Upon arriving at the Shadow Market banquet, Leo Ray's group discovered that the Half-Titans and Stone Giants had begun feasting without them, neglecting to prepare suitable tables and meals, a clear act of disdain. Furious, Loris, Sina, and old Gary seethed, but Leo Ray calmly confronted Administrator I, questioning the Shadow Market's impartiality and threatening its reputation with the Bazaar Brotherhood. Revealing a high-authority Communication Magic Stone, Leo Ray contacted their manager, who activated full-scene oversight, joined by three other administrators, compelling Administrator I to soften and offer amends, though Leo Ray simply proceeded into the hall.

Once Leo Ray stepped into the Banquet Hall, the strong individuals accompanying him shifted their focus away from Administrator I, trailing closely behind him.

The lively atmosphere in the Banquet Hall fell silent the moment Leo Ray and his entourage appeared. Both the Half-Titans and Stone Giants raised their goblets high, directing scornful and jeering gazes toward them.

They were eager to witness how these puny figures would cope with the embarrassing predicament of lacking proper seating and dining ware.

“Looks like our esteemed visitors have finally shown up, yet we failed to greet you at the entrance.”

From in front of the Stone Giants' table, a sturdy middle-aged commander in gleaming silver armor emerged. His bearded gray face bore an expression of pure derision.

As Leo Ray had been facing away from the hall during his talk with the administrator, the giants within had no idea about the earlier incident at the doorway.

However, it was obvious that the middle-aged Stone Giant commander's thick beard remained flecked with bits of meat and dribbles of wine. Though his statement passed as courtesy, the mocking inflection in his voice and his unkempt look clearly showed utter disregard for Leo Ray's group.

Moreover, an overwhelmingly potent presence radiated from his massive frame, surpassing the nearby giants and distorting the air with each inhalation.

“Your Majesty of the Humans, that's Payton, the Second Elder of the Stone Giants, boasting a highly vexing half-step Tier 7 strength.”

Sina wrinkled her forehead deeply as she informed Leo Ray: “Rumor has it this fellow possesses tremendous power, capable of hoisting an entire mountain.”

“He certainly comes across as a savage,”

Leo Ray gave a subtle nod, paying no heed to the Stone Giant elder, and kept scanning the Banquet Hall's interior.

His goal in coming here was to converse with the chiefs of the two clans on site, and while this elder ranked highly among the Stone Giants, he held no real importance for Leo Ray.

“Forgive us, since our honored guests turned up so tardily, the feast has already commenced. In this place, superiors never linger for subordinates, after all.”

Payton kept up his superior attitude, his thunderous voice echoing: “Haha, surely our noble guests won't hold it against us, right?”

“Every giant here operates at Tier 6. Apart from this Stone Giant Second Elder, a half-step Tier 7 lurks among the Half-Titans too, though neither represents a tribal head. It appears the true authorities haven't surfaced yet.”

Leo Ray offered no reply to the anticipated provocation from the foes, but he had already grasped the dynamics within the Banquet Hall.

“So this is the famed Human Emperor? With all assembled, kindly take your seats without delay.”

Noticing Leo Ray's complete lack of acknowledgment, Payton, stung by the slight, lowered his tone and then, as though struck by a sudden thought, sneered, “Ah yes, we overlooked setting out fitting tables and cutlery for you. Our welcome fell short—do pardon the oversight.”

Finishing his remark, Payton chomped into the enormous slab of meat he clutched and erupted in guffaws.

Payton's statement prompted not just the nearby Stone Giants to chuckle, but also the Half-Titans at the adjacent table to join the boisterous merriment.

In an instant, the wave of hilarity from the hundreds of colossal warriors in the Banquet Hall whipped up fierce winds, making the massive overhead lights sway and flicker intermittently.

Within the crowd, numerous giant powerhouses joyfully crammed Roasted Meat into their mouths, flaunting their indulgence.

Witnessing this spectacle, Leo Ray's powerhouses creased their brows anew, trapped in unease whether to stand or sit, hovering in hesitation.

“Administrator, I never anticipated the banquet fare to taste so revolting.”

Leo Ray shot a look at Payton before turning to Administrator I, remarking offhandedly: “Surely you didn't offer beast fodder intended for Demon Beasts, did you?”

Leo Ray's quip instantly transformed the previously scowling strongmen into a laughing bunch, hurling disdainful stares across the room, freed from their earlier discomfort.

Loris in particular chimed in, “Not even dogs would touch it,” causing the adversaries' faces to flush with alternating shades of pallor and rage, while several giants instinctively ejected the Roasted Meat from their jaws.

“Haha, Your Majesty of the Humans, that's an overstatement. The Outer Region spans endlessly, and naturally, variances exist among the Ten Thousand Clans.”

Administrator I responded with continued politeness, swiftly attempting to ease the tension: “If not, perhaps I can arrange…”

Before Administrator I could conclude, Payton discarded his Roasted Meat and addressed Leo Ray icily: “Your Majesty of the Humans, what's the intent behind those words? Do you mean to insult us?”

“Absolutely, such remarks demand attention.”

From the Half-Titan side, yet another brawny middle-aged warrior in golden armor advanced, his brow knitted: “Your Majesty of the Humans ought to explain yourself. Else, things might turn sour…”

The golden-armored Half-Titan trailed off, yet the threat hung evident. He was the additional half-step Tier 7 powerhouse Leo Ray had spotted before.

“Your Majesty of the Humans, this is Prince Mad Axe Rax from the Half-Titans, his might eclipses that of Bisos and similar foes!”

Loris moved protectively behind Leo Ray, murmuring: “Legend says he single-handedly battled a pack of Green Dragons.”

“He indeed appears wittier than typical Half-Titans.”
