Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 655 To The Riverdel

A player leading a rival group plotted to seize a vital treasure in the Cave of Beasts, claiming wolves from his subordinates while betraying allies. In the underground base, Vritra and his companions joined Xander for a welcoming meal laced with a potent sleeping agent aimed at subduing them for enslavement and slaughter. Feigning vulnerability, Vritra's group neutralized the drug, ambushed the attackers, and methodically eliminated over a hundred men in a brutal display of power, leaving Xander and his aide hypnotized amid the carnage.

Vritra formed a rope from blood that pierced right into the feet of Junior and Xander, eliciting screams of agony from them.

After stepping across the numerous corpses, Vritra exited the hall and moved toward the inner section.

Growls echoed from afar, suggesting plenty of wolves roamed this base.

Vritra soon stood before a massive iron gate; one powerful kick hurled it aside.

Screams burst out right away from several voices, as hundreds of trapped survivors crammed together inside.

Terrified by the sudden rush of harsh light, the gaunt and wounded individuals recoiled.

Their captors had clearly seen them as mere slaves or wolf bait.

"Calm down." Vritra's booming voice echoed through the expansive room.

The group fell silent, eyes still wide with terror, gradually adjusting to the brightness to make out the figure before them.

At last, they recognized Vritra, who dragged two men behind him, and gasps rippled through the crowd upon spotting the pair.

Countless souls had been tossed to the wolves amid horrific acts; everyone here had suffered worse than livestock.

These two stood as the primary villains, turning the initial surprise into seething anger.

"I've already roughed up these two. Go ahead and do as you wish with this one." Vritra declared, hurling Junior into the throng.

Hesitant with fear at first, the survivors held back until one let out a feral roar and charged ahead.

He unleashed kicks and fists on Junior, who wailed and desperately shielded against the blows.

Before long, the fury of the others ignited, and they joined in, savagely dismantling Junior's form.

Xander quaked at the brutal assault on Junior, witnessing arms ripped free and flesh torn off.

Even so, it seemed lenient compared to his offenses.

Vritra then hauled Xander off, directing him to the wolves' confinement area.

Deep down, Xander rejoiced; nearing the wolves would allow him to deploy his deadliest tool against this lot.

Convinced the pack could wipe them out, he amped up his show of despair.

Halting outside, Vritra eyed his mother, who gave a nod and applied her hypnosis to dominate Xander.

Since they aimed to spare the wolves, Vritra treaded carefully; otherwise, he'd have slain them outright.

He smashed the door open, unveiling over forty mature wolves that snarled menacingly at the arrivals.

Yet the beasts quieted in an instant as Vanessa compelled Xander to trigger his power, thereby seizing control over all twenty of them.

"Honey, it's done." Vanessa smiled, despite the hazards of this spot.

She favored being here alongside her son over waiting anxiously on Zoratian planet.

Here, she could even assist him.

"Onest, can you throw him into that place too?" Vritra asked, staring at the wolves that matched or exceeded his height.

Plenty of carriages stood ready too, settling their transport issues for now.

Vritra reviewed his stats; dispatching the base's fighters and the mutants encountered en route had sparked a major surge.

He hovered near the 100 benchmark.

Soon, the ascension path would open; he could trigger it now with Spiritual at max, but waiting offered bigger rewards.

Onest pulled along the howling Xander, gripped by a pounding headache that blocked any skill use.

Quickly, the survivors he'd tormented shredded his body, inflicting all the torment they'd endured.

"Husband, I think it's time to push to the next city—these wolves are quite swift." Yennefer whispered, eyeing the huge mutants.

"Yeah, but eight should cover us fine. What to do with the leftovers?" Vritra mused.

He pondered farming sin points from them but saw it as squandering potential.

"T-Thank you for saving us…" The survivors at last emerged from the vast hall and dropped to their knees before Vritra.

They realized his strength from purging the entire base made him their best hope.

"Hmmm, does any of you know where the military base is located?" he inquired, turning to face them.

"Y-Yes, I do…" One man rose fast; several in the group shared that knowledge.

"C-Can we join you? We can do whatever work you want…" They begged, yet Vritra couldn't haul them everywhere.

"Sorry, but sticking with me would get you killed quicker. Still, you can stay put or head to the military base—it's secure. Some wolves can carry you there."

Vritra stated resolutely; no matter their misery, tagging along wasn't feasible.

No one chose to remain in this haunted lair where so many had lost kin.

Everyone selected the wolves for the trip to the military base, reaching it swiftly with their velocity.

The path held perils, but it beat servitude under those wolf handlers.

Shitless and Onest aided them, utilizing the extra wolves and carriages.

With the survivors departed, only the ten lingered.

"Let's move out too; the map shows Riverdel as the next stop." Vritra announced, inspecting the two carriages.

One served him and his wives, hitched to six wolves, while the other carried Shitless and Onest with two.

Vritra's ride required fewer wolves, but he added more for precaution.

Without delay, they climbed aboard, and Vanessa directed the wolves to gallop.

The racket drew swarms of mutants, but it suited Vritra perfectly for gaining sin points and powering up.

The woman who had sneaked in to witness it all had lurked hidden throughout.

Watching the victims depart and then Vritra's team appear left her utterly stunned.

Joy then sparked in her gaze; this handful had truly eradicated the whole outfit.

She leaped to her feet and dashed back, eager to relay the great news to the rest.

A few hours post-departure, Butcher guided the player and his sizable crew to the wolves' stronghold.

However, the entry yawned wide, with the thick scent of blood permeating the air.

The player scowled, unnerving Butcher, who blurted:

"X-Xander, the boss and wolf controller, must've tossed some people to his pack—that's the smell, haha…"

Delving into the underground hideout, the group's faces twisted at the sprawl of mutilated, gore-soaked bodies.

In the hall, they uncovered Xander's fragmented corpse, scarcely identifiable.

"T-That's… He seemed fine earlier; I talked to him. This doesn't scream mutant attack." He stammered in fright, trembling violently.

His prior swagger had evaporated entirely.

"Hmm, this bears the mark of human hands—maybe that mighty figure I've heard tales of." The player brooded with a frown, but the subtle tracks plunged him into contemplation.

One path veered toward Riverdel city, the other away, revealing the foe's ploy to deceive him.
