SSS Awakening: Rebirth of the Strongest Vampire God Chapter 703 Back in the light faction

Damon equipped the legendary Mask of the Nameless King, which fused with his face and granted the S-rank passive skill Nameless Veil, suppressing his aura, identity, and presence to appear utterly unremarkable. This powerful concealment allowed him to envision boldly entering Light-faction territories without detection, even amid pursuers. Grateful to the three blacksmiths for their work, Damon offered them vials of his blood to become his followers; they accepted without hesitation, enduring agonizing transformations that revealed his true Primordial nature and bound their loyalty to him forever.

Damon instructed Kate and Ellora to assist the trio in adjusting to their transformed race and fresh forms. He felt eager to discover the enhancements they had gained, yet he chose to review those specifics at a later point. Right now, more urgent matters required his attention.

Damon didn't hang about for long and promptly slipped on the mask before summoning a Blood Gate that led directly to the edges of Niera City. This kind of journey would have been out of the question earlier, but because of the vampiric blood he had devoured, his Blood Gate ability had advanced multiple times.

The enhanced ability allowed him to travel effortlessly between the two continents, spanning the enormous sea with ease. Damon sensed that just a handful more improvements would enable him to shift across completely separate realms, though reaching that stage would demand considerable effort. At present, he felt quite pleased with this advancement. Upon reaching the borders of Niera City, Damon's initial action was to verify his link to the blood avatar. Astonishingly, the blood avatar persisted in existence, and sustaining the bond with it demanded no strain at all.

A slight toll on his mental stamina was present, but it posed no real problem. Damon continued by examining whether the blood avatar retained its capacity to draw in blood essence and pull out skills, affinities, and stars through ingestion.

Surprisingly, the procedure functioned without a hitch once more. Finally, he experimented with various skills, and those worked smoothly too. In summary, whether he was present or not, the blood avatar stood ready to gather resources on his behalf.

Damon flashed a wide grin. This development was monumental. Effectively, his available time had now doubled. Thanks to this, his advancement would surge forward at an incredible pace. He could accomplish far more within the limited period at his disposal.

Throughout his life, time had served as his biggest obstacle. Regardless of his genius or ferocity, a day held only a fixed number of hours and locations he could occupy. That barrier had vanished. As one version of him traversed the Light-faction continent donning the Nameless King's mask, the duplicate toiled away, slaying foes, growing stronger, and reaping power in other areas. It couldn't be more ideal.

Wasting no moments, Damon instantly morphed into an ordinary, unnamed player. He then raced toward the closest Light Faction city at full throttle. The moment had come to experiment with additional features and gauge the mask's true potency.

Among the nearest light faction settlements stood Aurelion.

Its pristine walls emerged from the flatlands, fortified by protective arrays, vigilant watchtowers, and glowing banners whipping in the breeze. Normally, the city saw light patrols, but given the recent chaos—all sparked by Damon himself—guards swarmed everywhere.

Even so, Damon slipped past the massive entrance and entered the city without drawing any suspicion. Nobody spared him a further look.

"…Beautiful," Damon whispered.

He soon reached the inner entrance of the city. Two shining guards positioned themselves under a detection array built to unravel masks, deceptions, and aura concealment methods. Damon halted briefly before striding ahead confidently.

And with that, he breezed through undetected, not a soul batting an eye. He advanced steadily, clad in the guise and physique of an utterly unremarkable player. The array glowed faintly. Then… it remained inactive. The guards motioned him onward silently.

Within the city, activity thrived. Guild scouts bellowed recruitment pitches, vendors peddled equipment and supplies, and explorers debated dungeon paths and loot shares. Operations proceeded as normal.

Naturally, the most scorching subject on everyone's lips remained Blood God and Blood Domain!

Each player lingering in the light faction appeared deeply uncertain about the situation. They teetered on the edge of defecting to the dark faction. Conversations largely revolved around events unfolding in the demon territories.

Damon offered a wry smile. He had anticipated his strategy's success, but its impact exceeded his expectations. Positively, the light faction now boasted a higher number of women compared to men. Although the city's overall player density had dropped, females strolled the avenues contentedly, free from constant unwanted advances.

Damon let out a light laugh and accessed the world chat to gather some information. It wasn't long before he located the updated guild hall for the Northern Frontier guild. Situated in Evergreen City, it lay distant from the abyssal and vampiric threats.

He rested idly against a stone column by the central square, blending seamlessly with other idle players scanning chats and maps. No one noticed him. The Nameless Veil cloaked him flawlessly. Not even a hint of his essence or aura escaped.

"Alright. Time to take things to the next level and truly test if this thing works." Damon lacked spare time. Thus, he needed to proceed in a particular manner, one fraught with dangers. Ultimately, exposure didn't faze him much. Provided they couldn't pin him as Blood God, he'd remain secure.

After briefly reviewing his improvised scheme—if it merited the name—Damon made a beeline for the city's teleportation hubs. He handed over the necessary gold coin and chose Evergreen City. A vivid rune ignited immediately, and he positioned himself upon it.

For an instant, detection seemed imminent, but the mask endured firmly. He emerged on the far side of the portal unscathed, his presence and aura still concealed. Grinning broadly, he exited the teleportation area.

In contrast to the earlier settlement, Evergreen City retained a substantial gathering of people. Few players in this place had shifted to the dark faction. Damon smirked. He had foreseen as much. His form quietly melted into the throng.
