equivalent rank, the gap wasn't decisive. The monsters hidden in the marsh could slay those in the Early Alpha-Omega Overgod stage, which explained exactly why Cain was tasked to this sector.
The Scarlet King didn't delay.
He instructed the troop to fan out over the swamp's fringe zones, surveying the borders initially then slowly pressing deeper. As they progressed, their senses stretched out, probing each nook and ensuring nothing escaped scrutiny.
In the meantime, Cain together with the Royal Guard plunged directly into the core of the territory.
Conflicts erupted right away.
At the periphery, Samira and the supporting Blutlinie fighters stood in awed quiet as thunderous blasts resounded from the swamp's depths. The blasts held such force that quakes rippled across the whole territory, rattling the ground akin to far-off quivers.
Their astonishment intensified upon witnessing a silhouette ascend skyward—one of the white-armored Royal Guards—confronting a gigantic nine-headed
hydra.
The Omen Beast emanated the presence of a Late Alpha-Omega Overgod. The force emanating from its gaping jaws was so fearsome that even remote watchers sensed fear gripping their cores.
Nevertheless, the Royal Guard merely grinned.
Morningstar seized a huge bastard sword and lunged ahead
without pause.
While Blutlinie cultivators frequently scorned lesser races, they were wired to honor superior might. And the prowess shown by the Royal Guard was beyond question.
Morningstar's sword ripped apart the hydra's enormous form, spraying cascades of blood downward from above. Every collision rattled the nearby marsh, and every blow delivered crushing power.
Beneath on the terrain, Cain observed the fight with a pleased grin.
No matter his own advancements or the formidable potency of his physique, Morningstar—his mightiest Royal Guard—remained able to battle at his side.
Cain refrained from intervening.
He permitted Morningstar to gauge his growing prowess, sharpen his fighting senses, and drive himself to extremes against a fitting foe.
The confrontation dragged on for hours.
Ultimately, Morningstar claimed triumph.
Without delay, he dropped onto the hydra's colossal remains and started devouring it. Though the beast loomed like a peak, the Royal Guard ingested the whole carcass in mere moments, transforming its life force and power into his.
His presence strengthened markedly soon after.
With the swamp's chief eliminated, the leftover Omen Beasts mounted scant opposition. None had the resolve or might to
defy the Royal Guard, and the area was rapidly purged.
Having neutralized the main danger, the troop continued its hunt, meticulously examining every section of the swamp.
Cain fulfilled his obligations too, though the bulk of his mind stayed on the Blood Avatar.
When the avatar arrived at the little town, securing the forearm segment was a breeze. The stealthy visitor went undetected as it slipped into the storage space, seized the artifact, and departed.
Cain's fingers tightened a bit, a spark of elation in his gaze.
Should the segments align correctly, their potency would prove immense.
Regrettably, upon inspecting the pair more thoroughly, his features grew rigid.
One fit the right arm.
The other suited the left.
The Scarlet King's eye flickered before a bitter grin crossed his
face.
“I suppose my luck was bound to balance out eventually,” he pondered. Yet, he refused to let the hindrance divert him.
After wrapping up the swamp scan and allowing the fighters some recovery, Cain concentrated his energy once more. He directed the Power of Chaos via the Blood Avatar into the two fragments
at the same time.
Luckily, the items didn't harmonize between themselves.
Instead, the energy ignited anew, dispatching fresh visions into his consciousness.
His perception journeyed over immense spans as the sight steered him to yet another fragment.
“Good,” Cain mused steadily. “It's not the one in the Dark Blood King's
possession.”
The visions persisted awhile before unveiling the spot.
The revelation caused Cain's eyes to narrow sharply.
It wasn't a grand territory.
It wasn't a concealed remnant.
It wasn't a settlement either.
The fragment was held by a Royal Blutlinie.
That by itself wouldn't have startled him.
What stunned Cain was the other detail. The fighter hailed not from the Dark Blood Realm.
A chill gleam surfaced in the Scarlet King's eyes. “Spies from the higher realms.”
