Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong Chapter 2518 1390: The Lord's Plans and Comprehensive Upgrades

Once the business in Dome City was concluded, Leo Ray departed under the respectful escort of Dana and Davis. He returned briefly to Ice Stone City before setting out toward his next objective.

According to his itinerary, the troll territories were the next major concern that Leo Ray needed to resolve.

"Of all the surrounding powers, the troll region possesses the most intricate geography compared to the Flower Fairies, Dragonborn, or Minotaurs. Their lands are a patchwork of dense forests, mountain ranges, wetlands, barrens, and rolling hills. This was the domain where the Five Great Troll Tribes once exerted their dominance."

"That was the past, however. Today, only a single unified troll tribe remains on this soil—the one that has sworn its fealty to me."

As these thoughts crossed Leo Ray’s mind, Ice Stone City materialized near a surging river, where a massive, newly established encampment sat upon the banks.

This location served as the heart of the troll lands. Formerly the seat of the Erosion Bone Tribe, it had been repurposed as the central capital for all trolls.

"With the Giant Tree Leader and the Chasm Leader assisting, order is being restored. I will do my utmost to turn the trolls into a vital pillar of my military strength."

With that resolve, Leo Ray stepped through the gates of Ice Stone City.

Outside the massive city gates, a disciplined formation of trolls stood ready. They sounded their horns in a thunderous greeting to mark his arrival.

"Great Your Majesty of the Humans, we welcome your presence!"

The Giant Tree Leader and the Chasm Leader stepped forward in unison, declaring: "May your gaze always favor this land and illuminate our path forward."

Upon finishing their proclamation, they and the thousands of trolls gathered there dropped to their knees in a deep kowtow, pressing their foreheads against the earth, not daring to lift their heads.

Having been thoroughly awed by Leo Ray’s overwhelming prowess on the field of battle, such a display of submission was to be expected.

Witnessing this, the Grey Elder, Yonir, and the other high-ranking Human Clan members were filled with pride. To see the notoriously savage and arrogant trolls so thoroughly humbled proved that Your Majesty was truly peerless!

It was a clear sign that Your Majesty had successfully brought this entire vast region under his absolute control!

"Everyone, please rise. The future does not belong to me alone; it belongs to every one of you here today."

Leo Ray raised a hand slightly, his voice projecting with calm authority: "I shall walk alongside you, guiding us all toward peaks never before reached."

The crowd erupted in a frenzy of cheers at his words. The sturdy, blue-skinned trolls looked on with faces full of reverence and zeal, celebrating with unbridled passion.

Amidst this electric atmosphere, Leo Ray followed the two leaders into the heart of the camp and entered the grand central tent.

Though the structure was new, it had been decorated with great care. A group of troll women dressed in maid outfits stood ready to serve—a clear effort to accommodate his tastes.

"I must apologize, Your Majesty of the Humans. Our new capital was established so recently that everything is still quite unpolished," the Giant Tree Leader, Hannar Tree, said with a look of respectful embarrassment on his aged blue face.

"Indeed, if we have offended Your Majesty in any way, we are prepared to face punishment!" the Chasm Leader added quickly.

As Cassie finished, the surrounding troll elders and generals bowed their heads, looking quite contrite.

"There is no need for such anxiety, leaders. You have performed admirably."

Leo Ray glanced away from the thick, muscular hand of the troll maid pouring his tea and smiled. "Besides, especially for you two, this isn't our first meeting. I told you from the start: once you joined me, we became allies who stand or fall together. There is no need for such stiff formality."

"As you command, Your Majesty of the Humans!"

The words left Hannar Tree and Cassie feeling both deeply honored and slightly overwhelmed. They answered quickly, and while the other trolls nodded, their tense expressions showed they were still quite intimidated.

Leo Ray gave a small, helpless laugh before shifting the conversation to business.

His primary goal for this visit was to integrate the troll forces into his hierarchy as efficiently as possible.

First, Leo Ray formally inaugurated Hannar Tree as the High Leader of the Troll Clan, with Cassie serving as his Deputy.

Next, drawing on previous administrative models and the advice of the trolls present, Leo Ray implemented several policies and provided a massive influx of resources. This was intended to help the two leaders consolidate the various factions, including the remnants of the three defeated tribes and the civilian populations, while ensuring the total eradication of those forbidden Taboo Skills.

This final point was met with enthusiastic support from Hannar Tree and Cassie. They had long sought to purge those elements, as those troublemakers were the ones responsible for the trolls' poor reputation and had already been dealt with.

Lastly, they discussed cooperation with the Human regions. Despite their reputation for brutality, the trolls possessed a unique talent for nature-based spells similar to those of Druids.

Once the arrangements were finalized, Leo Ray performed a massive upgrade for the trolls, bestowing a mountain of resources upon them as was his custom. While the scale was slightly smaller than previous handouts, it was still a windfall for the trolls, who had suffered heavy attrition in the recent wars—a fact Leo Ray had taken into account.

When Hannar Tree, Cassie, and the others witnessed Leo Ray’s Talent in action, they looked upon him as if he were a living God, prostrating themselves in total devotion.

Leo Ray, however, had long since grown accustomed to such reactions.

"Very well, I leave the rest to you. If you require anything else, speak up. Remember, our time is short."

Back at the portal gates of Ice Stone City, Leo Ray gave a final nod to Hannar Tree and the others. Amidst the respectful farewells of the troll host, he stepped back into the Moving City.

"Lord, only those bull-headed fellows are left now!"

As the heavy gates swung shut, Xiao Jing’s face lit up with excitement. "I wonder what that place will be like?"

Having only recently joined Leo Ray's side, she was full of curiosity about the world.

"The Minotaur Kingdom is a very particular place; you will see for yourself soon enough."

Leo Ray, who had already studied the intelligence reports, gave Xiao Jing a teasing grin. "It is certainly unlike anything you have ever encountered."

As soon as he finished speaking, Ice Stone City vanished from the landscape.

Following a burst of blue light, the Great City Gate swung open once more, revealing that the group had already arrived at the capital of the Minotaurs.
