Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 561 The Bubble

After Yasmine fails to arrive at the Dragon Kingdom, Vritra returns to find the dragon elders hiding the truth of her disappearance. Consumed by a murderous rage, he brutally executes the council members and transforms the survivors into wraiths to extract information. Learning she may have been taken off-planet, Vritra pushes his body to the limit by forcefully maxing out his Null field comprehension. Despite the agonizing physical toll, he successfully tears open a spatial passage and pursues a familiar energy signature into the void.

Vritra had triggered nearly every skill in his arsenal.

Ignoring the agonizing throbbing in his skull, he converted every possible stat into Strength, completely abandoning his defense. Despite his efforts, the bubble containing his target remained trapped; as his mana burned away, Vritra caused the local space to erupt in violent explosions. Fissures spread through the air and the dimensional tunnel began to tremble, threatening a total collapse of the passage. Finally, the resistance snapped. The opposing force vanished, and the bubble was wrenched free.

Vritra didn't waste a second. He bolted back through the unstable corridor where time itself flowed in erratic waves. BOOOOOOM! A massive detonation rocked the heavens as his form was propelled like a projectile, soaring hundreds of kilometers away from the main continent. BANG! Vritra slammed into the earth, carving a massive crater and skidding for several kilometers before finally grinding to a halt.

With his mind and body screaming in pain, he forced his eyes open to find the bubble still firmly in his grip. Inside, Yasmine lay unconscious but unharmed. This durable sphere was clearly what had masked her presence from his senses. While he could likely break it, he lacked the luxury of time; his only concern was his wife's safety. He immediately transferred her into his divine realm and leaped away from his position.

BOOOOOOM! An instant later, a heavy figure crashed into the very spot he had vacated. The impact widened the crater, sending tremors through the surrounding land. "Oh? A demi god? This planet actually produced one... were you a creation of those wretched cults? Last I heard, their project failed because of that... charged fist fellow, or whatever he was called." A deep, gravelly voice echoed through the settling dust.

Vritra hovered in the sky, his expression grim as he looked down at the newcomer. He could sense the truth: this entity possessed power far exceeding his own. "Not the talkative type, I see. You're only a level 1 demi god, but that's quite a feat for a world like this." The creature rose into the air, finally revealing its full appearance.

"And who are you?" Vritra demanded, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Just a wandering demi god hired to retrieve that woman. Hmm, the game trials are approaching soon." Drino surveyed the area before continuing: "Given your strength, you'd likely breeze through the trials. Why not just hand her over? It would save us both a lot of trouble."

In truth, Drino was irritated. This mission had been effortless—almost too easy to earn a god's favor. He was on the verge of completion, mere moments from returning home, when his prize was snatched away. This intruder had nearly collapsed the passage at the final second, forcing Drino to release the bubble. While he wanted to slaughter Vritra on the spot, a prolonged battle would only increase the planet's restrictive pressure on him. If he lingered too long, he risked being trapped here forever.

"That's not happening. Why don't you crawl back and tell those bastards to come get her themselves?" Vritra's eyes glowed with a hateful red light. Though his body had stabilized after the initial strain, he knew he would have gladly self-destructed to take Drino down with him if the passage hadn't broken.

"Tch. I thought this would be simple." Drino sighed, shaking his head as he produced a bizarre weapon. The implement was over five feet long, encrusted with scales, and covered in heavy, jagged spikes. "I am a level 3 demi god. Are you truly certain you want to challenge me? You stand no chance."

The gap between levels was a vast chasm. Even with his specialized skills, Vritra's raw power couldn't match Drino's. Perhaps Titan’s Fall could bridge the gap, but the price was total annihilation—for his enemy and himself. "We won't know that until we fight," Vritra countered. His Goop shifted, transforming into two long, wicked blades in his hands.

He refused to back down. "Sigh, if that's your choice..." Drino vanished instantly.

"Forbid: Speed—" [Forbidden Activated!]

BOOOOM! Just as the skill triggered, a crushing blow struck Vritra's back, sending him hurtling toward the ground. However, Vritra’s state was actually improving; the mental strain was fading, and his physical wounds were knitting back together in seconds. Utilizing his advanced comprehension of Null, he manipulated space and time in ways he previously thought impossible. Before hitting the grass, he teleported away.

The space around Drino began to hum with tension. Suddenly, Vritra reappeared to the creature's right, delivering a powerful kick to its wrist. BOOOOOOM! "You damn lizard!" Vritra snarled. That single strike drained nearly twenty-five percent of his mana reserves. The resulting explosion covered the sky in localized, destructive flames.

The impact barely caused Drino's arm to flinch, but it provided the opening Vritra needed. The T-Rex-like demi god was blinded by his own arrogance, failing to take Vritra seriously. While this carelessness didn't grant Vritra a victory, it allowed him to make a move. As Drino prepared a second strike, he noticed a black, viscous substance coating his weapon.

"No—" This was his prized possession, and he realized Vritra's intent too late. "DEVOUR!" Vritra roared. The Goop consumed the weapon, making the massive, heavy artifact vanish in a heartbeat. Vritra immediately teleported away, leaving the Goop to digest the prize.

Several system notifications flashed before his eyes, but he brushed them aside. "Hmm. A decent weapon. Its rank... is surprisingly high," Vritra noted. It was actually a Demi God rank weapon, following the same hierarchy as the beings of this realm. After absorbing it, Goop’s power surged significantly.

"You filthy bug! How dare you steal it!" Drino's speed increased to a level Vritra couldn't even track. BOOOOOM! Once again, Vritra was sent flying by pure physical force. The power disparity was simply too immense.

COUGH. Vritra nearly spat out blood as he hit the ground hard. Fleeing wasn't an option, but defeating this monster seemed impossible. 'What can I do? What are my options?' He wondered if his only hope was to survive until the planet's laws suppressed the lizard demi god enough to even the playing field.

He had no time to strategize. Even with his mastery over space and time, he was struggling to keep up. Forbidden, Shift, Null—Vritra threw everything he had at the enemy, yet Drino’s power only seemed to escalate. The scales on Drino’s body began to shimmer, his frame becoming leaner and more lethal. A terrifying aura swirled around him as he expanded his Demi God Domain, trapping the entire area. Heavy pressure crushed down on Vritra, and every subsequent blow from the creature became a potential death sentence. His defenses, including Goop and Atomic, began to fail, forcing Vritra into a desperate, losing struggle.
