Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon Chapter 1129 - 1126: Do You Know What You’ve Done?
Everywhere was silent.
The entire world, the gods, and even the Universal System itself was silent at what Corey had achieved.
A mortal killing a God’s Incarnation?
Utterly incomprehensible.
The gods stared at Corey with a completely shaken expression and wide eyes.
The sight of Corey with his glass clawed hands standing over the corpse of the incarnation of the God of Blacksmiths was one that was forever scarred into their minds.
It was something they never expected.
Although the God of Blacksmiths had extremely poor combat experience, he was still a god.
Even if he was in his incarnation’s body, a mortal should not be able to kill him.
A mortal should not even be able to harm the hair on his skin.
The difference was just far too much.
Only Immortals could claim to battle a God’s Incarnation one on one, and such a battle would even be difficult for the battle.
However, Corey who was a mere mortal killed the incarnation of the God of Blacksmiths. Once news of this travelled to the upper echelons of the universe and even the gods, many would be interested in Corey and New Earth.
Knowledge of New Earth being a Blessed World was not known to every God, Demi-God, or powerful Immortal.
The universe was vast, and even True Gods could not know everything that was going on in the universe.
But once these gods went back with news of Corey, the attention New Earth would garner would be far greater than what it currently had for a newly integrating planet.
But that was for the future.
What was currently going through the minds of the gods was how Corey was able to kill the God of Blacksmiths.
The God of Blacksmiths was far stronger than him in terms of energy and even physical attributes.
There was no logical way Corey should have been able to kill him, but he could.
Was it the weapon?
Was it the weapon that allowed Corey to be able to kill a god?
This question went through the minds of the gods, and they could not help but look at Primus with a renewed gaze.
Because Primus was trying to conceal himself, the gods could not accurately get the grade of Primus. But they knew that Primus was definitely a Divine Grade Weapon, and maybe even greater than that.
But a Divine Weapon should not be able to bridge the gap between a mortal and a god.
Even if it could, a mortal should not find it so easy to use a Divine Weapon.
It was like telling a six year old boy to swing a sledgehammer.
It was not possible.
What was going on?
As the gods frowned in contemplation, the Sword God suddenly said with a slow and sharp tone.
"A Natural Weapon Spirit."
"What?" The Goddess of Ice looked at the Sword God with a frown of confusion.
The Sword God did not look back at her, his eyes were on Primus and Corey, mainly Primus.
He spoke slowly. "The weapon has a Natural Weapon Spirit."
The gods frowned, then the God of Martial Arts looked at Primus with a raised brow and folded arms.
"Even if it’s a Natural Weapon Spirit, he should not be able to use it so easily. The synergy between him and the Weapon Spirit would never be 100%, and this single percent should not allow him to be able to use the weapon as fluidly as he used it."
"The energy requirements for such a weapon should also be extremely high, and even if it has a Natural Weapon Spirit, the energy requirements should still be far too much for a mortal to bear for that long."
The God of Martial Arts shifted his gaze to the Sword God.
"A Natural Weapon Spirit should not be enough reason why he’s able to use the weapon with so much ease, Sword God."
The Sword God glanced at the Martial God, and for a moment, the air between them became tense and heavy.
However, in the next second, it vanished just as quickly as it came.
"It’s not a Natural Weapon Spirit of the Universe or the Heavens, but a Natural Weapon Spirit of the self."
The Martial God frowned in confusion for a moment before his eyes slowly widened in realization.
"He split his Will, soul, and spirit?" The Martial God exclaimed in disbelief.
The Sword God nodded. "Yes... Just like me..." He shifted his gaze back to Corey. "But he did it as a mortal... That’s not normal."
The gazes of the Gods drastically changed when they heard this, and they looked at Corey.
Barely ten seconds had gone by, and in these ten seconds, Corey had been observing Primus with slightly narrowed eyes and a complicated gaze.
The God of Blacksmiths’ was still at his feet, and when Corey saw that the gods had gone quiet, he looked at them with an utterly calm and indifferent expression.
He looked at each of them one by one, then he looked at the corpse of the Incarnation of the God of Blacksmiths.
The thought of taking the corpse appeared in his mind, but he decided not to since he had no use for it.
He didn’t care about the soul stone or his body which still had remnant traces of the God of Blacksmiths.
If it was the true body of the God of Blacksmiths, he would have definitely taken it and used it as a material in crafting his armor.
A light smile appeared on his lips as he had these thoughts, then he looked at Primus with a flicker of worry.
A powerful gust of wind blew his clothes, and he looked up with a light furrow of his brows.
"Do you know what you’ve done?"
