Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 557 One Step Ahead

Vritra finally caught sight of the small fragment of the love pill, yet it was positioned directly in the eye of a devastating tornado.
It appeared as though the cyclone had manifested specifically around the pill itself.
With his defense stats still restricted, Vritra questioned whether such a violent vortex would cause him harm.
‘It is warping the fabric of space and time.
If this phenomenon were unleashed upon planet Zoratian, most of the world would be obliterated in under a minute.’ He let out a sigh. Why did nothing in his life ever come easily?
Vritra looked forward to the day he might encounter the entity that dictated his destiny, or perhaps the individuals who took pleasure in witnessing his struggles.
Dismissing the thought, he concentrated on the immediate objective. More than three days had been spent searching, and now he was confronted by this obstacle.
The scale of the tornado was massive, making him look like a mere ant by comparison. Any surrounding tornadoes that brushed against it were annihilated instantly.
‘Whatever, let’s do it.’ Locking his perception onto the pill fragment, Vritra shut his eyes and formed two small platforms for leverage.
For the first time since ascending to demi-god status, Vritra intended to move at his maximum velocity.
[Shift Activated.]
[Agility: 20]
He chose not to reallocate his endurance stats. After all, there was no point in speed if it resulted in his death.
BOOOOM
Accompanied by a thunderous sonic boom, Vritra launched himself forward at an unprecedented speed.
The sensation was akin to warping through space until he finally slammed into the tornado.
Initially, Loop managed to buffer the impact, but it soon buckled under the tornado's ferocious energy. His garments began to shred in multiple places.
Atomic neutralized the bulk of the energy. Vritra even triggered "Suck! Suck! Suck!" to drain energy via the black hole, though it proved largely ineffective.
His frame began to drift with the tornado's rotation. Struggling to maintain control, he felt small lacerations beginning to mark his skin.
It appeared his defenses weren’t truly impenetrable, though they held up better than he had anticipated.
Even his senses were being distorted. Vritra could only manage to drift gradually toward the center.
Minutes ticked by. He continued to float through the turbulent currents as his wounds grew more severe, yet his regenerative speed outpaced the damage.
BANG
A sudden impact against Vritra’s body brought him to a brief halt. This gave him a window to regain his composure and think clearly.
The object was a massive chunk of mineral. Using it as a springboard, he kicked off to propel himself forward. By utilizing his skills with maximum efficiency, Vritra finally reached the eye of the storm.
He snatched the tiny pill fragment and tore away from the massive tornado, not slowing down until he reached a safe distance.
‘That was… wild.’
Though his head was spinning, a smile touched his lips as he looked at the small piece in his hand.
The effort was worth it. A fragment of Yennefer’s soul was undoubtedly contained within.
He could figure out the resurrection process later. For now, he headed toward the portal, which remained shielded by a protective barrier.
Navigating back was simple enough, as he could clearly feel the presence of his wives.
He knocked once and stood by. A moment later, the portal swung open, and a slender arm pulled him through.
Yasmine quickly shut the portal before inspecting her husband. Other than his messy hair, he appeared unharmed.
“Hubby, are you okay?” the dragoness asked, taking a shaky breath as she pulled Vritra into a tight embrace.
“…Yeah haa, I am fine.” He allowed himself to relax. His primary concern had finally been dealt with.
“Did you find her?” Fiona approached and inquired, hugging him just as fiercely.
Diana, Vanessa, and Maeve followed suit, relieved by his safe return.
“Yes.” He revealed the small pill. The women stared at it with confusion until they recognized the familiar aura of Yennefer.
“Oh, a fragment of her soul is trapped inside. So this is all that’s left of her?” Vanessa whispered. She had sacrificed everything to protect Vritra.
“Wifey, do you know how we can bring her back from this?” Vritra asked, looking at Yasmine with hope. She had, after all, returned from a similar state.
“Since we have her soul, she is no longer in danger. First, we must use soul potions to strengthen her spirit to a certain degree,” Yasmine explained.
The goddess chimed in, “I have brewed plenty of soul potions, so you don’t have to worry about that.”
“Hmm, that’s good. We also have nihil anima, so she should be stable once she leaves the pill. However, we still need to construct a body for her…” Yasmine mused.
‘Judging by this pill, it’s about a tenth of its original size. Then…’ He cut his train of thought and looked up, asking, “Exactly how long was I inside?”
“Slightly over ten days,” Maeve replied. They had been waiting there the entire time.
“Ten days!” Vritra shouted. That meant the time dilation was greater than three times.
This implied that while nearly three years had passed in the outside world, less than a year had elapsed within that tornado realm.
‘Oh, that makes sense. With Yama’s protection, she would be safe for a year.’ He realized. It wouldn’t be long before her soul emerged.
It would likely take a few days, but she was finally out of harm's way.
“How did you regain your body? Do you know a method?” Vritra asked, looking toward Yasmine.
“My parents left a coffin behind. When my soul entered it, the coffin began creating my body automatically,” she answered with a hint of doubt.
Vritra felt a surge of hope. He carefully stowed the pill fragment in his dimensional book, keeping it under his constant observation.
“Can we use it again?” he asked urgently.
“We can try, but I believe it required an energy source that I’ve already exhausted,” Yasmine replied.
“What kind of energy? Like a core?” he asked, producing the energy core he had harvested from Dago’s corpse.
“Why don’t we move to a different location first?” Diana proposed.
They decided to travel to Diana’s palace, where the majority of her soul potions were kept.
Before departing, Vritra expressed his gratitude to the monarch of the Star family, and the group set off.
The poor monarch finally let out a breath of relief. Every woman in that group was terrifyingly powerful. These last ten days had been incredibly stressful.
Even though there were still issues to resolve, Vritra felt a sense of happiness. He would be reunited with her very soon.
He grasped the hands of Fiona and Teresa, who both stayed close to his side. It seemed a certain rivalry had formed between them.
Furthermore, Yasmine was giving Teresa strange advice, such as how to fight for his affection.
In short order, they reached the capital and entered the palace.
“Dear, these are the majority of the soul potions I’ve brewed over the years.” Diana handed him a storage glyph packed with bottles.
Vritra patted her head and stored the potions. They were now inside a grand hall, completely isolated from the outside world.
Yasmine then brought out the coffin, which appeared quite plain.
“Yeah, I don’t think we can use it. What kind of energy does it actually need?” Vritra touched the coffin, sensing that it was currently devoid of power.
