Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon Chapter 1145 - 1142: Look Like A Demon

A wild, frantic madness burned in Corey’s eyes as he forced his shattered and broken physique to advance.
It was a mystery how Corey had suddenly developed the strength to contend with a being capable of obliterating a puppet that even the Incarnations of Gods dreaded to face.
Initially, it was clear he was no match for the Heavenly Executor. Primus had been the one controlling his limbs and parrying the Heavenly Executor’s strikes, but things had changed.
Now, he was reacting on his own, even managing to cause the Heavenly Executor some trouble.
This shift was entirely due to Prima.
Prima possessed a unique ability known as Elemental Harmony. This skill allowed her to ingest any of the nine elements, converting them into temporary power-ups.
Under better circumstances, Corey shouldn't have felt any agony or strain when Prima utilized these buffs, but his current situation was far too critical.
While Primus had been fighting in Corey's place earlier, Prima was busy absorbing the lightning Qi from the Heavenly Executor, refining it into a buff for Corey to wield.
Typically, absorbing the lightning element would only grant Prima and Corey enhanced reaction speed, but this time, it provided much more.
Prima’s speed surged, her reaction time reached absurd levels, and her destructive power spiked.
Corey was initially stunned by the sheer magnitude of the buff Prima received before he realized the cause.
The Heavenly Executor was not composed of ordinary lightning.
Although he didn't know the formal name for this golden lightning, it was clearly more potent and unique than the standard element.
Because of this ability, Corey was suddenly able to stand his ground against the Heavenly Executor. With every spark of lightning Qi Prima devoured, she grew more powerful, and Corey’s strength increased in tandem.
However, the problem lay in the overwhelming quantity and the supreme quality of the energy.
While such buffs should have been a blessing, they were a curse for Corey because he was still a mere mortal and far too fragile.
The energy had pushed Prima to a level comparable to Greater Gods or even True Gods, yet the chasm between Corey and such deities was immeasurable.
His physical body, spirit, and soul were incapable of containing such vast power.
Despite possessing a Demi-Paragon body and a unique mind housing the soul origins of over a thousand fallen gods, his mortal status made the energy impossible to handle.
Only his Will, which possessed the Undying trait, was able to withstand the pressure—though even that wasn't entirely accurate.
It wasn't just enduring the strain.
It was constantly reconstructing itself, growing more resilient with every second of destruction.
Corey was acutely aware of his body's condition. He knew it perfectly, but he also understood that if he paused or tried to rest, his physical form would collapse.
Should his body fail while the Heavenly Executor remained, his death was a certainty.
This was why surrender was not an option.
He refused to die, no matter what.
Focused entirely on the Heavenly Executor, Corey didn't notice that his Undying Will was becoming more synchronized with him as he pushed forward, fueled by his refusal to give in.
The World and the Heavenly Executor itself could feel his Will, his intent, and his desperate desire to avoid defeat and death.
Without him realizing it, Corey’s Will suddenly ascended to a higher realm.
His mind remained locked on his opponent.
The Heavenly Executor watched Corey’s approach, sensing the profound evolution of the boy's Will.
As the Will of Heaven made flesh, it was exceptionally sensitive to such things, and it recognized that Corey had become a far more dangerous threat.
It had to eliminate him.
Calmly, it raised an empty hand toward the heavens, causing the sea of golden lightning gathering in the clouds to roar.
The sky brightened instantly as the energy condensed into millions of massive golden spears of lightning.
These golden spears were capable of slaying the true forms of Lesser and Greater Gods; even a True God would be left with horrific wounds if struck by them.
Corey’s instincts screamed at him, warning him that this attack could kill him even with the protection of Prima and Primus.
He skidded to a halt, the force of his stop solidifying space and leaving a jagged crack in the fabric of the world.
Gripping Primus tightly, he swung the weapon with a cold, piercing glare.
"Grow... Primus."
In a flash, Primus expanded to such a size that he eclipsed the entire sky above the Divine Kingdom of the God of Living Constructs.
Despite the weapon's massive scale, it felt as light as a feather in Corey’s hands. As he swung the giant Primus at the millions of golden lightning spears, they shattered into fragments, falling like glowing snow.
To the observers and even the gods, it appeared as though Primus’ weight exceeded that of the entire planet.
Yet, Corey wielded that massive form as if it weighed nothing at all.
Once the golden spears were crushed, Primus reverted to his original state—a glass rod.
His frame was wrapped in thick bolts of golden lightning. As Primus funneled that energy into Prima, the fractures on her body widened and emitted a light so blinding that Corey resembled a shining star from a distance.
Corey spat out several mouthfuls of blood, forcing Prima to remove the helmet from his head. This allowed the gods, Anna, and anyone with specialized vision to see Corey’s true state.
Blood poured from his eyes, nose, ears, and mouth. His skin began to split and peel, adding more gore to his visage.
Golden lines, resembling lightning bolts, etched themselves across his face. With bloodshot eyes and hair stained black and white by blood, Corey looked like a demon clinging to his final breath.
